Claims (3)
- Ascenseur comprenant un système de levage équipé d'au moins une machine gearless et d'un bâti (31), le système de levage possédant :une première structure (14) sur laquelle le bâti (31) est fixé ;des moyens amortisseurs (13) sur la première structure (14) pour empêcher la transmission des vibrations de la première structure (14).plusieurs rails (11) :s'étendant longitudinalement le long d'une cage d'ascenseur de sorte à définir un parallélépipède aux dimensions plus petites que la cage d'ascenseur ;pour guider un mouvement ascendant/descendant d'un châssis (18, 52, 53) d'une cabine (19) et d'un contrepoids (17, 64) ;situés dans une position proche d'une première paroi de la cage d'ascenseur ;la première structure (14) étant raccordée aux rails (11) sur une partie supérieure des rails (11) :pour placer la poulie de traction (321) :dans une position substantiellement perpendiculaire à une première paroi ;au centre de la distance entre les rails (11) ;afin de
empêcher la transmission de contraintes mécaniques à la cage d'ascenseur ; permettre une projection centrée du châssis (18, 52, 63) de la cabine (19) et du contrepoids (17, 64) ;

la cabine (19) est fixée au châssis (63) qui glisse le long des rails (11), ce châssis (63) comprenant :plusieurs quatrièmes longerons (631) sur une partie inférieure de la cabine (19)disposés substantiellement perpendiculairement aux rails (11).plusieurs troisièmes poutres longitudinales (632) sur une première partie latérale de la cabine (19) disposées substantiellement parallèlement aux rails (11),des premières poulies de rappel (611), une sur chaque extrémité d'un quatrième longeron (631) situé dans une position centrale, ces première poulies de rappel (611) étant dans une position substantiellement perpendiculaire à la première paroi ;des deuxièmes poulies de rappel (621), qui sont situées sur une partie supérieure du contrepoids (64), ces deuxièmes poulies de rappel (621) étant dans une position substantiellement parallèle à la première paroi ;
pour les quatrièmes longerons (631), les troisièmes poutres longitudinales (632) et les premières poulies de rappel (611) afin de définir une structure de châssis de rappel ;
où les moyens de traction (66) comprennent :une première extrémité raccordée à une deuxième structure (68) sur un plan parallèle à première paroi ;une deuxième extrémité raccordée à un élément d'attache (65) sur un plan perpendiculaire à la première paroi et équidistant des rails (11) ;une première bande élastique comprise entre la première extrémité et les premières poulies de rappel (611), configurée pour être entraînée par les deuxièmes poulies de rappel (621) ;une deuxième bande élastique comprise entre les premières poulies de rappel (611) et l'élément d'attache (65), configurée pour être entraînée par les premières poulies de rappel (611). - Ascenseur selon la revendication 1, où la machine gearless comprend un bâti (31) et un moteur substantiellement cylindrique (300) doté d'un stator (30) et d'un rotor (32), où :le stator (30) est un axe longitudinal ayant une première longueur ;le rotor (32) :forme la surface externe substantiellement cylindrique du moteur (300) ;est configuré pour tourner autour d'un axe de rotation parallèle au stator (30) ;a une deuxième longueur ;comprend une poulie de traction (321) dans une position centrale configurée pour entraîner un châssis (18, 52, 63) d'une cabine d'ascenseur (19) et un contrepoids (17,64) à l'aide de moyens de traction (16, 66) ;la longueur du stator (30) est plus grande que la longueur du rotor (32) ;le bâti comprend des moyens de support (311) séparés d'une distance qui est égale à la première longueur, les moyens de support (311) étant configurés pour supporter le moteur (300) dans une direction substantiellement horizontale, le moteur (300) étant rigidement raccordé au bâti (31) par le stator (30).
- Ascenseur de la revendication 2, comprenant également plusieurs parties de freinage (322) disposées sur la surface du rotor (32) non occupée par la poulie de traction (321), un dispositif de freinage (33) agissant sur ces parties de freinage (322).
