Claims (3)

  1. Châssis d'un train de roulement pour véhicule ferroviaire à plancher surbaissé, comprenant au moins une plaque ( 1 ) inférieur de fond ainsi que des parois ( 2 ) latérales, qui s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale du véhicule, qui forment les carters de roue d'un train de roulement et qui sont reliées à la plaque ( 1 ) inférieure de fond, la plaque ( 1 ) de fond ayant une partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond centrale disposée horizontalement et deux parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe inclinées vers le bas et voisines de la partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond, caractérisé en ce que les parois ( 2 ) latérales sont reliées à la partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond centrale et aux parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe et en ce que la partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond centrale et les deux parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe et la plaque ( 1 ) de fond ainsi que les parois ( 2 ) latérales sont un module fabriqué entièrement par pliage d'une tôle unique, dans laquelle le tracé incliné vers le bas des parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe est ménagé par une déformation supplémentaire.
  2. Châssis suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond centrale et les deux parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe de la plaque ( 1 ) de fond, ainsi que les parois ( 2 ) latérales sont respectivement trois modules disposés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale du châssis, chacun de ces modules étant produits par pliage d'une tôle correspondante.
  3. Châssis suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois ( 2 ) latérales ont sur leur segment d'extrémité tourné vers la partie ( 1a ) en tôle de fond et les parties ( 1b ) en tôle de rampe un biseau ( 2a ) produit par pliage.
