Derartige Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtungen finden vor allem bei Beutelmaschinen Verwendung. Zahlreiche Druckschriften befassen sich bereits mit solchen Papierbeutelmaschinen. Beispielhaft seien die DE 41 15 161 A1 , die DE 42 05 062 A1 und die DE 25 48 161 genannt. In solchen Maschinen finden Vorrichtungen Verwendung, welche den bereits vorgeschnittenen beziehungsweise vorperforierten Papierschlauch zu Papierschlauchabschnitten vereinzeln. An solchen Maschinen werden des öfteren Formatwechsel, das heißt Änderungen der Beutelhöhe beziehungsweise der Papierschlauchabschnittlänge, vorgenommen. Zu diesem Zweck wird einmal der Abstand zwischen zwei Perforations- oder Schnittlinien auf dem Papierschlauch verändert. In der Regel erfolgt dies durch eine Einstellung an einen dafür gedachten Perforations- oder Schneidzylinder. Des weiteren werden insbesondere bei Papierbeutelmaschinen Einstellungen an der Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung vorgenommen. Mit einer solchen Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung befasst sich unter anderem auch die DE 35 42 923 A1 , wobei die in dieser Anmeldung behandelten Fragestellungen nicht beleuchtet werden. Daher wird in der gegenständlichen Beschreibung noch einmal auf den zugrundeliegenden Stand der Technik eingegangen.Such transport and separation devices are used primarily in bag machines. Da die Abreißwalze mit einer höheren Umfangsgeschwindigkeit als die Vorzugswalzen betrieben wird, wird auf diese Weise der Papierschlauchabschnitt von dem nachfolgenden Papierschlauch vereinzelt. Bei besonders langen Papierschlauchabschnitten betrifft diese Maßnahme nicht nur das letzte der Abreißwalze vorgelagerte Vorzugswalzenpaar, sondern kann mehrere dieser Vorzugswalzenpaare betreffen. Die in der Transportrichtung z der Sackbestandteile dem aus den Walzen 3 bestehenden Abreißwalzenpaar 3 vorgelagerten Abzugswalzen 2a und 2b sind verschieblich gelagert. Die Abzugswalze 2a ist so angeordnet, dass der Riemen 14 in diesem Bereich nicht mehr am Schlauchabschnitt 8 anliegt. In Transportrichtung z entsteht hinter der Abzugswalze 2b zwischen den Transportriemen 14, 15 eine trichterförmige Öffnung. In dem Bereich dieser trichterförmigen Öffnung wird der betreffende Schlauchabschnitt 8 nicht mehr klemmend geführt. Wird der Schlauchabschnitt 8 von den Abreißwalzen 3 ergriffen und befindet sich die nächstfolgende Perforier- oder Schneidlinie P bereits im Bereich der trichterförmigen Öffnung, so wird der Schlauchabschnitt 8 von dem Schlauch 6 abgetrennt. Um eine zuverlässige Abtrennung des Schlauchabschnittes zu gewährleisten, ist die Abzugwalze 2b in Transportrichtung z verschiebbar. Dadurch lässt sich die Länge der trichterförmigen Öffnung gemäß der gewünschten Länge des Schlauchabschnittes 8 so einstellen, dass der abzutrennende Schlauchabschnitt 8 mit seiner Perforierlinie gerade eben den trichterförmigen Abschnitt erreicht. Der Bereich des Schlauchs 6 unmittelbar an der Perforieroder Schneidlinie P wird dann im Moment des Abtrennens noch nahezu vollständig klemmend zwischen den Riemen 14, 15 gehalten. Der abgerissene Schlauchabschnitt 8 erlangt durch die etwas schnellere Rotation der Abreißwalzen 3 einen gewissen Vorlauf. Auf diese Weise kann der entlang seines Transportweges 4 transportierte Schlauchabschnitt 8 unabhängig von allen anderen Schlauchabschnitten weiter verarbeitet werden. The area of the hose 6 directly at the perforating or cutting line P is then held almost completely clamped between the belts 14, 15 at the moment of severing. The torn off hose section 8 achieves a certain advance due to the somewhat faster rotation of the tear-off rollers 3. In this way, the hose section 8 transported along its transport path 4 can be processed further independently of all other hose sections. Die Abzugswalzen 2a und 2b lassen sich in die Richtung y senkrecht zur Transportrichtung z verschieben. Auf diese Weise lässt sich der gesamte Riementransport auf die Stärke des Schlauches 6 einstellen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es erwähnenswert, dass ich die Abzugswalzen 2, 2a, 2b für jede der zuvor beschriebenen Riementransportkonstruktionen vorteilhafterweise