Da das Zahnrad 8 im Eingriff mit der Zahnstange 9 ist, welche an der Antriebswelle 19 des Lagerungsbehälters 6, 6' befestigt ist, wird der Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' aus dem Lagerungsbehälter heraus bewegt. Jedem Antrieb ist ein Schaltelement 15 zugeordnet, so dass der Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten aus dem Behandlungsraum 4 herausbewegt werden kann. Wenn der Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' vollständig aus dem Behandlungsraum 4 herausbewegt wird, wird der Elektromotor von der Steuer- und Regelungselektronik angesteuert und beendet die Bewegung des Lagerungsbehälters 6, 6'. Nachdem der Benutzer das zu reinigende Gut aus dem Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' entfernt hat, kann er diesen wieder mit zu reinigendem Gut befüllen und ihn mittels des Schaltelements 15 wieder zurück in den Behandlungsraum 4 bewegen. Der Antrieb ist so ausgelegt, dass auch bei schwer zu reinigendem Gut der Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' in den Behandlungsraum hineinbewegt und herausbewegt werden kann. Falls der Benutzer den Lagerungsbehälter 6, 6' aus der Geschirrspülmaschine 1 entfernen möchte, so kann der Benutzer über das Schaltelement 15 die Antriebswelle 19 verschieben, um das Zahnrad 8 und die Zahnstange 9 außer Eingriff zu bringen. Claims (8)

  1. Dishwasher (1) having at least one storage container (6, 6') arranged in a treatment compartment (4) for items to be washed, to which is assigned at least one drive for moving said storage container (6, 6'), wherein the drive is embodied in such a way that the storage container (6, 6') is moved out of and/or into the treatment compartment (4) and wherein the drive is embodied as an electric motor, to which is assigned an actuation means propelling the storage container (6, 6'), characterised in that the actuation means is embodied as a toothed gear (8) which engages with a gear rack (9) arranged on the storage container (6, 6').
  2. Dishwasher according to claim 1, characterised in that the storage container (6, 6') is moved horizontally out of the treatment compartment (4).
  3. Dishwasher (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the drive is arranged at least partially outside the treatment compartment (4).
  4. Dishwasher (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the drive is arranged at least partially behind a side wall outside the treatment compartment (4).
  5. Dishwasher (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the drive is arranged at least partially in a tub of the dishwasher (1).
  6. Dishwasher (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that means are assigned to the storage container (6, 6') or the electric motor which are capable of disengaging the toothed gear (8) and the gear rack (9).
