Claims (3)
- Procédé de fabrication de noyaux de coulée ou de moules en une matière pour moule à base d'une matière première de moule et de liants organiques ou minéraux, une substance de formation de pores étant ajoutée à la matière de moules et/ou au liant, caractérisé en ce que la matière de formation de moules est une poudre de sucre en grains plus petits que 1 mm.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liant est constitué d'un rapport variable d'un composant fait de résine phénolique et d'un composant isocyanate, les deux composants du liant étant ajoutés en même temps dans le sable de quartz et ensuite mélangés.
- Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la poudre de sucre est mélangée de manière à obtenir un mélange homogène.
