Definitions
- window bars or doorsticks (these are permanently connected to the building, fixed window frame or door frame) used in corresponding wall openings of the shell and fastened there.
- the Shell outside and inside plastered.
- the connection of the plaster to the window sash or door frame is a critical point because the plaster frontally abuts the material of the window sash or doorstep (usually wood, plastic or metal) and there does not form a perfect bond.
- Typical plaster connection strips are on the one hand on the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. Positioned, and on the other hand - as the name plaster connection strip said - the plaster applied to the plaster connection strip zoom. If, as is often the case, the plaster connection strip is adhered to the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like by means of a foam plastic adhesive tape, the foam plastic adhesive tape forms a resilient intermediate element between the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like and hard become plaster. As a result, the risk of the crack or gap formation explained above is substantially reduced.
- cleaning connection strips are known in which a component assigned to the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like and a component assigned to the applied plaster have considerable freedom of movement For example, due to a telescopic engagement between the first component and the second component.
- This type of plaster connection strips are, as is known, further developed in the direction of closer together of the two components mentioned when installing the plaster connection strip on the site and still a considerable extent of freedom of movement between the two mentioned components in the final installation state when the applied plaster is hardened.
- the cleaning connection strip according to the invention belongs to the last-mentioned type of plaster connection strips.
- the plaster connection strip can be handled well as a uniform object on the construction site, and it is ensured that the plaster is applied as long as the plaster part is in the state closely adjacent to the base part.
- the measure (iii) shows that the material bridge connection between the base part and the plaster part can be canceled in a particularly convenient way;
- the latching is formed so that the brushing part is free after the separation of the material bridge, to get out of the latching with the base part.
- the flexible connecting wall according to measure (ii) bridges the gap existing between the base part and the plaster part in the "released state” and in particular ensures that this gap is still sealed against water penetration; By positioning the flexible connecting wall, it is achieved that the elements “material bridge”, “flexible connecting wall” and “locking” can fulfill their own specific functions spatially next to each other without mutual interference.
- a plaster connection strip in which a resiliently formed and provided with an adhesive foot element extends from the window frame adjacent the base wall of the plaster connection strip to the window frame.
- This element should have a predetermined breaking point.
- the base part of the cleaning connection strip according to the invention is provided for positioning on the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like.
- this positioning implies a direct fastening of the base part to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, in particular by means of an adhesive tape, by means of a foam plastic adhesive tape or by mechanical fastening means such as screws.
- the plaster connection strip in which the base part is not attached directly to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, but e.g. is inserted into a gap between a thermal insulation and the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. And is held there by the clamping forces in position.
- the material bridge and the latch preferably at the edges of the plaster part or of the base part. This leads to a desirably large distance, measured in the direction of this "width", between the material bridge and the latch.
- embodiments are also possible in which, with regard to the plastering part and / or with regard to the base part, the material bridge and / or the latching is pressed a little bit “inwards" relative to the outer edge.
- the material bridge can be separated without the aid of tools (in alternative Realization of the invention, it is possible to make the separation of the material bridge by means of a knife).
- a particularly simple and particularly preferred possibility is that the material bridge has one or more material webs of small thickness, in particular made of this or these. Then the material bridge can be separated by a breaking process.
- the cleaning connection strip has a protective tab which, in the initial installation state of the plaster connection strip, sits on one side of the plaster connection strip in front of the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like.
- a window frame or door frame used in the shell of a building possibly with shutter guide left and right, which is provided on three or four sides with a cleaning connection strip with protective tab, then gives the protective flap, preferably equipped with a double-sided adhesive tape, the ability to close the window opening or door opening with a glued-on plastic film.
- the window frame or door frame possibly including roller shutter guides, perfectly protected against contamination by the plaster.
- the plastic film can be removed, preferably by separating the protective tabs from the plaster connection strips.
- the protective tab is separable from the remaining plaster connection strip, particularly preferably by kinking cancel, in particular facilitated by a material web of small thickness.
- the cleaning connection strip is characterized in that the protective tab connects in the region of the material bridge to the remaining plaster connection strip and that this connection is designed so that when separating the protective tab and the material bridge between the base part and the surface-mounted part is separated.
- this connection is designed so that when separating the protective tab and the material bridge between the base part and the surface-mounted part is separated.
- the Anputzteil a Einputzschenkel in such an orientation that the Einputzschenkel in the final installed state of the plaster terminal strip relative to that surface of the window frame, door frame or the like. Ways to which the plaster layer (with the interposition of the plaster connection strip) with its end.
