Description
The invention relates to an industrial truck, in particular for a high rack truck, with a hoist having two spaced apart in the transverse direction of the truck masts, each stand mast of a steel profile and at least one along the steel profile extending, welded to the steel profile sheet is formed and at least one Sheet has an at least approximately flat surface, which is aligned substantially perpendicular to the transverse direction of the truck.
The uprights of the hoist are rigidly connected to the frame of the high-bay industrial truck and aligned substantially vertically in high-bay industrial trucks. In other trucks, such as counterbalance forklifts, the masts are often tiltably attached to the frame. Usually, each stand mast is assigned at least one extension mast, which is displaceably guided on the stationary mast in the vertical direction.
Standing masts of the prior art are usually made of a single continuous steel profile. The cross-section of this steel profile is designed such that it has sufficient moments of inertia in the longitudinal direction and in the transverse direction of the truck. At the same time, the steel profile is shaped such that it has at least one running surface for a guide roller of the extension mast. This requires a complicated shape and thus a complex production of steel profiles. Usually, the steel profile used for the hoists of each load class is specially designed. This means that different profiles are used for different hoists, which differ in terms of their strength and thus their moments of inertia.
The present invention is based on the object to provide the construction of an industrial truck, in which the same steel profiles can be used for different load classes of the hoist.
This object is achieved in that at least one sheet in the region of the flat surface has at least one cutout. Both the steel profile and the sheet contribute to the rigidity of the mast. The running surfaces for the guide rollers are formed exclusively by the steel profiles. The combination of steel profile and sheet metal allows a simple and easy execution of the steel profile, since the sheet also contributes to the rigidity of the arrangement. At least one metal sheet has an at least approximately flat surface, which is aligned substantially perpendicular to the transverse direction of the industrial truck. The flat surface is thus aligned vertically and is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the truck. Thus, the sheet contributes in particular to increase the rigidity of the stationary mast in the longitudinal direction of the truck. The targeted application of cutouts, the ratio of weight and rigidity of the sheet and thus the stand mast can be optimized. In addition, the cutouts allow a view through the stand mast in the transverse direction of the truck.
The section is - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the truck - arranged on the side facing away from the steel profile of the flat surface. In the area of the welded connection with the steel profile, the sheet is thus continuous from top to bottom. At the side facing away from the steel profile of the cutouts closes again from top to bottom continuous section of the sheet. This continuous section may be angled 90 degrees relative to the flat surface.
The steel profile facing side of the cutout has a curved, preferably a partially elliptical shape. This prevents the formation of stress peaks at the edges of the cutouts.
Vorzugsweise weist mindestens eine Blech mehrere gleichartige, in senkrechter Richtung voneinander beabstandete Ausschnitte auf.Preferably, at least one sheet has a plurality of similar, in the vertical direction spaced-apart cutouts.
Further, it is advantageous if at least one sheet is angled in such a way that it has a flat section, which is aligned substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the truck. The rigidity of the stand mast can be adjusted by the dimensions of the angled flat section.

The hoist has two
Both the
