Claims (15)

  1. Agencement équipé d'un bloc sanitaire fixé à une paroi de bâtiment doté d'un dispositif de raccordement du bloc sanitaire, avec un composant (10, 38) pouvant être raccordé, au niveau d'une première extrémité, à une tubulure d'entrée (7) du bloc sanitaire (2) et, au niveau d'une deuxième extrémité, à une conduite d'évacuation (23) et être disposé dans une percée (24), un matériau ignifuge (11) étant disposé dans la percée (24, 19) de la paroi de bâtiment (4, 18), caractérisé en ce que le matériau ignifuge (11) est disposé au niveau de la première extrémité du composant (10, 38) et entoure une tubulure de raccordement (8) qui forme un prolongement de cette première extrémité et est raccordé à la tubulure d'entrée (7) et que le composant (10, 38) comporte au niveau de ladite première extrémité un évasement (28) formant côté intérieur un espace annulaire (29) dans lequel le matériau ignifuge (11) est disposé et que la tubulure de raccordement (8) ressort d'un côté avant de la paroi de bâtiment (4, 18) au niveau duquel le bloc sanitaire (2) est disposé et rentre avec une extrémité arrière dans la percée (24, 19) et dans le composant (10, 38), de sorte qu'en cas d'incendie, le matériau ignifuge (11) bouche la tubulure de raccordement (8) et la percée pratiquée à travers la paroi.
  2. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure de raccordement (8) peut être sectionnée au moins au niveau d'une extrémité.
  3. Agencement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la tubulure de raccordement (8) comporte un moyen d'étanchéité (9), notamment une coupelle d'étanchéité, qui étanchéifie la tubulure de raccordement (8) par rapport à la tubulure d'entrée (7) du bloc sanitaire (2) prenant la forme d'un bloc WC.
  4. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10, 38) est inséré de façon à être limité par une butée dans un tuyau de raccordement des eaux usées (15).
  5. Agencement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10, 38) est fabriqué de façon séparée et fixé de façon permanente et notamment par soudure au miroir au tuyau de raccordement des eaux usées (15).
  6. Agencement selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le composant (10) fabriqué de façon séparée est inséré dans le tuyau de raccordement des eaux usées (15) jusqu'à une butée (13).
  7. Agencement selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau de raccordement des eaux usées (15) comporte un épaulement de butée (13) moulé pour le positionnement du composant (10) fabriqué séparément.
  8. Agencement selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la butée du composant (10) fabriqué séparément est disposée de telle sorte qu'elle définit un sectionnement et une profondeur d'insertion minimaux du composant (10) fabriqué séparément.
  9. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le matériau ignifuge (11) est disposé directement derrière un moyen d'étanchéité (30) et notamment derrière une coupelle d'étanchéité.
  10. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le matériau ignifuge (11) peut gonfler sous l'effet de la chaleur.
  11. Agencement selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le matériau ignifuge (11) remplit les exigences d'ignifugeage F90.
  12. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le bloc sanitaire est un WC ou un urinoir.
  13. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un moyen d'étanchéité (30) repose côté extérieur contre la tubulure de raccordement (8), ledit moyen étant pour l'essentiel en affleurement par rapport à un côté avant (31, 37) de la paroi de bâtiment (4, 18).
  14. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'étanchéité (38) sont disposés côté intérieur contre le composant (38), lesdits moyens étanchéifiant le matériau ignifuge (11) vers l'extérieur.
  15. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre matériau ignifuge (40) est disposé côté extérieur contre le composant (38) pour étanchéifier un éventuel joint structurel (41).