- the Einputzschenkel improves the union between the plaster and the Anputzteil. It is possible to provide two or even more Einputzschenkel side by side. It is possible to provide the Einputzschenkel one-sided or both sides with an undercut to improve the cleaning posture.
- a planar piece reinforcing fabric is attached to the plaster part, particularly preferably by welding.
- the piece of reinforcement fabric is embedded in the plaster when applying the plaster and increases the strength and permanent crack-free of the plaster.
- the reinforcing mesh overlaps the reinforcing mesh to cover further reinforcing mesh to cover a larger area of the area to be plastered.
- a particularly common material for reinforcing mesh are latticed "glass silk fabrics" consisting of strands, each containing a plurality of glass fibers, in lattice configuration, the strands are each wrapped in plastic and protected by this from chemical attack by the plaster.
- the weld can be an ultrasonic weld.
- the reinforcing fabric piece is attached to the Einputzschenkel.
- the Anputzteil a Putzendschenkel on which the plaster layer ends in the final installation state of the plaster connection strip.
- the Einputzschenkel and / or Putzendschenkel on its side facing the plaster on a surface profiling to increase the cleaning liability.
- preferred options are wells extending in the longitudinal direction of the plaster connection strip, with elevations in between.
- the surface profiling can be with such "depth", making it clearer But can also be relatively “shallow” so that the surface profiling has more the configuration of shallow grooves.
- the flexible connection wall is in the initial installation state of the plaster connection strip simply or repeatedly folded over in the available space of the plaster connection strip.
- the connecting wall should have a clear width (measured transversely to the longitudinal direction of the cleaning connection strip) in the "tensioned state", and this width can be accommodated particularly well folded over.
- a compressed foam plastic strip with delayed recovery is positioned between the base part and the brushing part.
- foam plastic strips are known and available on the market. After releasing the connection part by separating the material bridge, the foam plastic strip exerts a quasi-elastic force in the direction of separation of the plaster part and the base part; The plastering is pressed as it were resistant to the end of the plaster layer.
- a foam plastic adhesive tape for adhering the cleaning connection strip to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. Attached to the base part.
- the foam plastic tape allows a very convenient attachment of the plaster connection strip on the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like. And compensates for any bumps.
- the plaster connection strip is of minor importance in the cleaning connection strip according to the invention, because in the final installation condition mobility between the Anputzteil and the base part.
- the cleaning terminal strip according to the invention may be designed to be fastened to a front surface facing the outside of the building, the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, alternatively for attachment to an outer peripheral surface or side surface of the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like as it were in a gap between the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like and the building wall opening in which the window frames, door frames, shutter guides or the like are positioned.
- the main body (base, Anputzteil, flexible connecting wall, preferably also protective tab, but everything without “additional elements” such as tape, Reinforcing fabric pieces, etc.) of the plaster connection strip is made by plastic extrusion.
- the main body, apart from the flexible connecting wall, is preferably made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene (PS).
- the flexible connecting wall can be produced particularly efficiently by coextrusion of a more flexible plastic.
- Particularly preferred materials of the flexible connecting wall are flexible PVC, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
- the preparation of the plaster connection strip is preferably carried out so that the main body of the plaster connection strip is extruded in the state of open latching between the Anputzteil and the base part and that the latch, possibly after introduction of a foam plastic strip with delayed recovery, is closed in a second manufacturing step.
- the "add-on elements", such as adhesive strips and reinforcing fabric pieces, are applied in other manufacturing steps, either before or after closing the latch.
- plaster also includes putty.
- the reinforcing fabric piece first with a leveling compound on the ground attach and embed in the filler, then the actual finishing coat is applied.
- cleaning connection strip is abbreviated to "strip”.
- bar 2 has essentially the following components: base part 4, plaster part 6, flexible connecting wall 8, protective tab 10 with double-sided adhesive tape 12, foam plastic adhesive tape 14 (hereinafter short “adhesive tape 14") and reinforcing fabric piece 16.
- Fig. 4 shows the bar 2 in the installed state of a shutter guide 80, where the arrow A symbolizes the direction to the outside of a building and the arrow I the direction to the inside of the building.
- the constituents base part 4, plaster part 6, connecting wall 8, protective strip 10 (without adhesive tape 12) are collectively referred to as the "main body" of the strip 2.
