Claims (17)
- Module d'échange de chaleur, comprenant un échangeur principal (1) et au moins un échangeur secondaire (2) comportant chacun un corps (3, 7), ledit corps de chacun desdits échangeurs (1, 2) étant généralement plan et muni de plusieurs tubes de circulation de fluide (22, 23) dans lesquels un fluide peut être distribué par au moins une boíte collectrice (4, 5, 8, 9) reliée audit corps, et comprenant en outre des ailettes de refroidissement (11), l'échangeur secondaire étant fixé sur l'échangeur principal de sorte qu'un même flux d'air puisse traverser les corps respectifs desdits échangeurs,
caractérisé en ce que le module comporte un jeu d'ailettes (11) commun à l'échangeur principal (1) et à au moins un échangeur secondaire (2),
lesdites ailettes étant montées sur les tubes de circulation de fluide de l'échangeur principal et faisant saillie de cet échangeur sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de ce dernier,
les parties (12) des ailettes en saillie de l'échangeur principal comportant des découpes (13) de réception des tubes de circulation de fluide de l'échangeur secondaire (2), et
des moyens de blocage (23, 13 ; 14, 24 ; 14, 25 ; 14, 18 ; 26) étant prévus pour bloquer l'échangeur secondaire dans la position où ses tubes de circulation de fluide sont engagés dans lesdites découpes. - Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les découpes (13) de réception des tubes de circulation de fluide de l'échangeur secondaire (2) sont ouvertes tandis que la partie des ailettes montée sur les tubes de circulation de fluide (22) de l'échangeur principal (1) comporte des découpes fermées pour la réception desdits tubes (22).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les ailettes de refroidissement (11) font saillie de l'échangeur principal (1) d'un côté de ce dernier pour assembler un échangeur secondaire (2) et l'échangeur principal (1).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les ailettes de refroidissement (11) font saillie de l'échangeur principal (1) des deux côtés de ce dernier pour assembler deux échangeurs secondaires (2) et l'échangeur principal (1).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'échangeur principal (1) est constitué par un radiateur de refroidissement d'un moteur de véhicule automobile.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins un échangeur secondaire (2) est constitué par un refroidisseur d'air de suralimentation, d'un condenseur de climatisation ou d'un radiateur d'huile.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les découpes ouvertes (13) des ailettes sont ouvertes en direction de l'échangeur secondaire (2).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comprennent un assemblage à force des tubes (23) de l'échangeur secondaire (2) dans les découpes ouvertes (13) des ailettes.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comprennent des moyens de coopération de forme.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comprennent des encoches (14) alignées formées dans un des côtés, perpendiculaires aux plans des échangeurs, de la partie en saillie des ailettes et un organe de blocage (24 ; 25) issu de l'échangeur secondaire (2) et propre à s'engager dans les dites encoches.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'organe de blocage comprend au moins un enfoncement (24) prévu sur au moins une joue (15) de l'échangeur secondaire (2).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'organe de blocage comprend au moins une patte (25) issue d'au moins un côté d'une boíte collectrice (8, 9) de l'échangeur secondaire (2).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comprennent des encoches (14) alignées formées dans un des côtés perpendiculaires aux plans des échangeurs de la partie en saillie des ailettes et un organe de blocage (18) rapporté et propre à s'engager dans les dites encoches.
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'organe de blocage rapporté est une réglette (18) munie d'une nervure (20) agencée pour s'engager dans lesdites encoches, des moyens de verrouillage (17) étant prévus pour solidariser l'organe de blocage à l'échangeur secondaire (2)
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon la revendication 14, dans lequel les moyens de verrouillage comprennent des pattes de sertissage (17) solidaires d'une joue (15) montée sur l'échangeur secondaire (2) pour sertir l'organe de blocage (18) sur l'échangeur secondaire (2).
- Module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel les moyens de blocage comprennent au moins une traverse (26) à section transversale en forme de U qui présente deux bords opposés (28) propres à venir en appui sur deux faces opposées (29, 30) des ailettes (1) et qui comporte une patte (31, 32) propre à s'engager dans une encoche (33, 34) prévue dans une boíte collectrice (8, 9) de l'échangeur secondaire (2).
- Procédé de réalisation d'un module d'échange de chaleur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, comprenant un échangeur principal (1) et au moins un échangeur secondaire (2) comportant chacun un corps (3, 7) muni de tubes de circulation de fluide, et comprenant en outre des ailettes de refroidissement (11) et dans lequel l'échangeur secondaire est fixé sur l'échangeur principal de sorte qu'un même flux d'air puisse traverser les corps respectifs desdits échangeurs, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes consistant à réaliser l'échangeur principal (1) avec des ailettes (11) faisant saillie de cet échangeur sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan de ce dernier, les parties (12) des ailettes en saillie comportant des découpes ouvertes (13) de réception des tubes de circulation de fluide de l'échangeur secondaire, réaliser l'échangeur secondaire (2) sans ailettes de refroidissement, positionner l'échangeur secondaire en engageant ses tubes de circulation de fluide dans lesdites découpes ouvertes, et bloquer l'échangeur secondaire dans cette position.
