Abstract

L'invention concerne un distributeur pour une turbine à gaz d'échappement d'un turbocompresseur, présentant une bague de roulement et une gaine profilée qui sont séparées par un élément d'écartement et entre lesquelles des aubes directrices réglables sont montées de manière rotative. La gaine profilée est insérée avec un élément d'étanchéité radiale de façon à pouvoir coulisser axialement dans un carter en spirale et délimite un contour extérieur latéral d'une roue à aubes avec un certain jeu. La bague de roulement (22) est montée et centrée par rapport à un carter (27) de la turbine gaz d'échappement (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'appui (23) annulaire souple. Selon l'invention, l'élément d'appui est produit sans enlèvement de copeaux et/ou avec enlèvement de copeaux sous la forme d'un composant présentant une épaisseur de paroi constante.
