Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de verrouillage convenant pour un vantail oscillo-battant ou un vantail basculant/coulissant d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, avec un élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) et un loqueteau en forme de levier (26; 50) pouvant être installé de façon pivotante dans une feuillure horizontale (42) entre un châssis dormant et un vantail (12) - au moyen d'un axe de pivotement (40) pouvant être fixé sur le vantail de façon non coulissante et de façon essentiellement perpendiculaire au plan du vantail -, lequel présente une tête de loqueteau (20) destinée à un engagement de verrouillage dans une pièce de fermeture (10) pouvant être installée sur le châssis dormant et une partie de commande (28a, 28b; 51a) soumise à l'action de précontrainte d'un élément de ressort (31), dans lequel cette partie
    (aa) s'engage à l'état monté dans le chemin de déplacement d'au moins un
    organe de commande (32a, 32b, 32c), qui est prévu sur l'élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) pouvant être installé de façon coulissante sur le vantail,
    dans lequel la tête de loqueteau (20) présente sur un côté un flanc de verrouillage abrupt (20a) et sur l'autre côté une rampe de montée (20b), les deux côtés étant, à l'état monté, essentiellement parallèles au plan du vantail.
  2. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'axe de pivotement (40) peut être installé ou est disposé de façon fixe sur un élément de rail de recouvrement (9, 23; 23a).
  3. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le loqueteau en forme de levier (26) est un levier à deux bras, sur un bras (27) duquel est prévue la tête de loqueteau (20) saillante vers l'extérieur dans une position engagée de verrouillage tandis que l'autre bras (28) pénètre, dans la position engagée de verrouillage, vers l'intérieur dans le chemin de déplacement de l'élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) et est précontraint dans cette position engagée par l'élément de ressort (31).
  4. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le loqueteau en forme de levier (26; 28, 27) et son ressort de précontrainte (31) forment, avec l'élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) et un élément de rail de recouvrement (9, 23; 23a), une unité modulaire.
  5. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'organe de commande est au moins un côté (32a, 32b) d'un évidement (32) de l'élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) pour l'engagement de la partie de commande (28a, 28b) du loqueteau en forme de levier (26).
  6. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 ou 5, dans lequel l'élément de tringle de commande (8, 22; 22a) présente un élément d'arrêt (32a, 52, 52a) qui agit, dans la position engagée de verrouillage du loqueteau en forme de levier (50, 26), sur la partie de commande (28a) du loqueteau en forme de levier - bloquant ainsi le retour pivotant de celui-ci hors de la position de verrouillage -, en particulier l'accroche à plat par dessous (52, 51a).
  7. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'élément d'arrêt (32a, 52, 52a) agit sur une partie d'arrêt (51a), s'étendant en direction longitudinale, du loqueteau en forme de levier.
  8. Renvoi d'angle pour un vantail basculant/coulissant d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, le renvoi d'angle se composant d'une pièce de renvoi coudée, d'un organe de guidage coudé avec un organe de transmission de mouvement guidé dans celui-ci, d'une pièce de rail de recouvrement (9, 23) et d'une pièce de couplage (8, 22) comme élément de tringle de commande pour l'organe de transmission sur les deux branches de la pièce de renvoi, dans lequel il est prévu sur au moins une des branches du renvoi d'angle un dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
  9. Renvoi d'angle selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément de tringle de commande (22a; 22, 8) commande le mouvement de pivotement du loqueteau en forme de levier, en ce sens que ce mouvement peut être libéré, bloqué et/ou actionné de manière active.
  10. Renvoi d'angle selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le loqueteau en forme de levier (26, 50) est immobile par rapport à l'élément de tringle de commande (22, 22a).