- the base part 4 consists of a mounting leg 20, a right angle extending support legs 22 and a Verrastungsschenkel 24.
- the Anputzteil 6 consists of a Putzendschenkel 30 and a Einputzschenkel 32.
- the Anputzteil 6 depends on the base part 4 on in Fig. 1 left edge over a later to be described in more detail material bridge 24 together.
- the protective flap 10 is connected to the remaining strip 2 and extends from there to the left in FIG Fig. 1
- the connecting wall 8 is U-shaped simply folded in a space between the support leg 22 and the cleaning thigh 30. In the in Fig. 1 drawn state is the in Fig.
- the lock 40 uses the in Fig. 1 right edge of the plaster part 6, but with respect to the base part 20, the latch 40 is a piece inward, ie left, moved from the in Fig. 1 right edge or end of the base part 4.
- the adhesive tape 14 is attached to the in Fig. 1 glued left side of the mounting leg 20.
- Fig. 4 shows how the strip 2 is adhered by means of the adhesive tape 14 to a side surface 42 of the shutter guide 80.
- Fig. 1 shows the bar 2 in the delivery condition at the construction site, what - how Fig. 4 illustrated - synonymous with the "initial installation state" of the bar 2, ie the state after adhering the bar 2 to the shutter guide 80, but before application of the plaster.
- the shutter guide is made of aluminum and is z. B. by not shown screws on a window frame 18, z. B. plastic, attached.
- Fig. 3 shows concretely then a later state in the manufacturing process of the bar 2, namely after attachment of adhesive tape 12, tape 14, reinforcing fabric piece 16.
- the plastering 6 in Fig. 3 is rotated by about 45 ° clockwise, the latch 40 is reached (because the edge 34 of the plaster portion 6 and the end of the latching leg 24 can elastically dodge a small piece.
- the protective tab 10 passes over a first material web 44 of small thickness in the base part 4 via and over a second material web 46 of small thickness in the surface-mounted part 6 over.
- the material webs 44 and 46 together form a material bridge 24 (to the in. In Fig. 1 drawn, intact state even a material region of the protective tab 10 is one that connects the two material webs 46 and 48 together).
- Fig. 1 shows that he - if motion need in the direction of the arrow A of Fig. 4 consists of - releasing the latch 40 in the direction of arrow A of Fig. 4 can move away from the base part 4.
- Fig. 2 shows the extreme final state of this movement, when the connecting wall 8 has reached the widest possible open state. It can be seen that the connecting wall 8 keeps the gap sealed between the base part 4 and the plastering part 6.
- the reinforcing fabric piece 16 is, in the illustrated embodiment, by means of ultrasonic welding, in which a separate welding string 48 has been used, to which in Fig. 1 welded on the left side of Einputzschenkels 32. Welding to the in Fig. 1 right side of Einputzschenkels 32 would alternatively be possible.

In the construction of buildings is usually proceeded so that window bars or doorsticks (these are permanently connected to the building, fixed window frame or door frame) used in corresponding wall openings of the shell and fastened there. In a later phase, the Shell outside and inside plastered. Here, especially on the outside of the building, the connection of the plaster to the window sash or door frame is a critical point because the plaster frontally abuts the material of the window sash or doorstep (usually wood, plastic or metal) and there does not form a perfect bond. Since the plaster shrinks slightly during drying and since window sills and door sills are exposed to vibrations, for example by violently slamming the windows or doors, there is a risk that a crack or gap forms between the plaster or window sash or door sill. Here then moisture can penetrate, which damages the window stick or door frame in the long run and / or damages the plaster, for example leads to crumbling of the plaster. Analogous problems exist when outside on the window sill roller shutter guides (eg made of metal) are attached to which the plaster connects.
Cleaning connection strips have become known in many embodiments. Typical plaster connection strips are on the one hand on the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like.
However, there are applications in which a greater relative mobility between the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. And the plaster edge, as it is achievable with the usual foam plastic tapes is desirable, eg large windows with high wind load and plaster structure below average stability. For this purpose, cleaning connection strips are known in which a component assigned to the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like and a component assigned to the applied plaster have considerable freedom of movement For example, due to a telescopic engagement between the first component and the second component. This type of plaster connection strips are, as is known, further developed in the direction of closer together of the two components mentioned when installing the plaster connection strip on the site and still a considerable extent of freedom of movement between the two mentioned components in the final installation state when the applied plaster is hardened. The cleaning connection strip according to the invention belongs to the last-mentioned type of plaster connection strips.
