Claims (18)

  1. A treatment chair (1), in particular dental-medical treatment chair, having a carrier frame (2), a seat part (3), a leg rest (4), which is mounted upwardly and downwardly pivotably in the forward end region of the seat part (3), a backrest (7), which is mounted downwardly and upwardly pivotably in the rearward end region of the seat part (3) or of the carrier frame (2), and a height adjustment device (12) for the height adjustment of the seat part (3), wherein the seat part (3) can be adjusted into an inclined position with a rearwardly downwardly sloping inclination, and for the adjustment of the seat part (3) and the pivoting of the leg rest (4) a common adjustment motor (25) is provided, which upon an adjustment of the seat part (3) into the inclined position pivots the leg rest upwardly,
    wherein a footrest (6) is movably mounted on the leg rest (4),
    characterized in that
    the footrest (6) is mounted on the leg rest (4) displaceably in the longitudinal direction thereof, and the adjustment motor (25) also displaces the foot rest (6).
  2. A treatment chair according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    also the backrest (7) is pivotable upwardly and downwardly with the adjustment motor (25).
  3. A treatment chair (1) according to claim 2,
    characterized in that
    upon an adjustment of the seat part (3) into the inclined position the adjustment motor (25) pivots the backrest (7) in the direction towards its lower pivot position.
  4. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the adjustment motor (25) is part of an adjustment device (24) which can be actuated independently of the height adjustment device (12).
  5. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the seat part (3) is mounted upwardly and downwardly pivotably around a joint axis arranged in its rearward end region.
  6. A treatment chair according to claim 4 or 5,
    characterized in that
    the adjustment device (24) has a carrier part (34) which is pivotably mounted on the height adjustment device (12) by means of a joint (36) having a horizontally and transversely running joint axis, and carries the seat part (3).
  7. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the height adjustment device (12) is formed by means of a four-bar parallelogram lever arrangement.
  8. A treatment chair according to claim 7,
    characterized in that
    the four-bar parallelogram lever arrangement has two joints (14, 15) arranged in the forward region of the treatment chair one above the other, by means of which it is supported on the carrier frame (2), and has two joints (32, 33) arranged in the rearward region of the treatment chair one above the other.
  9. A treatment chair according to claim 8,
    characterized in that
    the carrier part (34) is pivotably mounted in one of the two rearward joints (32, 33), in particular in the upper joint (33).
  10. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims 4 to 9,
    characterized in that
    the adjustment device (24) has a lever (31) arranged in the rearward end region of the carrier frame (2), which lever is pivotably mounted on the carrier frame (2) by means of a joint (32) having a horizontally and transversely running joint axis.
  11. A treatment chair according to claim 10,
    characterized in that
    the joint (32) is formed by means of the rearward and lower joint of the four-bar parallelogram lever arrangement.
  12. A treatment chair according to claim 10 or 11,
    characterized in that
    the lever (31) is pivotably connected with the carrier part (34) by means of a joint (33), which is arranged between the joint (32) mounting the lever and the joint (36) mounting the carrier part (34).
  13. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims 4 to 12,
    characterized in that
    the adjustment device (24) has a push rod (38) which extends forwardly under the seat part (3), is longitudinally displaceably mounted and at its forward end is pivotably connected with the leg rest (4) by means of a joint (39).
  14. A treatment chair according to claim 13,
    characterized in that
    the push rod (38) is pivotably connected in its rearward end region with the lever (31) by means of a joint.
  15. A treatment chair according to claim 13 or 14,
    characterized in that
    between the seat part (3) and the push rod (38) there is arranged a connecting link guide (48) having a link groove (48a) inclined at least in a section or sections, which groove upon a longitudinally directed displacement of the push rod (38) brings about a height adjustment of the seat part (3).
  16. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the joint (8) arranged between the seat part (3) and the backrest (7) is formed by means of an arc guide (45) in which an arc segment (44) carrying the backrest (7) is displaceably guided.
  17. A treatment chair according to claim 16,
    characterized in that
    the lever (31) is pivotably connected in its upper end region, by means of a joint (41), with a connection bracket (42) which is pivotably connected by means of a joint (43) with the arc segment (44).
  18. A treatment chair according to one of the preceding claims 10 to 17,
    characterized in that
    the lever (31) is pivotable back and forth by means of the preferably elongate adjustment motor (25), which is preferably arranged below the seat part (3).
