Description

The invention relates to a direct hanger for C-rails, consisting of a substantially U-shaped direct hanger upper part with a horizontal bottom plate, are folded from the two mounting legs up towards a ceiling underside of a solid ceiling, the end portions are horizontally cantilevered outwards, and from a U-shaped anchor clip directed substantially in the opposite direction of the U-shaped upper part, with a horizontal web plate, from which two anchor legs are bent downwards, which can be suspended with lateral anchor projections under the two mutually facing edge beads of a C-rail.

Such direct hangers for C-rails are intended in particular for suspended suspended ceilings, the C-rails forming the supporting frame of the false ceiling, which is also referred to as "battens".

For this purpose, it is known to use substantially inversely U-shaped anchor clips whose two anchor legs, which are bent downwards from a web plate, engage with lateral anchor projections under the two mutually facing edge beads of the C-rail. The anchor clip is usually connected via a height-adjustable direct hanger with a solid ceiling of a building.

Although the height-adjustable design of such direct hangers allows a simple, to Ausrichtzwecken also subsequent change in length of Direkthängers to a To effect height adjustment of the anchor clip and the C-rail received therein. For this purpose, however, a multi-part and therefore complex construction of the Direktabhängers is required. In most applications, a slight, even subsequent height adjustment is not required; Rather, it is sufficient to attach the anchor clip during assembly in a certain height adjustment.

The one-piece design of the direct suspender also makes it necessary to align the two end portions of the mounting tabs exactly when mounted on the solid ceiling to ensure that the anchor legs are properly aligned with the male C-rail. An attachment of the C-rail in any direction is not possible.

In a known direct hanger of the type mentioned (EP-A-0 494 122), the web plate of the anchor clip is pivotally connected via a relatively long threaded rod with a bearing between the mounting legs of the upper part. As a result, an attachment is also possible under non-horizontal ceiling surfaces. The construction cost required for this, especially for the threaded rod and its bearings but is considerable. In addition, a guide on the direct hanger upper part is excluded by the swinging suspension of the anchor clips. If the anchor clip is bolted to the direct hanger top directly adjacent to the threaded rod to support the stability of the Direkthängers, so no subsequent rotation of the anchor clip relative to the direct hanger top is no longer possible.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a direct hanger for C-rails of the type mentioned in such a way that with the least possible material requirements and manufacturing costs regardless of the orientation of the solid ceiling connected parts any orientation of the C-rail is made possible.

This object is achieved by the feature combination according to claim 1.

The latchable in the C-rail anchor clip is rotatable about the vertical axis of rotation arbitrarily opposite the Direktabhänger- upper part, so that for the by the C-rails formed profiling any direction can be allowed. It is not necessary to use an additional suspension part.

Preferably, the two attachment legs distributed over their length a plurality of screw holes.

The two attachment legs are each up from the bottom plate, i. angled opposite to the two anchor legs, the direction of the bend is adapted to the local conditions. In each case an end portion of each mounting leg is applied to a suitable surface of the support structure and bolted or riveted thereto, for example with wood screws, self-tapping sheet metal screws or dowel screws, these screws are selected according to the nature of the respective support structure.

The direct hanger is therefore universally applicable, so that there is no longer any need to provide different connecting parts, depending on the nature and dimensions of the supporting structure. The direct hanger can be stacked in flat lying condition, stored and provided on the construction site.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that each attachment leg is divided by a plurality of transverse lines of weakness in relatively foldable strip portions. This is an optimal adaptation to different dimensions and Positions of the respective support structure in a simple manner possible.

Conveniently, at least one screw hole is provided in each strip section, so that the position of the respective screw connection can be adapted to the condition and the dimension of the supporting structure.

In order to facilitate erection of the direct trailer on the construction site and to enable it without tools, it is provided according to a preferred embodiment of the invention that the two attachment legs and / or the two anchor legs are each foldably connected to the bottom plate or the web plate via a weakening line.

Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen des Erfindungsgedankens sind Gegenstand von Unteransprüchen.Advantageous embodiments of the inventive concept are the subject of dependent claims.

