Claims (9)

  2. Dispositif d'équilibrage de potentiel selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (1) est monté sur un palier d'air (3) et en ce que l'extrémité (1') opposée au plateau en cloche ou une partie, se trouvant à proximité du plateau en cloche, de l'arbre tourne dans la partie (4), à potentiel fixe, de l'unité de palier et les arêtes (8, 9) pointues et saillantes se trouvent dans ou sur le palier d'air formé entre l'arbre (1) et l'unité de palier.
  7.
