Claims (10)

  1. Presse à rouleaux (1) avec un cadre rabattable (2), composé d'une partie inférieure de cadre (5), d'une ceinture supérieure de cadre (6) et de deux pièces de tête (7, 8) disposées latéralement, où au moins une pièce de tête (8) constitue, avec une partie (12), associée à elle de la ceinture supérieure de cadre, un volet latéral, monté de façon à pouvoir être ouvert par rabattement sur la partie inférieure de cadre (5), et dans le cadre rabattable (2) sont placés au moins deux rouleaux (3, 4) positionnés l'un à côté de l'autre, qui, en une position d'enlèvement de rouleaux du cadre rabattable (2), peuvent être enlevés du cadre rabattable (2) par l'ouverture d'enlèvement formée par le volet latéral ouvert par rabattement,
    caractérisée en ce que la partie (12) associée au volet latéral de la ceinture supérieure de cadre est disposée à pivotement par rapport à la pièce de tête (8) au moyen d'une articulation (14) disposée sur la pièce de tête (8) afférente, l'axe de pivotement de l'articulation (14) étant disposé sensiblement parallèlement aux axes des rouleaux (3, 4).
  2. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la pièce de tête (8) ouverte par rabattement et la partie (12) ouverte par pivotement de la ceinture supérieure de cadre du volet latéral forment un prolongement plan de la partie inférieure de cadre (5) et sont réalisées sous forme de tronçons de support, aptes à recevoir une charge, pour supporter les rouleaux (3, 4).
  3. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau (3, 4) est réalisé sous forme de rouleau à dégagement, et le rouleau à dégagement est disposé sur le côté du volet latéral, dans le cadre rabattable (2).
  4. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce qu'un rouleau (3, 4) est réalisé sous forme de rouleau à dégagement, et le rouleau à dégagement est disposé à l'opposé du côté du volet latéral dans le cadre rabattable (2).
  5. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que la partie (12) pivotante de la ceinture supérieure de cadre, s'étend sur une proportion comprise entre 25% et 60% de la ceinture supérieure de cadre (6).
  6. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que la longueur de la partie (12) pivotante de la ceinture supérieure de cadre correspond au moins à la hauteur des pièces de tête (7, 8) disposées latéralement.
  7. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce que, sur la ceinture supérieure de cadre (6), est disposé un dispositif d'alimentation, et la partie (12) pivotante de la ceinture supérieure de cadre s'étend jusqu'au dispositif d'alimentation.
  8. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que des moyens sont prévus pour le déplacement latéral des rouleaux (3, 4).
  9. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que la course de déplacement latéral des rouleaux (3, 4) s'étend jusqu'au volet latéral, ouvert par rabattement, ou jusqu'à la partie, ouverte par pivotement (12), de la ceinture supérieure de cadre.
  10. Presse à rouleaux (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que les rouleaux (3, 4), avec leurs axes, sont montés en paliers dans des boîtiers de palier, les boîtiers de palier s'étendent entre la partie inférieure de cadre (5) et la ceinture supérieure de cadre (6), et les rouleaux (3, 4) sont susceptibles d'être enlevés, au moyen des boîtiers de palier déplaçables par coulissement sur la partie inférieure de cadre (5) et l'ouverture de prélèvement.
