Definitions
- the invention relates to a building, in particular for gastronomic Purposes according to claim 1.
- a building of the type mentioned above has become known from FR-A-2 667 643.
- a polygonal platform is over Teieskop Melt Melt Phrase
- the ground may e.g. also be ice and snow, the building is primarily for expeditions in cold regions of the earth should be suitable.
- the supports can pass through a lower deck an overlying parallel deck extending between the lower and the upper deck additional supports are arranged.
- the spherical shell consists of individual triangular segments, which are suitably connected with each other connected and supported on one of the decks.
- a ball house has become known, which has a central Support supported in a quiver foundation. As with the one described above Building has the lower area of the building a certain distance from the ground. The cover consists of self-supporting plastic material. Access The ball house is accessed via a staircase next to the spherical building that faces a door is guided in the spherical skin.
- the invention has for its object to provide a building, in particular for gastronomic purposes, the visually appealing, energy-efficient to farm and easy to reach.
- the building according to the invention has ball shape as in the prior art and has at least two decks spaced parallel to the equatorial plane. It can Of course, a deck also run in the equatorial plane. At least one deck is designed so that it is supported by the vertical supports on the ground. This Deck then serves for the load transfer of the construction of the building.
- the building can according to an embodiment of the Erfndung at the side of the building close to this a tower-shaped stairs and / or Elevator house be arranged with at least one lateral transition in the Building at the height of a deck.
- a sphere encloses the largest volume with the smallest surface. It is therefore basically an economic form, also in terms of quantity of the building material to be used. Inside the spherical building result minimally short distances. The energy loss is also minimal. Furthermore forms a spherical house visually an attraction, especially for Use suitable for gastronomic purposes.
- the arrangement of at least three is arranged in a circle provided vertical supports, which are the nearest or the respective Support overlying deck, with the supports through the panel of the Extending through the building into the building. It is optical Grounds advantageous if the lower end of the building opposite the ground has a certain distance, for example, of 30 cm.
- binders which the Covering the building and in turn at least one of Support the decks. So that the binders are not too long, these are preferably quarter-circular. However, they can be longer if they are for example, rest on a deck below the deck in the equatorial plane should. Also below the equatorial plane, binders are preferably provided, which define the contour of the spherical building. It is only then it is necessary to fit the panel in a suitable way over the trusses. If there is talk of binders, then this can be in the true sense Wooden binders that have a corresponding arch shape. It's natural, too conceivable to use other material in the corresponding arched shape is brought, for example steel, plastic or the like.
- a at least partially encircling balcony formed. He can serve as a terrace the bottom of the balcony is so tied to the deck that another static Support is not required. However, it is also possible through the ground intercept sloping supports if sole support on the deck is insufficient.
- the housing loosened, in particular, when almost or completely circulating Windows and glass doors are provided in the area of the balcony.
- a ball-like skeleton of suitable construction components to create both the skin covering the skeleton as well as the blankets and walls inside the building.
- Such a skeleton would be too support it with corresponding supports on the ground.
- These Ceiling should be statically stable enough to absorb the forces can.
- the blanket therefore forms according to an embodiment of the invention a in itself stable plate, which is formed, for example, of reinforced concrete. It is however, also conceivable to form a stable in a different way plate, which to support the construction of the building and to remove the whole Loads on the ground is suitable.
- the cladding of the building can be made in various ways and also different with regard to the upper and the lower part of the spherical building.
- the panel can be from a Be formed sheet metal or plastic moldings or shingles a variety of materials to a corresponding optical effect bring about.
- the design of the building according to the invention has the advantage that, for example at the height of the upper deck almost over the entire perimeter window openings can be provided.
- the access to the individual floors in the building according to the invention takes place preferably via a side-mounted staircase and / or elevator construction, which is arranged like a tower near the spherical building and at least has a side departure at the level of a deck.
