Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln von Verpackungsbehältern (1) mit einem Rotor (11), der am Umfang mehrere Aufnahmeplätze (13) für die Verpackungsbehälter und diesen zugeordnete steuerbare Düsen (2) zum Einführen mindestens eines Behandlungsmittels in die Verpackungsbehälter trägt, wobei die zu behandelnden Verpackungsbehälter dem Rotor durch eine Einlaufstation (15) zugeführt und die behandelten Verpackungsbehälter durch eine Auslaufstation (16) vom Rotor abgeführt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Umlaufbereich des Rotors (11) zwischen Einlaufstation (15) und Auslaufstation (16) ein Zwischenförderer (30) angeschlossen ist, der die Verpackungsbehälter vom Rotor (11) abnimmt und nach einer gewissen Zeit wieder an den Rotor (11) zurückgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (2) die Verpackungsbehälter (1) sowohl im Umlaufbereich des Rotors (11) zwischen Einlaufstation (15) und Zwischenförderer (30) als auch im Umlaufbereich des Rotors (11) zwischen Zwischenförderer (30) und Auslaufstation (16) mit mindestens einem Behandlungsmittel beaufschlagen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenförderer (30) als Endlosförderer ausgebildet und mit mehreren Aufnahmeplätzen (13a) für die Verpackungsbehälter (1) ausgestattet ist und dass der Zwischenförderer (30) synchron zum Drehtisch (11) antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Drehtisch (11) und dem Endlosförderer (30) ein erster Transferstern (28) angeordnet ist, der die Verpackungsbehälter (1) von den Aufnahmeplätzen (13) des Drehtisches zu den Aufnahmeplätzen (13a) des Endlosförderers (30) überführt und dass zwischen dem Endlosförderer (30) und dem Rotor (11) ein zweiter Transferstern (29) angeordnet ist, der die Verpackungsbehälter von den Aufnahmeplätzen (13a) des Endlosförderers (30) zurück zu den Aufnahmeplätzen (13) des Rotors (11) überführt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine ovale Umlaufbahn aufweisende Endlosförderer (30) mit seiner Längsrichtung in etwa radial zur Drehachse (12) des Rotors (11) verläuft und in etwa mittig an den Umlaufbereich des Rotors (11) zwischen Einlaufstation (15) und Auslaufstation (16) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einlaufstation (15) einen synchron zum Rotor (11) antreibbaren Einlaufstern und die Auslaufstation (16) einen synchron zum Rotor (11) antreibbaren Auslaufstern aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Düsen (2) über Steuerventile (20, 21) an einen Vorratstank (25) und/oder einen Erzeuger (24) für Desinfektionsmittel (3, 4) angeschlossen sind.
