Description
Claims (15)
- Mehrzylindrige Hochdruckplungerpumpe mit mehreren Plungern (7) und einer in einem Gehäuse (1) angeordneten Antriebseinheit hierfür, wobei die Plunger (7) äquidistant auf einem Kreis angeordnet sind und die Antriebseinheit ein in dem Gehäuse (1) drehbar gelagertes Antriebsteil umfaßt, das eine Taumelscheibe (35) um die Drehachse des Antriebsteils taumelnd mitnimmt, wobei gegen die Taumelscheine (35) mit jeweils einem Plunger (7) gekoppelte, axial bewegliche Plungerbetätiger (6) gedrückt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsteil eine Walze (18) ist, die einen sich in Richtung der Drehachse der Walze (18) erstreckenden Ausschnitt (28) aufweist, der die sich mit der Walze (18) mitdrehende kugelgelenkartige Lagerung aufnimmt, wobei der Ausschnitt (28) in einem hydraulisch beaufschlagbaren Kolben (21) angeordnet ist, der in einer Walzenbohrung (20) senkrecht zur Drehrichtung der Walze (18) verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Hochdruckpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelscheibe (35) an der der kugelgelenkartigen Lagerung abgewandten Seite über ein Gelenk (36) gehäuseseitig angeordnet ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Walze (18) die an einer Seite gehäuseseitig kardanisch angelenkte Taumelscheibe (35) an der anderen Seite zur Drehachse der Walze (18) kugelgelenkartig gelagert ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (21) ein- oder beidseitig hydraulisch beaufschlagbar ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (18) mit einem von einer Eingangswelle (2) antreibbaren Hohlrad (17) drehfest gekoppelt ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gehäuseseitige Anlenkung der Taumelscheibe (35) zwei sich kreuzende Gelenkgabeln (32, 37) mit einem Kreuzzapfen (39) umfaßt, der in den Gelenkgabeln (32, 37) über Gleitgelenklager (40) gelagert ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelscheibe (35) eine Druckscheibe (38) trägt, die mit den Plungerbetätigem (6) in Eingriff steht.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Taumelscheibe (35) einen Zapfen (31) aufweist, der über einen hierauf gelagerten Einsatz (29) in dem Ausschnitt (28) gelagert ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) einen zylindrischen Abschnitt (10) aufweist, in dem die Walze (18) gelagert ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) einen Deckel (11) aufweist, der eine Eingangswelle (2) lagert.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1) taumelscheibenseitig durch eine Platte (5) verschlossen ist, die die gehäuseseitige Anlenkung der Taumelscheibe (35) trägt und Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Plungerbetätiger (6) aufweist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plungerbetätiger (6) als von Führungsbuchsen (41) aufgenommene, druckmittelbeaufschlagbare Differenzdruckkolben ausgebildet sind.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plungerbetätiger (6) druckluftbeaufschlagbar und hohl sind, wobei ihr Innenraum (45) mit einem druckluftbeaufschlagbaren äußeren Ringraum (43) über eine enge Bohrung (48) verbunden ist.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Plungerbetätiger (6) Endstücke (46) mit sphärischer Oberfläche (47) aufweisen, die mit der Taumelscheibe (35) gehalten werden.
- Hochdruckplungerpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Plunger (7) an den Plungerbetätigern (6) kugelgelenkartig angelenkt sind.
