  3. The menswear garment as recited in Claim 2, wherein the attachment point (41) is formed on a leg seam (42) that runs lengthwise.
  4. The menswear garment as recited in any of Claims 1 to 3, wherein the insert part (30) at its upper end is joined to the waistband (14).
  5. The menswear garment as recited in any of the preceding claims, wherein the insert part (30) has approximately the shape of a cup that is stitched lengthwise, i.e., a shape that resembles briefs.
  6. The menswear garment as recited in any of the preceding claims, wherein each insert piece (31, 32), facing away from its free edge, is attached to the front part (11) near the longitudinal center (28).
  7. The menswear garment as recited in any of the preceding claims, wherein the front and rear areas (11, 12) are single pieces, and the rear area (12) has an enlargement insert (16) that extends to the crotch area (17).
