Claims (20)
- Chaussure de patin (10) pour entourer un pied humain pendant l'utilisation, le pied ayant un talon, une cheville avec une malléole interne et une malléole externe, un tendon d'Achille ayant une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur par rapport à la partie supérieure, la partie inférieure se fondant avec le talon, une surface plantaire, des côtés médial et latéral et des orteils, ladite chaussure de patin comprenant : (a) une coque extérieure (12) constituée d'un matériau thermoformable, ladite coque extérieure étant thermoformée de telle manière qu'elle comprenne une portion de talon (44) pour recevoir le talon du pied ; une portion de cheville (46) pour recevoir la cheville et ayant une portion arrière (60) destinée à faire face au moins partiellement à la partie inférieure du tendon d'Achille ; et des portions de côtés médial et latéral (48, 50) destinées à faire face respectivement aux côtés médial et latéral du pied ; et (b) un protège-tendon (42) situé au-dessus de ladite portion de cheville pour faire face au moins partiellement à la partie supérieure du tendon d'Achille ;
ladite chaussure de patin étant caractérisée en ce que ledit protège-tendon (42) est constitué d'un matériau plus flexible que ladite coque extérieure (12) et comprend une portion inférieure (74) fixée sur ladite portion arrière (60) de ladite portion de cheville (46) de ladite coque extérieure (12) et une portion flexible (80) faisant saillie vers le haut depuis ladite portion inférieure (74) de manière à faire face au moins partiellement à la partie supérieure du tendon d'Achille, ladite portion flexible (80) étant capable, lorsqu'une pression lui est appliquée, de fléchir vers l'arrière par rapport à une position initiale pour permettre une flexion vers l'arrière de la cheville lorsque le pied se déplace vers une position d'extension totale et, lorsque la pression ne lui est plus appliquée, de revenir dans ladite position initiale. - Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit matériau flexible dudit protège-tendon a une résilience suffisante pour que ladite portion flexible revienne dans ladite position initiale lorsque la pression ne lui est plus appliquée.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle ledit protège-tendon (42) est fabriqué par moulage par injection.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle ladite portion de cheville (46) de ladite coque extérieure (12) comprend un côté de cheville latéral (54) avec un creux latéral (58) en forme de coupelle pour recevoir la malléole externe et un côté de cheville médial (52) avec un creux médial (56) en forme de coupelle pour recevoir la malléole interne.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle ledit protège-tendon (42) comprend des portions de côté médial et latéral (76, 78) s'étendant vers l'avant depuis ladite portion inférieure dudit protège-tendon et fixées sur lesdits côtés respectifs de cheville médial et latéral (52, 54) de ladite portion de cheville (46).
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit creux latéral (58) en forme de coupelle se trouve en dessous dudit creux médial (56) en forme de coupelle.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle ladite portion inférieure (74) dudit protège-tendon (42) est fixée sur ladite portion de cheville (46) par l'un des procédés suivants, à savoir couture, surmoulage, liage thermique, soudage haute fréquence, soudage par friction vibratoire, passepoil, glissière, adhésif et crampons.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle ladite coque extérieure (12) est thermoformée de telle manière que ladite portion de talon (44) soit sensiblement en forme de coupelle pour suivre le contour du talon du pied et ladite portion arrière (60) de ladite portion de cheville (46) est formée de manière à suivre la partie inférieure du tendon d'Achille.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comprenant en outre une semelle intérieure (24) faisant face à la surface plantaire du pied.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 9, dans laquelle ladite coque extérieure (12) comprend une portion de jupe inférieure pouvant être repliée pour déborder sur ladite semelle intérieure.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 10, comprenant en outre une semelle d'usure (26) fixée sur une surface inférieure de ladite semelle intérieure.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle ladite coque extérieure (12) comprend une portion de jupe médiale (62) formée d'une pièce avec ladite portion de côté médial et une portion de jupe latérale (64) formée d'une pièce avec ladite portion de côté latéral, lesdites portions de jupe médiale et latérale étant pliées vers l'intérieur pour former une semelle (66) faisant face à la surface plantaire du pied.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 12, dans laquelle lesdites portions de jupe médiale et latérale (62, 64) sont fixées ensemble.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle ladite coque extérieure (12) comprend une couche extérieure et une couche intérieure, ladite couche extérieure étant plus rigide que ladite couche intérieure.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle ladite couche de matériau thermoformable est une couche intermédiaire et lesdites couches extérieure et intérieure sont constituées d'un matériau thermoformable, ladite couche intermédiaire étant située entre lesdites couches extérieure et intérieure.
- Chaussure de patin selon la revendication 15, dans laquelle ladite couche intermédiaire est constituée de mousse.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, comprenant en outre une doublure intérieure (20) fixée sur une surface intérieure de ladite coque extérieure (12), ladite doublure intérieure comprenant une surface intérieure conçue pour être en contact avec le talon, la cheville et les côtés médial et latéral du pied pendant l'utilisation.
- Chaussure de patin selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17, comprenant en outre un support de pied (22) monté à l'intérieur de ladite coque extérieure (12), ledit support de pied comprenant une surface supérieure (34) pour recevoir la surface plantaire du pied et une paroi (36) faisant saillie vers le haut depuis ladite surface supérieure, ladite paroi entourant partiellement le talon et s'étendant jusqu'à une ligne médiale du pied.
- Patin à glace (1) comprenant une chaussure de patin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18.
- Patin à roulettes comprenant une chaussure de patin (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 18.
