Claims (6)
- Procédé de protection d'un moteur à combustion interne contre les surpressions, dans lequel la pression (Pcyl) est mesurée dans au moins un cylindre (1) du moteur à combustion interne, où, lorsque la pression de pointe (Ppeak) dans l'espace interne du cylindre dépasse une valeur seuil prédéfinie (Pth), l'apport de carburant et/ou la combustion de carburant sont modifiées de telle sorte que la pression de pointe reste ensuite en dessous d'une valeur maximale (Pmax), caractérisé en ce que la valeur seuil est de 5 à 20% inférieure à la valeur maximale et l'apport de carburant et/ou la combustion de carburant sont modifiées de telle sorte que la pression de pointe dans le cylindre (1) se situe aussi près que possible de la valeur maximale (Pmax), tant que des valeurs de pression inférieures ne sont pas commandées par la commande du moteur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la quantité de carburant introduite, l'instant d'allumage et/ou l'instant d'injection de carburant sont modifiés. - Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la modification de la quantité de carburant introduite consiste uniquement en une réduction de la quantité de carburant (Fq d) à fournir, calculée par la commande du moteur.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure la pression dans chaque banc de cylindres et/ou dans chaque cylindre (1) du moteur à combustion interne.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'apport de carburant et/ou la combustion de carburant dans chaque banc de cylindre et/ou dans chaque cylindre du moteur à combustion interne sont modifiés séparément.
- Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, contenant un régulateur de pression de pointe (C, C', C", C"') qui est connecté du côté de l'entrée à au moins un capteur de pression (3) disposé dans un cylindre (1) du moteur à combustion interne et du côté de la sortie à un dispositif de commande (2) pour l'apport en carburant et/ou pour la combustion de carburant, et qui est conçu de telle sorte qu'il modifie l'apport de carburant et/ou la combustion de carburant lorsque la pression de pointe (Ppeak) dans un espace interne du cylindre dépasse une valeur seuil prédéterminée (Pth), de sorte que la pression de pointe reste en dessous d'une valeur maximale (Pmax), la valeur seuil étant de 5 à 20% inférieure à la valeur maximale et l'apport de carburant et/ou la combustion de carburant étant modifiés de telle sorte que la pression de pointe dans le cylindre (1) se situe aussi près que possible de la valeur maximale (Pmax) , tant que des valeurs de pression inférieures ne sont pas commandées par la commande du moteur.
