Claims (6)
- Appareil pour refroidir des boissons pression comprenant:une conduite de boisson (3,33);un réservoir de distribution (1) situé à un site de distribution, le réservoir de distribution comprenant un ou plusieurs robinets (2);une coque de refroidissement (10) prévue au site de distribution;la conduite de boisson s'étendant au réservoir de distribution pour transporter la boisson à un ou plusieurs robinets;la conduite de boisson s'étendant au site de distribution dans un python (20);le python comprenant une ou plusieurs conduites de refroidissement (21,22) pour transporter un milieu de refroidissement vers et du site de distribution;la coque de refroidissement comprenant une chambre de refroidissement (18) à travers laquelle la conduite de boisson passe, la conduite de boisson étant refroidie dans la chambre de refroidissement, la chambre de refroidissement comprenant une entrée (16) reliée à la conduite de refroidissement du python pour recevoir le milieu de refroidissement, et une sortie (17) reliée à la conduite de refroidissement du python pour évacuer le milieu de refroidissement à nouveau au python;
où la coque de refroidissement comprend en outre un tuyau de refroidissement (60) dans là chambre de refroidissement, relié à l'entrée de la chambre de refroidissement et entouré par la bobine de la conduite de boisson, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de refroidissement comprend plusieurs ouvertures dirigées radialement (62) à travers lesquelles, en cours d'utilisation, le milieu de refroidissement peut passer dans la chambre de refroidissement sous la forme d'un jet de manière à heurter une face dirigée vers l'intérieur de la conduite de boisson enroulée. - Appareil selon la revendication 1, où la coque de refroidissement comprend en outre une isolation extérieure (19).
- Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, où la coque de refroidissement est montée en série avec la conduite de refroidissement du python de telle sorte que l'écoulement entier du milieu de refroidissement dans la conduite de refroidissement du python passe à travers la coque de refroidissement.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, où la coque de refroidissement ajoute un chauffage équivalent inférieur à 30 Watts à l'appareil.
- Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, où un ou plusieurs robinets sont aptes à distribuer des boissons avec des têtes à mousse en utilisant des chemins d'écoulement séparés pour une portion de masse de la boisson à distribuer et une portion moussée de la boisson à distribuer, où le robinet définit deux chemins d'écoulement de boisson, un des chemins d'écoulement de boisson est muni d'un resserrement d'écoulement pour induire une turbulence dans l'écoulement de la boisson pour produire de la mousse et comprend une sortie s'étendant selon un angle entre 0 et 60 degrés à l'horizontale de sorte que la mousse distribuée à la sortie ne fait pas mousser une portion de masse déjà distribuée de la boisson.
- Coque de refroidissement (10) pour utilisation au site de distribution d'un appareil pour refroidir des boissons pression, l'appareil comprenant:une conduite de boisson (3,33);un réservoir de distribution (1) situé au site de distribution, le réservoir de distribution comprenant un ou plusieurs robinets (12);la conduite de boisson s'étendant au réservoir de distribution pour transporter la boisson à un ou plusieurs robinets;la conduite de boisson s'étendant au site de distribution dans un python (20);le python comprenant une ou plusieurs conduites de refroidissement (21,22) pour transporter un milieu de refroidissement vers et du site de distribution,où la coque de refroidissement comprend une chambre de refroidissement (18) à travers laquelle passe la conduite de boisson, la conduite de boisson étant enroulée dans la chambre de refroidissement, la chambre de refroidissement comprenant une entrée (16) reliée à la conduite de refroidissement du python pour recevoir le milieu de refroidissement, et une sortie (17) reliée à la conduite de refroidissement du python pour évacuer le milieu de refroidissement à nouveau au python; et
où la coque de refroidissement comprend en outre un tuyau de refroidissement dans la chambre de refroidissement relié à l'entrée de la chambre de refroidissement et entouré par l'enroulement de la conduite de boisson, caractérisé en ce que la conduite de refroidissement comprend plusieurs ouvertures dirigées radialement (62) à travers lesquelles, en cours d'utilisation, le milieu de refroidissement peut passer dans la chambre de refroidissement sous la forme d'un jet de manière à heurter une face dirigée vers l'intérieur de la conduite de boisson enroulée.
