Definitions
- the invention relates to a composite profile according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the solution of the Fig. 1 proven, in which the metal profiles are connected by means of two insulating webs, in teilprismatische - at least one side of the groove base tapered - grooves engage the metal profiles, with a schwalhenschwanzförmige partition between the insulating bars.
- the insulating bars in the clamping area to the metal profiles require a minimum of wall thickness to accommodate the forces and stresses occurring in the use of such profiles.
- the composite realized here entails the problem that the retatively complicated insulating profile is expensive to produce, difficult to assemble and designed in such a way that the positive-locking undercuts on the metal profiles are still relatively wide in order to provide the necessary stability for the connection achieve.
- an approach is formed on the partition, which is plate-shaped or web-shaped with parallel walls between the two grooves, which deviates from the shape of the partition to the approach in such a way that it form-fitting both adjacent foot areas secured to the metal profiles.
- the approach is relative to the groove bottom of the grooves behind the free ends of the Anformstege.
- a distance is particularly advantageous here because it minimizes the width of the view particularly clearly.
- the approach can also be formed only partially to the partition wall, that is, it can be provided punches, which increase the shear strength again.
- the approach has a triangular, round or rectangular cross-section and engages in a correspondingly shaped chamber between the two insulating webs or a, so as to ensure a particularly effective fit.
- the thickness of the partition before the approach 0.4 to 1.2 mm.
- the thickness of the attachment is preferably in the range of maximum thickness more than 1.2 mm to ensure a sufficient form-fitting and to minimize the viewing width particularly clearly.
- the foot portions are arranged laterally offset from a central portion and the foot portions are each connected via an acute angle to the foot sections and the central portion aligned connecting portion with the central portion. It is possible and advantageous if at least the foot portion and the connecting portion have the same thickness in order to realize a particularly narrow view width. The foot must therefore be quasi non-broadened compared to the other insulating web strength and can even be formed in the area projecting into the receiving groove almost rectangular.
- the partition is loaded in the assembly position exclusively on train through the widening approach.
- the partition and the insulating bars are coordinated such that the foot sections are pressed in the direction of the partition and its widening approach, which in turn ensures by its shape that the insulating bars in the groove bottom of the grooves for Plant come.
- the two insulating webs are joined together via at least one locking receptacle and a corresponding detent spring to form a mounting unit. This offers particular handling and storage benefits without losing the benefits of the two-piece design.
- the two insulating webs are formed separately from each other and not materially connected to each other.
- the two insulating webs can also be connected to one another in their middle section in a material-locking manner, in particular via at least one or more film-like material webs, wherein the webs of material preferably have a thickness of 0.3-1.5 mm.
- the variant is preferred with not form-fitting connected Isolierstegen because it builds as narrow as the variant with material connection and other advantages such as a lower tolerance sensitivity and preventing problems during assembly by mere tandemüberschneidungen when inserting, but what is avoided again with sufficiently thin and / or flexible material webs, for example, if the material webs are like a film.
- This embodiment also offers handling and storage advantages, without losing the benefits of a design without material due to the relatively flexible material webs.
- the two insulating webs can be connected and formed as cohesive Isolierprofilteil particular a wing of a block window, which has at least one receiving groove for fixing a glass retaining strip for a disc or a chamber for corner connectors.
- the FIG. 2 shows a first composite profile of two metal profiles 1 and 2, for example, consist of a light metal alloy, which form in the installed state, for example, portions of an inner and outer profile of a window or door leaf and to which during assembly of the window or door preferably further functional elements such as seals , a glass retaining strip or the like. Can be attached.
- a light metal alloy which form in the installed state, for example, portions of an inner and outer profile of a window or door leaf and to which during assembly of the window or door preferably further functional elements such as seals , a glass retaining strip or the like. Can be attached.
- the two metal profiles 1, 2 are positively connected to one another in their mutually facing region with two insulating webs 3a, 3b, which are aligned parallel to one another here, of a material which is poorer in heat conduction relative to the material of the metal profiles 1, 2.
