Claims (7)
- Machine (1) avec un dispositif de travail (8) pouvant être mis en oeuvre de manière cyclique et servant au traitement d'une voie ferrée (7) présentant des traverses (5) et des rails (6) ainsi qu'avec un équipement de palpage (13) travaillant sans contact servant à détecter une position de traverse en association avec une unité de mesure de déplacement (14) servant à l'acquisition d'un déplacement (s) effectué sur la voie ferrée (7) par la machine (1) et avec une unité de commande (15) servant au centrage du dispositif du travail (8) en fonction de la position de traverse palpée, caractérisée en ce que l'équipement de palpage (13) est conçu en tant que télémètre (16) servant à acquérir sans contact les valeurs de mesure des distances (d) verticales entre l'équipement de palpage (13) d'une part et les traverses (5) ou le ballast (17) de la voie ferrée (7) d'autre part et en ce que l'unité de commande (15) raccordée au télémètre (16) est conçue pour une subdivision continue et successive des trajets de mesure en fonction du déplacement en un tronçon de détection de traverses (X) comprenant des valeurs de mesure de distance (d) s'écartant seulement légèrement l'une de l'autre et en un tronçon de détection de ballast (Y) lui succédant et caractérisé par une suite de valeurs de mesure de distance (d) fluctuant par sauts.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'on a prévu deux télémètres (16) écartés l'un de l'autre dans le sens transversal de la machine et auxquels est associée respectivement une unité de contrôle (23) spécifique.
- Procédé de traitement d'une voie ferrée (7) au moyen d'un dispositif de travail (8) pouvant être mis en oeuvre de manière cyclique, le déplacement (s) effectué dans le cadre d'une avance de la machine étant mesuré et la position des traverses (5) étant palpée sans contact, caractérisé en ce quea) le long d'une ligne de mesure (21) s'étendant au-dessus des traverses (5) et du ballast (17) dans le sens longitudinal de la voie ferrée, les valeurs de mesure de distance (d) s'étendant en continu dans le sens vertical entre la machine (1) et le ballast (17) ou selon le cas les traverses (5) sont déterminées et mémorisées, suite à quoib) un relevé de mesure (18) ainsi généré en fonction du déplacement est subdivisé en un tronçon de détection de traverses (X) ne présentant que des variations minimales de valeurs de mesure et enregistrant le début avec un premier point de saut (A)c) tronçon auquel succède chaque fois, moyennant association d'un deuxième point de saut (B), un tronçon de détection de ballast (Y) qui est caractérisé par une série successive de valeurs de mesure de distance (d) variant par sauts et dont les valeurs maximales se situant à l'extérieur de la plage de bande minimale (m).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les valeurs de mesure de distance (d) minimales et maximales définissant le tronçon de détection de traverses (X) peuvent être mémorisées pour définir une plage de bande minimale (m).
- Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la distance entre les deux points de saut (A, B) définissant le tronçon de détection de traverse (X) est, dans le cadre d'un contrôle permanent de plausibilité, comparé avec une plage d'acceptation de traverses (SA) mémorisée dans une unité de commande (15) et comprenant différentes largeurs de traverses des différents types de traverses (5) pouvant éventuellement être présents sur le voie ferrée (7).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un avertisseur (24) acoustique et/ou optique dès que le contrôle de plausibilité du tronçon de détection de traverses (X) donne un résultat se situant en dehors de la plage d'acceptation de traverse (SA) mémorisée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que devant l'équipement de palpage (13), par rapport au sens d'avance de la machine, une zone de traverses (5) située dans la ligne de mesure (21) est balayée.
