Description

  • La présente invention est relative à un profilé pour encadrement de porte ou de baie apte à permettre l'utilisation d'une serrure électrique dénommée « ventouse électromagnétique ».
  • Une ventouse comporte deux parties, la ventouse proprement dite constituée par un électroaimant et une contreplaque métallique réalisée en fer doux.
  • Chacune de ces parties est encastrée dans le profilé, généralement en aluminium, constituant l'encadrement qui présente, à cet effet une ouverture appropriée.
  • Les profilés utilisés jusqu'à ce jour présentent une section tubulaire et deux faces parallèles.
  • L'un des problèmes majeurs consiste à fixer la contreplaque qui doit être montée flottante.
  • En l'état actuel de la technique, la contreplaque est fixée par l'entremise d'une liaison à silentbloc sur la partie médiane d'une pièce intermédiaire, en forme d'étrier, fixée dans le profilé au droit de l'ouverture de passage de la contreplaque par l'entremise de vis frontale ou au moyen de vis vérin prenant appui contre la face interne du profilé opposé à ladite ouverture.
  • Ce procédé est coûteux puisqu'il nécessite la réalisation d'une pièce intermédiaire dont la mise en place et la fixation sont délicates à réaliser.
  • A cela s'ajoute le fait que, les vis vérin tendent à déformer la face visible du profilé qui, de plus, doit présenter une partie qui s'étend parallèlement à la face opposée ce qui empêche de donner à la face visible du profilé un aspect avantageux.
  • Le profilé de l'invention, qui remédie à ces inconvénients, est remarquable en ce que le profilé présente une aile intermédiaire sur laquelle est fixée, de la façon connue la contreplaque ou la ventouse.
  • La présente invention sera mieux comprise par la description qui va suivre faite en se référant aux dessins annexés à titre d'exemple indicatif, seulement, sur lesquels :
    • la figure 1 est une vue en coupe longitudinale, montrant la fixation d'une contreplaque dans un profilé d'un type connu ;
    • la figure 2 est une vue en coupe effectuée selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 ;
    • la figure 3 est une vue analogue à la figure 2 montrant l'utilisation d'un profilé conforme à l'invention ;
    • les figures 4 et 5 sont des vues analogues à celle 3 montrant des variantes de réalisation.
  • En se reportant aux figures 1 et 2, on voit que 1 est une contreplaque usuelle qui doit être maintenue dans l'ouverture 2 de la face 3 d'un profilé 4.
  • A cet effet, on utilise un étrier 5 dont les branches sont plaquées contre la face interne 3a de la face 3 au moyen de vis vérin 6 prenant appui contre la face interne 7a de la face 7 opposée à celle 3.
  • La contreplaque 1 est maintenue contre la partie médiane de l'étrier par l'entremise d'une vis, au moins, matérialisée par l'axe 8, avec interposition d'un silentbloc 9.
  • Ce dispositif est coûteux puisqu'il nécessite la réalisation de l'étrier 5 dont le positionnement dans le profilé est délicat à obtenir. Il est à noter, par ailleurs, que la pression exercée par les vis 6 tend à déformer la face apparente 7 du profilé.
  • Selon l'invention, le profilé 10 présente une aile 11 s'étendant entre les faces 3 et 7 usuelles sur laquelle est fixée la contreplaque 1 au moyen d'une vis, au moins, schématisée par l'axe 12. De préférence, la partie médiane 11 a de l'aile 11 est renforcée et est plus épaisse que les parties latérales.
  • La face de l'aile 11 située en regard de l'aile 3 s'étend parallèlement à cette dernière.
  • L'aile 7 du profilé, qui constitue la face apparente de ce dernier, n'est donc pas soumise à des forces susceptibles de la déformer et, comme elle n'a aucune utilité en ce qui concerne la fixation de la contreplaque, elle peut présenter un aspect plus conforme à sa destination.
  • La figure 4 illustre un exemple de profilé conforme à l'invention pouvant être utilisé comme une poignée. La figure 5 illustre un exemple de profilé pouvant permettre le maintien d'une ventouse 13 usuelle, l'aile 11 étant utilisée pour servir d'appui aux vis vérin 14 usuelles.

Claims (2)

  1. Profilé tubulaire destiné à recevoir l'une des parties d'une ventouse électromagnétique, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une aile interne (11) s'étendant parallèlement à la face du profilé comportant l'ouverture usuelle (2) dans laquelle est logée la partie correspondante de la ventouse.
  2. Profilé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie médiane (11 a) de l'aile (11) est plus épaisse que ses parties latérales pour permettre la fixation de la contreplaque au moyen de vis.