- the insulating bars 3a, 3b point to this Fig. 1 At their two opposite and facing the metal profiles 1, 2 end portions each foot sections 4, which engage in correspondingly shaped adjacent grooves 5a, b of the metal profiles 1, 2.
- the insulating bars 3a, 3b are here - which is preferred becomes - in itself no hollow chamber, without this could be excluded in principle. It widens but i.allg. again the view.
- the two foot sections 4 are each slightly laterally offset in the direction of the adjacent insulating web 3a and 3b to a central section 6 connecting them.
- the foot sections 4 are each connected via an acute-angled section to the foot section 4 and to the central section 6 connecting section 7 with the central section. 6 connected.
- shear-resistant composite can be used in a groove 8 of the foot sections 4 each have a knurled wire 9 or other shear-resistant composite securing element.
- the foot sections 4 are anchored in the receiving grooves 5 by molding - in particular rolling - each of an outer Anformsteg 10a, b, which extends perpendicular to the groove base 12, positively and non-positively in the receiving grooves 5.
- a partition 11 is formed in each case on the groove bottom 12, which is perpendicular to the groove bottom 12 via the free End of the Anformstege 10a, b also extends and in which over the free end of the Anformstege 10a, b addition extending range by means of a positive connection with the insulating bars 3a, b this on the metal profiles 1, 2 secures.
- the positive connection is realized by a with respect to the partition 11 continuously widening approach 13, which has a widening from the end of the partition cross-section and between the angularly aligned connecting portions 7 of mutually adjacent insulating webs 3a, 3b, between which here is also from the Groove from widening space 30 is formed.
- the foot portions 4 of the insulating bars 3a, 3b are secured by the interaction of the two outer Anformstege 10a, b with the respective projection 13 on the associated partition wall 11 positively.
- the foot portions 4 are each configured substantially at right angles, wherein the Anformstege have projections 32 to improve the positive engagement, which press in the rolled-up state in the foot sections 4
- the partition wall 11 for separating the directly juxtaposed receiving grooves 5a, 5a of the metal profiles 1, 2 for receiving the insulating webs 3a, b protrudes so far beyond the grooves 5a, 5b or beyond the free ends of the Anformstege 10 that in the field of positive engagement between the insulating webs 3a, 3b and the metal profile 1, 2 by the approach 13 each sufficient material to the insulating bars 3a, b is available to ensure the required stability of the insulating bars 3a, b and the stability of the composite with the metal profiles 1, 2 without dimensioning the insulating ribs 3a, b larger, which would inevitably lead to a wider composite.
- the partition wall 11 itself can be made relatively thin, since it does not serve for lateral stabilization, ie not on bending, but only on train through the widening approach 13 is charged.
- the partition wall 11 is securely supported and held between the two insulating bars.
- the partition 11 should even be made as thin as possible to adapt starting from the connection to the metal profiles 1 or 2 by bending deformation tolerances of the insulating strips in the connection area, so that only the widening, strip-like projection 13 evenly with the insulating bars 3a, b cooperates.
- the insulating bars 3 a, 3 b By molding the Anformstege 10 a, b to the insulating bars 3 a, b, the insulating bars 3 a, 3 b pressed against the partition wall 11 and its widening approach 13, which in turn ensures by its shape that the insulating bars 3 a, b also in the groove bottom 12 of the grooves 5 come to rest.
- the area between the insulating webs may be formed by means of an insulating layer 31 in addition thermally insulated.
- the insulating webs 3a, b are each mutually provided with a side facing here to the other insulating web in particular in the middle section 6 with a web-like locking receptacle 14 and a web-like detent spring 15 so that the simple possibility exists, these two insulating webs 3a, b to form a structural unit to connect with each other by means of the locking connection.
- this still offers the advantage of easy manufacturability of the individual insulating webs 3a, 3b, but on the other hand, the advantages of a one-piece solution in storage and assembly with the metal profiles.
