Claims (12)
- Zugreckanlage für Stahl- und Metallbänder, insbesondere im Dickenbereich von 0,1 bis 4 mm, mit einem Bremsrollensatz (Rollen 1 - 4), welcher in Verbindung mit der angetriebenen Rolle (5) eine erste Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone bildet, und einem Zugrollensatz (Rollen 6 - 9), welcher mit der angetriebenen Rolle (5) eine zweite Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der ersten und zweiten Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone jeweils mindestens das 0,5fache der maximalen Bandbreite beträgt.
- Zugreckanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Länge der ersten und/oder zweiten Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone jeweils maximal das 10fache der maximalen Bandbreite beträgt.
- Zugreckanlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 2, wobei die Länge der ersten und der zweiten Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone das 1-2fache der maximalen Bandbreite beträgt.
- Zugreckanlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, wobei der Durchmesser der Rollen (4, 5 und 6) mindestens dem 1000fachen der maximalen Banddicke entspricht.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, wobei mindestens einer der Rollen (4, 5 oder 6) als Rolle mit konkav/konvex einstellbarer Kontur ausgeführt wird.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 5, wobei die Kontur der Rolle zonenweise über der Bandbreite einstellbar ist.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, wobei in zumindest einer Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone eine Linearmotoreinheit angeordnet ist, mit der die Bandzugverteilung über der Bandbreite beeinflusst werden kann.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, wobei die Biegerichtung der Rolle (5) entgegengesetzt zur Rolle (6) ist und die nach dem Recken verbleibende Längs- bzw. Querkrümmung im Band durch Einstellen des Verhältnisses der Reckgrade in den beiden Reckstrecken bzw. Reckzonen korrigiert werden kann.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8, wobei die In-Line-Querkrümmung on-line gemessen wird und der Messwert als Stellgröße für einen geschlossenen Regelkreis zur Krümmungskorrektur benutzt wird.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, wobei vor, in oder hinter den Reckstrecken bzw. Reckzonen die Planheit des Bandes on-line mit Planheitsmessungen gemessen wird und die Messwerte zur Planheitsregelung des Reckprozesses benutzt werden.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 10, wobei der Umschlingungswinkel des Bandes an der Rolle (5) ≤ 180°, bevorzugt ≤ 90° beträgt.
- Zugreckanlage nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 11, wobei die Länge der ersten und/oder zweiten Reckstrecke bzw. Reckzone variabel einstellbar ist, um bei einer gegebenen Bandbreite eine jeweils optimale Länge der Reckstrecken bzw. Reckzonen(n) zu erreichen.