separat verschieben lassen, um so auch Schläuche, die über ihre Breite verschiedene Stärken aufweisen; zuverlässig und genau verarbeiten zu können. Verschiedene Dicken über die Schlauchbreite kommen beispielsweise durch die für Schlauchbildung notwendige Überlappung und Verklebung zustande. Figur 2 zeigt ein Abreißwerk nach dem Stand der Technik. Natürlich erfolgt auch nach dem Stand der Technik eine Vorperforation in einem dafür vorgesehenen Perforationswerk und ein zumindest teilweises Einschneiden in dem Schneidwerk 10, welches wieder aus der Schneidwalze 10, der Gegenlage 11 und den diesen beiden Elementen zugeordneten Messern 12 und 13 besteht. Wieder erfolgt der Transport entlang des Transportweges 4, wobei auf die Darstellung der Beutelbestandteile 6, 8 verzichtet wurde. Der eigentliche Transport erfolgt wieder durch die Abzugswalzen 2, 2a, 2b und 2c, wobei die Schlauchabschnitte 8 nicht kleiner sein sollten als der Abstand zwischen zwei solcher Walzenpaare, um die Schlauchabschnitte 8 vernünftig transportieren zu können. Wieder ist davon auszugehen, dass in der quer zu den beiden Raumrichtungen z und y dargestellten Raumrichtung x, welche in die Zeichenebene hineinragt, noch einmal die gleiche Anordnung von Walzen vorgesehen ist, um die Beutelbestandteile an ihrer anderen Seite zu halten. Wieder erfolgt der Abriss der vorperforierten und vorgeschnittenen Schlauchabschnitte 6 dadurch, dass die Abreißwalzen 3 mit größerer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit betrieben werden. Die Einstellung der Abzugswalzen auf die beabsichtigte Schlauchabschnittslänge erfolgt jedoch dadurch, dass die einstellbaren Abzugswalzen 2a durch kurvengesteuertes Abheben Sackbestandteile freigeben. Das heißt bei sehr langen Schlauchabschnitten ist davon auszugehen, dass sowohl die Abzugswalze 2a als auch die Abzugswalze 2b angehoben werden müssen, um den Sackabschnitt rechtzeitig freizugeben. Das Abreißen des Schlauchabschnittes erfolgt dann zwischen dem Walzenspalt zwischen der Abzugswalze 2c und der nicht-einstellbaren Abzugswalze 2 sowie dem Spalt zwischen den Abreißwalzen 3. Bei kürzeren Schlauchabschnitten kann es vorkommen, dass lediglich die Abzugswalze 2a angehoben werden muss. Um die entsprechenden Änderungen in der Funktionsweise vorzunehmen, ist es notwendig, dass die Kurvenpakete bei Formateinstellungen ausgetauscht werden. Diese Arbeit ist aufwändig. Ähnlich wie bei der erfindungsgemäßen Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 1 werden die Sackbestandteile in der Regel, wenn diese Vorrichtung 1 Bestandteil einer Beutelmaschine ist, im Anschluss an die Transport- und Vereinzelungsvorrichtung 1 einem Bodenmacherzylinder zugeführt. Wie erwähnt wurden bei Fig. 2 keine Sackbestandteile aus darstellerischen Gründen gezeigt. The take-off rollers 2a and 2b can be moved in the direction y perpendicular to the transport direction z. The actual transport takes place again through the take-off rolls 2, 2a, 2b and 2c, the hose sections 8 should not be smaller than the distance between two such roll pairs in order to be able to transport the hose sections 8 reasonably. Again, it can be assumed that the same arrangement of rollers is provided again in the spatial direction x, which extends transversely to the two spatial directions z and y, and which protrudes into the plane of the drawing, in order to hold the bag components on their other side. Again, the pre-perforated and pre-cut hose sections 6 are torn off by the fact that the tear-off rollers 3 are operated at a greater peripheral speed. However, the setting of the take-off rollers to the intended length of the hose section takes place in that the adjustable take-off rollers 2 a release bag components by cam-controlled lifting. In the case of very long hose sections, this means that it must be assumed that both the take-off roller 2a and the take-off roller 2b must be raised in order to release the bag section in good time. The hose section is then torn off between the nip between the take-off roll 2c and the non-adjustable take-off roll 2 and the nip between the tear-off rolls 3. In the case of shorter hose sections, it may happen that only the take-off roll 2a has to be raised.