The direct hanger 1 shown in FIG. 1 for a C-rail 2 indicated only schematically in FIG. 1 by dotted lines has a direct hanger upper part 3, which consists of a substantially U-shaped sheet metal hanger. It has a horizontal base plate 4, from the two opposite edges of two mounting legs 5 are bent upwards.

The two mounting legs 5 of the direct hanger upper part 3 each have a plurality of vertically spaced apart, formed by rows of holes 6 lines of weakness at which at a selectable distance from the bottom plate 4 end portions 7 of the mounting leg 5 are folded horizontally outward. These end portions 7 are intended to be attached to a ceiling underside 8 of a solid ceiling of a building, for example by means of dowel screws 9, which are indicated only schematically in Fig. 2.

A likewise made of sheet metal, substantially inverted U-shaped anchor clip 10 is rotatably connected to a vertical centric axis of rotation 11 with the direct hanger upper part 3. The anchor clip 10 has a horizontal web plate 12, from whose two opposite edges two anchor legs 13 are bent downwards. The anchor legs 13 are hooked in a conventional manner with lateral anchor projections 14 under the two oppositely directed edge beads 15 of the male C-rail 2. The web plate 12 of the anchor clips 10 and the bottom plate 4 of the direct hanger top 3 are to each other and are rotatably connected to each other via the vertical centric axis of rotation 11. As indicated in Fig. 1 with arrows, the anchor clip 10 is rotatable about the vertical axis of rotation 11 relative to the direct hanger top 3, that the C-rail 2 can be aligned in any direction.

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-3, the central axis of rotation 11 is formed by a connecting sleeve 16 which projects through a respective central bore 17, 18 of the bottom plate 4 and the web plate 12 and whose edges 16a are crimped outwardly. This connection is made with sufficient play, so that overcoming a certain friction, the relative rotational mobility between the direct hanger upper part 3 and the anchor clip 10 is maintained.

The two attachment legs 5 of the direct hanger upper part 3 each have a plurality of mutually vertically spaced, formed by rows of lines of weakness lines on which the end portions 7 in a selectable distance from the bottom plate 4 are horizontally be folded.

As shown in Fig. 5, in a modification of the previously described embodiment may also be provided that the central axis of rotation 10 is formed by a connecting sleeve 19 which is formed protruding from the web plate 12 and projects into a central bore 17 of the bottom plate 4 and whose edge 19a is crimped outwards. Instead, the connection sleeve 19 be formed from the bottom plate 4 and project into the bore 18 of the web plate 12.

A further modified embodiment is shown in FIG. 6. In this case, the centric axis of rotation 11 is formed by a rivet 20, which protrudes through in each case the central bores 17 and 18 of the bottom plate 4 and the web plate 12.

In this case, the central axis of rotation 11 is formed by a screw 21 which projects through each of the central bores 17 and 18 of the bottom plate 4 and the web plate 12 and carries a nut 22, preferably a self-locking nut.

Each mounting leg 5 has distributed over its length a plurality of screw holes 23 which - as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8 - serve to receive fastening screws 9, wherein it is in the embodiment shown in Fig. 8 are wood screws in a Wooden beams 21 are screwed.

In the example of Fig. 8, each mounting leg 5 is divided by a plurality of transverse lines of weakness 24 in relatively foldable strip portions 25, wherein each strip portion 25 has a screw hole 23. Each weakening line 24 has edge notches 26 projecting from one another along the two longitudinal edges 5a. As a result, the fastening leg 5 can be folded or angled in any desired manner at each of the numerous weakening lines 24 (only two weakening lines 24 are designated in greater detail in FIG. 8), then that a universal adaptation to different spatial conditions and dimensions of the respective support structure is made possible in a simple manner.

In the example according to FIG. 9, two parallel rows of screw holes 23 are provided in the laterally notched fastening legs 5, while in the example according to FIG. 1 a plurality of parallel rows of screw holes 23 are provided.

It can also be seen from FIGS. 8 and 9 that the two attachment legs 5 are foldably connected to the bottom plate 4 at the bottom edges, in each case via a weakening line. In the illustrated embodiments, each weakening line is formed by at least one punched-out gap 27. The remaining on both sides of the column 27 narrow material bridges allow easy folding by hand.
