- the invention relates to a closure and clamping device for sports shoes, in particular ski boots, comprising a base, a lever-tensioner articulated on this base and having a longitudinal cut in which is engaged a tie rod articulated at an intermediate point on the lever-tensioner, a first fastening member at one end of the tie rod and a second fastening member for fastening the first fastening member for closing and tightening the boot.

Claims (8)
- Schliess- und Spannvorrichtung für einen Sportschuh, insbesondere einen Schischuh, mit einer Grundplatte (1), mit einem Spannhebel (6), der auf dieser Grundplatte angelenkt ist und einen Längsausschnitt (7) aufweist, in den eine Spannstange (8) eingreift, welche an einem Zwischenpunkt am Spannhebel angelenkt ist, mit einem ersten Hakenteil (11) am einen Ende der Spannstange und mit einem zweiten Hakenteil (13), das zum Festhaken des ersten Hakenteils bestimmt ist, um den Schuh zu schliessen und zu spannen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Feder (15) aufweist, die sich einerseits auf dem Spannhebel und andererseits auf der Spannstange (8) abstützt und dabei die Spannstange in einer schrägen, im Abstand vom zweiten Hakenteil liegenden Stellung zu halten sucht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (15) vom Typ einer jagdhornförmigen Feder ist, welche die Gelenkachse der Spannstange umgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Enden (152, 154) der Feder (15) auf der Innenseite des Spannhebels beiderseits der Gelenkachse abstützen und dass die Feder einen ersten, um die eine Seite der Spannstange gewundenen Abschnitt (151), einen zweiten, um die andere Seite der Spannstange gewundenen Abschnitt (153) sowie einen Zwischenabschnitt (155; 156; 157) aufweist, der sich auf der Spannstange abstützt und diese in einer schrägen, im Abstand vom zweiten Hakenteil liegenden Stellung zu halten sucht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt (156) der Feder eine Schlaufe bildet, welche die Spannstange auf derjenigen Seite der Achse umspannt, die der Seite der Spannstange, auf welche der Zug ausgeübt wird, abgewandt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt (155) der Feder in einen Schlitz eingreift, der sich an dem auf der Seite des Spannhebels liegenden Ende der Spannstange befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Zwischenabschnitt (157) der Feder beiderseits der Gelenke auf der Spannstange abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenabschnitt (157) S-förmig ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Hakenteil (11) mit gleitender Reibung an einem Ende der Spannstange angelenkt ist.
