Abstract

Ein derartige Vitrine ist bereits bekannt. Außer der Staubfreiheit, der Luftfeuchtigkeit, usw. kann nun auch der Fall eintreten, daß neben den genannten Anforderungen bestimmte Gegenstände im Innenraum der Vitrine eine neutrale Umgebung benötigen. Deshalb ist es auch möglich, den Innenraum mit einem neutralen Gas zu füllen, wenn dies der Schutz der ausgestellten Gegenstände es erfordert. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es bereits bekannt, hierzu ein Gas zu verwenden, das in einem Vorratsbehälter bereitgehalten wird.Such a showcase is already known. Die Befeuchtungsvorrichtung 5 kann beispielsweise derart wirken, daß das Stickstoffgas über eine Wasseroberfläche geleitet wird und auf diese Weise Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt. Durch eine anschließende Kühlung,des feuchten Schutzgases mit Hilfe einer Kühlvorrichtung 6 wird dann dessen Feuchtigkeit und Temperatur eingestellt und geregelt, dabei wird die Luftfeuchtigkeit auf einen vorgegebenen Wert gebracht, beispielsweise 35 bis 65%. Damit kann der Überdruck im Innenraum 7 der Vitrine beispielsweise nach dem Öffnen und Schließen der Vitrine für einen vorgegebenen Zeitraum etwas erhöht werden, um zu erreichen, daß sich der Innenraum 7 der Vitrine schneller wieder mit dem Stickstoffgas füllt, indem die eingedrungene Luft infolge der Undichtigkeiten hinaus gedrängt wird.
