Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sanitary fitting for insertion into a liquid line, which is designed as a flow regulator and has an outer housing, in the housing interior, an elastically deformable body is arranged, which defines a control gap between itself and the housing inner wall, the passage cross-section through the can be varied depending on the forming when flowing through the outer housing fluid pressure regulating body.
  • the previously known installation part has an outer housing, in the housing interior of which a spherical closing body is provided. This spherical closing body can be pressed in a closed position against a valve seat. While the backflow preventer is formed by the spherical closing body and the associated valve seat, the venting valve is connected downstream of the backflow preventer in the usual flow direction.
  • the vent valve has an annular disk-shaped closing body, the annular opening of which leaves a throughflow channel and which, with its annular surface in the closed position of the venting valve, rests sealingly on a ventilation opening coaxial with the throughflow channel.
  • a stopcock which has a piston-like and adjustable against a valve seat obturator.
  • a valve seat obturator At the valve seat facing free end of the piston-like obturator serving as a backflow preventer rubber element is provided with an annular circumferential sealing lip, which sealing lip deformed by flowing in the usual direction water in the flow direction that between the outer annular zone of the sealing lip on the one hand and the inner circumference of Valve housing on the other hand a flow channel remains. If, however, an effective water pressure acts in the opposite direction on the sealing lip, the sealing lip is erected by this backflow in such a way that it can seal against the inner circumference of the valve housing.
  • a backflow preventer with a tubular and consisting of two pipe sections valve housing is known. Between these two housing parts, which are connected to each other by means of a union nut, a valve body is clamped, which has a the adjacent pipe sections of the valve housing sealingly acting outer ring with radially intersecting stabilizing ribs.
  • This valve body carries on its downstream flat side a flap-shaped Closing body, which opens in the usual direction of flow in the flow direction, in order to create a sealing in the case of an undesirable backflow to the downstream end face of the valve body and the closing body supporting stabilizing ribs.
  • the achievement of this object is in the sanitary fitting of the type mentioned in particular in that the sanitary fitting unites the function of a flow rate regulator and a backflow preventer and its control body at the same time serves as a closing body, which is against the flow in a closed position sealingly pressed against a valve seat and in an open position between itself and the housing inner wall limited the control gap.
  • This built-in part according to the invention assumes both the function of a flow rate regulator and the function of a backflow preventer.
  • the fitting according to the invention has for this purpose an elastically deformable regulating and closing body, which is arranged in the housing interior of the outer housing.
  • This shaped body can be pressed counter to the direction of flow in a closed position against a valve seat such that a backflow of the liquid over the insert according to the invention is also prevented with certainty.
  • this shaped body also serves as a regulating body, which delimits between itself and the housing inner wall a control gap whose passage cross-section is variable by the regulating and closing body which deforms as a function of the fluid pressure forming when the outer housing flows through.
  • the built-in invention can be produced with little effort from a few components. Since it is possible to dispense with separate flow rate regulator and non-return valve in the built-in component according to the invention, the built-in part is characterized by a comparatively small installation length. The built-in part according to the invention is therefore versatile even in confined spaces. At Pressurization to promote a more uniform deformation of the control and closing body and to ensure proper operation of the insert according to the invention regardless of the position of the control and closing body, it is advantageous if the control and closing body has a spherical shape in the unloaded state.
  • the regulating and closing body can easily and precisely react even to slight pressure changes when the regulating and closing body is designed as an elastic hollow or foam body.
  • control and closing body is arranged in the unloaded state in the flow direction substantially free of play between the valve seat on the one hand and a preferably centrally arranged outflow side regulating and closing body system on the other.
  • the housing inner wall delimits flow channels distributed in the circumferential direction between itself and the regulating and closing body.
  • the outer housing has a non-round, preferably a polygonal and in particular a substantially hexagonal clear cross-section.
  • valve seat is preceded by a front screen in the direction of flow.
  • the sanitary installation part 100 has an outer housing 2, in the housing interior of which an elastically deformable regulating and closing body 3 'is provided.
  • the control and closing body 3 'of the sanitary fixture 100 has a spherical shape in the unloaded state and is designed as an elastic hollow body.
  • the regulating and closing body 3 ' can be pressed against a valve seat 15, which is provided on the inflow side of the regulating and closing body 3' and is designed as an annular opening widening conically in the direction of flow Pf1.
  • the control gap 4 is increasingly narrowed in the increased in Fig. 3a and 3b fluid pressure and the liter performance of the built-in part 100 adjusted to a certain maximum value.
  • FIG. 1a, 2a and 3a on the one hand and Figures 1b, 2b and 3b on the other hand clearly shows that the housing inner wall of the mounting part 100 between them and the control and closing body 3 'in the circumferential direction preferably uniformly distributed flow channels 16 limited Even with a high water pressure and a strong compression of the regulating and closing body 3 'ensure a flow of tap water through the mounting part 100.
  • the outer housing 2 of the built-in part 100 has for this purpose a non-circular, here hexagonal clear cross-section, so that in the corner regions of this hexagonal shape, the flow channels 16 form.
  • the regulating and closing body 3 'in its outer diameter in the unloaded state is approximately adapted to the small dimension of this clear housing cross-section of the built-in component 100 extending through the longitudinal central axis.
  • the regulating and closing body 3 'of the built-in part 100 is held in the unloaded state substantially free of play between the valve seat 15 on the one hand and a downstream body-system 6 on the other.
  • the regulating and closing body 3 ' is acted upon by the water pressure acting in the direction of flow Pf 1
  • the regulating and closing body 3' is increasingly pressed against the regulating body system 6, which serves the regulating and closing body 3 'as an abutment.
  • the outer housing 2 of the built-in part 100 has two housing parts 9, 10, which can be pushed into one another and latched. If required, the outer housing of the built-in part 100 with its regulating body systems 6, 15 can be designed such that these regulating body systems 6, 15 are adjustable and fixable. To keep the control and closing body 3 'captive in the outer housing 2 and To counteract the settling of dirt particles in the housing interior of the outer housing 2, the valve seat 15 of the built-in part 100 is preceded by a front screen 17 in the flow direction Pf 1. As is clear from the plan view in Figure 4, the screen openings of the attachment screen 17 are arranged approximately honeycomb to each other.
  • the molded body 3 'provided inside the housing 100 serves both as a regulating body of a flow rate regulator and as a closing body of a non-return valve, the sanitary fitting 100 can be produced from few components with little effort. Since in the built-in part 100 can be dispensed with the combination of separate flow rate regulator and backflow preventer, the built-in part 100 is characterized by a low installation height and by its versatility versatility.