- (i)
- näher benachbartes Verbundensein von Basisteil und Anputzteil im anfänglichen Einbauzustand der Putzanschlussleiste (aufgrund einerseits Materialbrücke und andererseits Verrastung);
- (ii)
- flexible Verbindungswand zwischen dem Basisteil und dem Anputzteil (wobei die flexible Verbindungswand neben der Materialbrücke und der Verrastung gleichsam ein drittes Bindeglied zwischen dem Basisteil und dem Anputzteil darstellt);
- (iii)
- (I)
- closer adjacent connection of the base part and the plaster part in the initial installation state of the plaster connection strip (on the one hand material bridge and on the other hand latching);
- (Ii)
- Flexible connecting wall between the base part and the Anputzteil (wherein the flexible connecting wall next to the material bridge and the latch as it represents a third link between the base part and the Anputzteil);
- (Iii)
- the material bridge between the base part and the surface-mounted part can be separated after completion of the plaster connection.
Due to the measure (i), the plaster connection strip can be handled well as a uniform object on the construction site, and it is ensured that the plaster is applied as long as the plaster part is in the state closely adjacent to the base part. The measure (iii) shows that the material bridge connection between the base part and the plaster part can be canceled in a particularly convenient way; Preferably, the latching is formed so that the brushing part is free after the separation of the material bridge, to get out of the latching with the base part. The flexible connecting wall according to measure (ii) bridges the gap existing between the base part and the plaster part in the "released state" and in particular ensures that this gap is still sealed against water penetration; By positioning the flexible connecting wall, it is achieved that the elements "material bridge", "flexible connecting wall" and "locking" can fulfill their own specific functions spatially next to each other without mutual interference.

The base part of the cleaning connection strip according to the invention is provided for positioning on the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. In general, this positioning implies a direct fastening of the base part to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, in particular by means of an adhesive tape, by means of a foam plastic adhesive tape or by mechanical fastening means such as screws. However, there are also embodiments of the plaster connection strip in which the base part is not attached directly to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, but e.g. is inserted into a gap between a thermal insulation and the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. And is held there by the clamping forces in position.
If one defines as the "width" of the plaster connection strip that dimension perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the plaster connection strip (while not to be discussed below, optional protective flap not included), which looks in the direction of extension in the plane of the applied plaster layer, then there are the material bridge and the latch preferably at the edges of the plaster part or of the base part. This leads to a desirably large distance, measured in the direction of this "width", between the material bridge and the latch. However, embodiments are also possible in which, with regard to the plastering part and / or with regard to the base part, the material bridge and / or the latching is pressed a little bit "inwards" relative to the outer edge.
For the separability of the material bridge is preferably provided that the material bridge can be separated without the aid of tools (in alternative Realization of the invention, it is possible to make the separation of the material bridge by means of a knife). A particularly simple and particularly preferred possibility is that the material bridge has one or more material webs of small thickness, in particular made of this or these. Then the material bridge can be separated by a breaking process.
Preferably, the cleaning connection strip has a protective tab which, in the initial installation state of the plaster connection strip, sits on one side of the plaster connection strip in front of the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. If one imagines a window frame or door frame used in the shell of a building, possibly with shutter guide left and right, which is provided on three or four sides with a cleaning connection strip with protective tab, then gives the protective flap, preferably equipped with a double-sided adhesive tape, the ability to close the window opening or door opening with a glued-on plastic film. In the subsequent application of plaster on the building wall thereby the window frame or door frame, possibly including roller shutter guides, perfectly protected against contamination by the plaster. After plastering, the plastic film can be removed, preferably by separating the protective tabs from the plaster connection strips. In this respect, it is preferred that the protective tab is separable from the remaining plaster connection strip, particularly preferably by kinking cancel, in particular facilitated by a material web of small thickness.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the cleaning connection strip is characterized in that the protective tab connects in the region of the material bridge to the remaining plaster connection strip and that this connection is designed so that when separating the protective tab and the material bridge between the base part and the surface-mounted part is separated. In this way, the separation of the protective tab and the separation of the Materialbrükke be summarized in a uniform manipulation process; Time savings and more comfortable, safe working are achieved.
Preferably, the Anputzteil a Einputzschenkel in such an orientation that the Einputzschenkel in the final installed state of the plaster terminal strip relative to that surface of the window frame, door frame or the like. Ways to which the plaster layer (with the interposition of the plaster connection strip) with its end. The Einputzschenkel improves the union between the plaster and the Anputzteil. It is possible to provide two or even more Einputzschenkel side by side. It is possible to provide the Einputzschenkel one-sided or both sides with an undercut to improve the cleaning posture.
