Description

    Stand der Technik
  • Die Erfindung geht aus von einer Handwerkzeugmaschine nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Es sind Handwerkzeugmaschinen, insbesondere Handbohrmaschinen und Bohrhämmer mit Gehäusen in Topfbauweise mit einem am Ende des zylindrischen Gehäuses angeordneten Verschlußdeckel bekannt. Dieser Deckel ist jedoch nur umständlich unter Zuhilfenahme von gesonderten Werkzeugen zu öffnen, wobei er nicht oder nur sehr bedingt als Servicedeckel zum Wechseln der Kohlbürsten geeignet ist. Außerdem ist der bekannte Deckel nicht gegen Verlieren am Gehäuse sicherbar.

  • Die Handwerkzeugmaschine nach dem Anspruch 1 hat den Vorteil, daß der stirnseitige Gehäusedeckel gegen verlieren gesichert ist.

    Beschreibung des Ausführungsbeispiels
  • Figur 1 zeigt eine räumliche Darstellung einer als Bohrhammer ausgestalteten Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 in der Ansicht von links vorn. Die Handwerkzeugmaschine hat ein Gehäuse 12, das aus einer linken und rechten längsgeteilten Gehäuseschale 121, 122 mit einem als Spatengriff ausgestalteten Handgriff 14, der eine Schalttaste 16 enthält, aus der nach unten ein E-Kabel 18 zur Energieversorung des nichtdargestellten, im Inneren eines zum Gehäuse 12 gehörenden Motor-Gehäuse 20 angeordneten Motors austritt. Das Motor-Gehäuse 20 ist einstückig mit den Gehäuseschalen 121, 122 in Motorgehäuseschalen 201, 202 geteilt, die gegenüber einer Längsachse 27 der Handwerkzeugmaschine 10 rechtwinklig abgewinkelt angeordnet sind. Die Längsachse 27 ist durch einen Maschinenhals 22, ein Spannfutter 24 und ein als Bohrer ausgestaltetes Einsatzwerkzeug 26 definiert.
  • Ebenfalls rechtwinklig nach unten tritt ein Zusatzhandgriff 28 von der Längsachse 27 weg, der am Maschinenhals 22 mittels eines Spannbandes 30 abnehmbar gehaltert ist.
  • Der Zusatzhandgriff 28 enthält einen oberen Fortsatz 29 mit einer konkaven, der zur Anlage an den Maschinenhals 22 bestimmt ist und dem Zusatzhandgriff 29 einen sicheren Halt am Gehäuse 12 gibt.
  • Beiderseits der konkaven, radialen Abstützfläche 40 bildet der obere Fortsatz 29 - in Betrachtungsrichtung von vorn - zwei Schenkel, von denen nur der größere Tragschenkel 31 näher bezeichnet ist. Darin ist ein als Sechskantstab ausgestalteter Tiefenanschlag 32 drehgesichert längsverschiebbar in einer als Sechskantbohrung ausgestalteten Längsführung 38 gelagert. Der Tiefenanschlag 32 hat an gegenüberliegenden Sechkantflächen ein oberes und ein unteres Zahnprofil 34, 35 mit dem er sich formschlüssig in der Längsführung 38 lösbar festhält.
  • Figur 2 zeit ausschnittsweise den unteren Bereich des Motorgehäuses 20, wobei dieses von einem Klappdeckel 60 stirnseitig verscchlossen ist. Dieser Klappdeckel 60 ist in der linken Gehäuseschale 121 in dem Schraubdom 64 gelenkig gelagert. Der Klappdeckel 60 deckt die untere Hälfte des Motorgehäuses 20 im Bereich der Kohlebürsten ab. Über eine Sicherungsschraube 66 wird der Klappdeckel 60 am Motorgehäuse 20 zur betriebsgemäßen Benutzung befestigt. Die Sicherungsschraube 66 ist unverlierbar mit dem Klappdeckel 1 verbunden.
  • Durch das Aufschrauben der Sicherungsschraube 66 wird die Verbindung zwischen Motorgehäuse 20 und Klappdeckel 60 gelöst. Der Klappdeckel kann weggeklappt werden ohne komplett vom Gerät entfernt zu werden müssen.
  • Die Sicherungsschraube 66 kann mit einem Schraubendreher oder aber mit einem Schlüssel oder einer Münze gelöst werden. Das Wegklappen des Klappdeckels 60 ermöglicht einen einfachen und bequemen Kohlebürstenwechsel. Das Motorgehäuse 20 umgreift ein gesondertes Hüllgehäuse (Fig. 6), das bei der Montage zwischen die Gehäuseschalen 121, 122 eingelegt wird. Dieses Hüllgehäuses 62 trägt am unteren Ende eine radial nach außen weisende Gewindebohrung 68 zum Eingriff der Sicherungsschraube 66 und außerdem die Kohlbürsten für den Motor.
  • Die rechte Gehäuseschale 122 ist zweiteilig gestaltet. Sie trägt einen kleinen Deckel zur Inspektion der Netzleitung 18. Der Deckel ist mit zwei Schrauben am Gehäuse 12 befestigt. Nach dem Entfernen des Deckels kann das Netzkabel einfach ausgetauscht bzw. ersetzt werden.
  • Dazu müssen die zwei Schrauben der Klemmleiste gelöst werden, um das Kabel von der Maschine zu entfernen.

Claims (10)

  1. Handwerkzeugmaschine mit einem Gehäuse (12) aus Längsschalen (121, 122) und mit einem sich daran anschließenden zylindrischen Motorgehäuse (20), wobei
    das zylindrische-Motorgehäuse (20) aus Längsschalen (201,202) besteht, wobei das Motorgehäuse (20) vom Gehäuse (12) rechtwinklig abgewinkelt ist und ein freies Ende hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motorgehäuse einen Klappdeckel (60) trägt, der - ohne vom Gerät entfernt werden zu müssen - wegklappbar ist und der den unteren Bereich des Motorgehäuses (20) stirnseitig verschließt.
  2. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klappdeckel (60) über einen Schraubdom (64) am Motorgehäuse (20) gelenkig gelagert ist.
  3. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schraubdom (64) an nur einer Längsschale (201) des Motorgehäuses (20) angeordnet ist.
  4. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1,2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klappdeckel (60) auf einer Seite des Motorgehäuses (20), mit einer einzigen, unverlierbar mit dem Klappdeckel (60) verbundenen Sicherungsschraube (66) befestigbar ist.
  5. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sicherungsschraube (66) mit einer Münze oder einem Messer oder dergl. zu lösen bzw. drehen ist.
  6. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längsschalen (201,202) des Motorgehäuses (20) längs zusammenfügbar sind und jeweils einstückig mit den ebenfalls längs zusammenfügbaren Längsschalen (121,122) des Gehäuses (12) sind.
  7. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motorgehäuse (20) nach unten von der Längsachse (27) wegtritt.
  8. Handwerkzeuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klappdeckel (60) die untere Hälfte des Motorgehäuses (20) im Bereich der Kohlebürsten abdeckt.
  9. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1 mit einer Netzkabel-Durchtrittsöffnung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechte Längsschale (122) einen lösbaren Inspektionsdeckel trägt, über den der Netzkabetanschluss im inneren des Gehäuses (12) nur durch Öffnen des Inspektionsdeckels zugänglich ist.
  10. Handwerkzeugmaschine nach Anspruch 1, mit einem Elektromotor mit Kohlebürsten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Motorgehäuse (20) ein gesondertes Hüllgehäuse (62) umgreift, dass zwischen die Längsschalen (201,202) und den Elektromotor einlegbar ist.