- FIG. 4 shows a further variant in which the two insulating bars 3a, b different than in Fig. 2 and 3 are cohesively connected to each other, wherein the two insulating webs 3a, respectively in its central portion 6 via two parallel and perpendicular to the web portions aligned material webs 16, 17 are interconnected.
- This material webs 16, 17 should be formed as possible film-like and have a thickness of 0.3 -1.5 mm.
- the material webs 16, 17 serve to form a chamber for reducing the Konvek tion within the range between the web portions 3a and 3b and are preferably designed to be movable so that they the production of the bond between the web sections 3a, 3b, which by tolerances of the metal profiles 1, 2 and the web portions 3a, b is superimposed, not hinder.
- FIG. 5 shows an alternative to FIG. 2 in which the strip-like projection 13 'has no triangular cross-section but a round cross section, so that the strip shape is cylindrical.
- the approach may also have a different shape, such as an approximate rectangular shape as in Fig. 5 second approach 13 "or a differently shaped cross-sectional geometry, wherein the cross section of the chamber 30 and thus the insulating bars 3a, b is adapted to this geometry.
- FIG. 6 shows the section of a window 20 in block construction, in which the frame stop 21 completely covers the wing 22 from the outside.
- the wing 22 with the metal profile 1 has a narrow face width, wherein the outside wing profile and here also Isolierprofilteil 23 engages with two webs 3a ', 3b' in the same receiving contour, as the two separate insulating webs 3a, b according to FIG. 2 .
- the Isolierstegprofil 23 serves here on the one hand insulating and takes over more functions. Thus, it has a rectangular chamber 24 which serves to receive a corner connector for stabilizing the Isolierprofilteils (not shown here).
- the Isolierprofilteil 23 has a receiving groove 25 for fixing a Glashalteance 26 for a disc 27th
- FIG. 7 has the wing profile 1 similar to Fig. 2 or 3 on one of its sides two foot sections 4a, b, which engage in largely rectangular grooves 4 of the metal profile 1. Again, in the groove base 12 a Partition wall 11 is provided at the end of the mold-closing projection 13 is located.
- this wall - as already indicated above - can be made extremely thin-walled, which benefits the one face width of the composite profile, but on the other hand by its mobility tolerances compensating.
- the thickness of the partition wall should preferably be in a range of 0.4 - 1.2 mm.
- the receiving grooves 5, 5 for the adjacent insulating webs are each formed by the thin partition 11 which projects beyond the Anform- or Einspannstege 10a, b, wherein the partition wall 11 in particular facing away from it by the groove base on her Side subsequent approach 13 form fit the insulating bars 3a, b to the metal profiles 1, 2 secures.
- the length of the partition wall 11 should be such that a sufficient strip thickness over the entire course can be realized.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a composite profile according to the preamble of claim 1.
With regard to the requirements of statics and thermal insulation, these profiles have proven themselves. Particularly advantageous is the possibility to connect the composite profiles with each other via two insulating strips formed separately, since this offers the possibility to use relatively inexpensive insulating bars without complicated shape, which allow for sufficient spacing from each other, the realization of a very stable composite.
However, since the trend in window, door and facade construction to narrower profile views with the aim of the largest possible clear slices dimensions build composite profiles with two or more insulating bars often too wide, whereas composite profiles with only one insulating bar often have insufficient stability and strength.
For reasons of stability, the insulating bars in the clamping area to the metal profiles require a minimum of wall thickness to accommodate the forces and stresses occurring in the use of such profiles.
The dovetailed partition between the grooves as well as the two Isolierstegbereiche in the grooves together with the two Metallanformstege the metal profiles together lead to a view width, which can not fall below a minimum due to the required strength, so that the reduction of the view width limits are set, the recapture fundamental geometry of the elements can not be fallen below.
Thus, there is still a need for a composite profile with at least one metal profile and at least one insulating bar, which in comparison to the prior art with high stability builds in particular extremely narrow.
Die Lösung dieses Problems ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung. The solution to this problem is the object of the invention.
The invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the subclaims.