Preferably, a planar piece reinforcing fabric is attached to the plaster part, particularly preferably by welding. The piece of reinforcement fabric is embedded in the plaster when applying the plaster and increases the strength and permanent crack-free of the plaster. Usually, the reinforcing mesh overlaps the reinforcing mesh to cover further reinforcing mesh to cover a larger area of the area to be plastered. A particularly common material for reinforcing mesh are latticed "glass silk fabrics" consisting of strands, each containing a plurality of glass fibers, in lattice configuration, the strands are each wrapped in plastic and protected by this from chemical attack by the plaster. The weld can be an ultrasonic weld. However, it is also possible to extrude an edge region of the reinforcing fabric piece during the plastic extrusion of the plastering part or of the main body of the plaster connecting strip. Preferably, the reinforcing fabric piece is attached to the Einputzschenkel.
Preferably, the Anputzteil a Putzendschenkel on which the plaster layer ends in the final installation state of the plaster connection strip.
Preferably, the Einputzschenkel and / or Putzendschenkel on its side facing the plaster on a surface profiling to increase the cleaning liability. Specific, preferred options are wells extending in the longitudinal direction of the plaster connection strip, with elevations in between. The surface profiling can be with such "depth", making it clearer But can also be relatively "shallow" so that the surface profiling has more the configuration of shallow grooves. The flexible connection wall is in the initial installation state of the plaster connection strip simply or repeatedly folded over in the available space of the plaster connection strip. The connecting wall should have a clear width (measured transversely to the longitudinal direction of the cleaning connection strip) in the "tensioned state", and this width can be accommodated particularly well folded over.
Preferably, a compressed foam plastic strip with delayed recovery is positioned between the base part and the brushing part. Such foam plastic strips are known and available on the market. After releasing the connection part by separating the material bridge, the foam plastic strip exerts a quasi-elastic force in the direction of separation of the plaster part and the base part; The plastering is pressed as it were resistant to the end of the plaster layer.
Preferably, a foam plastic adhesive tape for adhering the cleaning connection strip to the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like. Attached to the base part. The foam plastic tape allows a very convenient attachment of the plaster connection strip on the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like. And compensates for any bumps. The achieved by a foam plastic tape elasticity between the window frame, door frame, shutter guides and the like. And the plaster connection strip is of minor importance in the cleaning connection strip according to the invention, because in the final installation condition mobility between the Anputzteil and the base part.
The cleaning terminal strip according to the invention may be designed to be fastened to a front surface facing the outside of the building, the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like, alternatively for attachment to an outer peripheral surface or side surface of the window frame, door frame, shutter guides or the like as it were in a gap between the window frame, door frames, shutter guides or the like and the building wall opening in which the window frames, door frames, shutter guides or the like are positioned.
Der Hauptkörper, abgesehen von der flexiblen Verbindungswand, besteht vorzugsweise aus Polyvinylchlorid (PVC), Polypropylen (PP) oder Polystyrol (PS).Preferably, the main body (base, Anputzteil, flexible connecting wall, preferably also protective tab, but everything without "additional elements" such as tape, Reinforcing fabric pieces, etc.) of the plaster connection strip is made by plastic extrusion. The main body, apart from the flexible connecting wall, is preferably made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) or polystyrene (PS).
Besonders bevorzugte Materialien der flexiblen Verbindungswand sind Weich-PVC, thermoplastisches Elastomer (TPE), thermoplastisches Polyurethan (TPU).The flexible connecting wall can be produced particularly efficiently by coextrusion of a more flexible plastic. Particularly preferred materials of the flexible connecting wall are flexible PVC, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU).
In the preparation of the plaster connection strip is preferably carried out so that the main body of the plaster connection strip is extruded in the state of open latching between the Anputzteil and the base part and that the latch, possibly after introduction of a foam plastic strip with delayed recovery, is closed in a second manufacturing step. The "add-on elements", such as adhesive strips and reinforcing fabric pieces, are applied in other manufacturing steps, either before or after closing the latch.
It is emphasized that in the context of the present application the term "plaster" also includes putty. For example, it is a very common procedure, the reinforcing fabric piece first with a leveling compound on the ground attach and embed in the filler, then the actual finishing coat is applied.