- a side-mounted staircase and / or elevator construction which is arranged like a tower near the spherical building and at least has a side departure at the level of a deck.
- Such a construction does not disturb the visual impression of the building according to the invention and facilitates the access and exit to and from the building, especially in commercial Use, for example as a catering business.
- the upper deck the floor of a guest room and the underlying deck forms the floor of a kitchen and pantry, between the decks a staircase and at least one elevator provided are, to make a suitable connection.
- Below the kitchen deck can a be arranged further deck, which forms the floor for a space for recording technical aggregates, such as heating, cooling, gas tanks, waste recycling and such more.
- the guest room so described may be designed without any subdivision become. However, it is advantageous if a limited by walls sector-shaped Room is arranged in the housing, on whose ceiling a gallery is provided, the connected by stairs to the guestroom deck.
- the gallery offers another Usage area, for example, for separate companies, without the Overall impression of dome-shaped guest room is affected.
- the deck 14 is defined by three or more vertical supports, those with 18 are designated, supported on the ground.
- the decks 12 to 16 are for example statically stable concrete slabs.
- the deck 12 can thereby via supports 20 on the deck 14th be supported, but also laterally connected, whereupon more below will be received.
- the deck 16 may be connected to the supports 18, or at the "Wall construction" of the building 10.
- the presented building serves gastronomic purposes. Above the deck 12 is the guest room 22, which is therefore designed dome-shaped. Between Decks 12 and 14, a kitchen space 24 is provided, which has all the necessary facilities and appliances for a restaurant business. Between Decks 14, 16 is a so-called technical room 26, all technical Devices capable of powering and recording other devices is capable. Between the individual rooms 22 to 26 stairs are arranged, as this particular From Fig. 2 shows. A staircase 28 leads from the kitchen room 24 Gastraum 22. Furthermore, a dumbwaiter 30 and a goods lift 32 between the Spaces provided.
- a tower-like building construction 36 provided with a rectangular floor plan to accommodate a staircase and a lift, as can be seen in particular from Figures 2 and 3.
- the outlets 38, 40 are preferably closed on all sides except leaving 38, which leads to a balcony 42, the outside by more than 180 ° around the building 10 at the level of the deck 12 around.
- the floor 44 of the balcony additionally intercepted by oblique supports 46, wherein support the supports 46 on the deck 14.
- the balcony 42 through Railing 48 limited.
- binders 50 and 52 form, respectively an essential part of the "wall construction" of the building 10.
- the binders are for example, quadrant binders, which are each located in a meridian plane, for example, the binders 50 are supported on the deck 12 and suitably Way are connected at the apex.
- the binders 52 are for example in suitably connected to the decks 12 and / or 14 and / or 16 and meet at the lower pole ring.
- window openings which in Fig. 2 with 58 are designated. They are only interrupted by the binder 50. Above the Window openings is provided a self-contained spherical cap-shaped panel, which is attached to the outside of the binder 50, possibly with the aid of other attachment elements.
- the cladding can be made of all common materials be made, for example, made of sheet metal, plastic moldings, shingles and the same. Depending on the type of fairing is a corresponding support or Substructure required, which for static purposes and for the sufficient Is to provide tightness.
- the guest room 22 by two radial Walls 60, 62, whereby a sector-shaped counter space 64 is formed, the thus separated from the guest room 22. It is accessible through a door 66, for example (Fig. 1) and contains a hatch 68.
- a ceiling 70 of the counter room 64 a gallery is defined bounded by a railing 72. It allows another useful area of the guest room 22, for example, for closed companies.
- the gallery can be reached via a staircase 74 from the guest room and / or the staircase construction 36.
- the ceiling is 70 something over the walls 60, 62 over to enlarge the area.
- the same trim can be used as above the window openings 58.
- the same trim can be used as above the window openings 58.
- the supports 18 support the building 10 so that a certain distance from the ground remains, for example, of 30 cm. This will give the impression of Floating the building particularly highlighted.