Unlike in the prior art, in this case an approach is formed on the partition, which is plate-shaped or web-shaped with parallel walls between the two grooves, which deviates from the shape of the partition to the approach in such a way that it form-fitting both adjacent foot areas secured to the metal profiles.
Since this positive connection is displaced perpendicular to the groove bottom outside of the form-fitting region of the Anformstage to the insulating bars, it is surprisingly possible, the view width of the composite profile or the maximum outer spacing of the two insulating bars and thus the corresponding face width of the composite profile - to significantly reduce and yet a stable To create a network. The Isolierstege require correspondingly only a minimal material requirement, which additionally reduces the cost.
Especially an embodiment with two separate insulating bars is particularly preferred because it combines the advantages of lower costs and better tolerance compensation with the alleged advantage of a one-piece bar - the narrower width - surprisingly together, while still an even narrower face width realized than this by the state the technology was considered feasible even with one-piece insulating profiles.
In this case, the approach is relative to the groove bottom of the grooves behind the free ends of the Anformstege. A distance is particularly advantageous here because it minimizes the width of the view particularly clearly.
However, the approach can also begin relative to the groove bottom of the grooves in the plane of the free end of the Anformstege and forms in this respect constitute the limiting case of the invention.
It makes sense to form the approach strip-shaped, in particular to achieve consistent fit over the entire length of the profile.
According to another variant, the approach can also be formed only partially to the partition wall, that is, it can be provided punches, which increase the shear strength again.
Particularly preferably, the approach has a triangular, round or rectangular cross-section and engages in a correspondingly shaped chamber between the two insulating webs or a, so as to ensure a particularly effective fit.
Preferably, the thickness of the partition before the approach 0.4 to 1.2 mm. In addition, the thickness of the attachment is preferably in the range of maximum thickness more than 1.2 mm to ensure a sufficient form-fitting and to minimize the viewing width particularly clearly.
It is particularly advantageous if the partition with the Anformstegen by at least 50% longer extension perpendicular to the groove bottom than the Anformstege to ensure a sufficient distance of the lugs to the ends of the Anformstege.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the foot portions are arranged laterally offset from a central portion and the foot portions are each connected via an acute angle to the foot sections and the central portion aligned connecting portion with the central portion. It is possible and advantageous if at least the foot portion and the connecting portion have the same thickness in order to realize a particularly narrow view width. The foot must therefore be quasi non-broadened compared to the other insulating web strength and can even be formed in the area projecting into the receiving groove almost rectangular.
According to an advantageous embodiment set the approaches to the partition wall relative to the groove base by more than 1 mm to this remotely than the Anformstege ends.
Advantageously, the partition is loaded in the assembly position exclusively on train through the widening approach.
It is also expedient if the Anformstege, the partition and the insulating bars are coordinated such that the foot sections are pressed in the direction of the partition and its widening approach, which in turn ensures by its shape that the insulating bars in the groove bottom of the grooves for Plant come.
It is also conceivable that the two insulating webs are joined together via at least one locking receptacle and a corresponding detent spring to form a mounting unit. This offers particular handling and storage benefits without losing the benefits of the two-piece design.
Preferably, the two insulating webs are formed separately from each other and not materially connected to each other.
Alternatively, however, the two insulating webs can also be connected to one another in their middle section in a material-locking manner, in particular via at least one or more film-like material webs, wherein the webs of material preferably have a thickness of 0.3-1.5 mm. This latter, although expensive embodiment thus uses the advantages of the invention, the variant is preferred with not form-fitting connected Isolierstegen because it builds as narrow as the variant with material connection and other advantages such as a lower tolerance sensitivity and preventing problems during assembly by mere Maßüberschneidungen when inserting, but what is avoided again with sufficiently thin and / or flexible material webs, for example, if the material webs are like a film. This embodiment also offers handling and storage advantages, without losing the benefits of a design without material due to the relatively flexible material webs.
Finally, the two insulating webs can be connected and formed as cohesive Isolierprofilteil particular a wing of a block window, which has at least one receiving groove for fixing a glass retaining strip for a disc or a chamber for corner connectors.
