Claims (18)
- Gerätesteckdose zur Herstellung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung zwischen Elektrobauteilen, enthaltenda) einen Grundkörper (1), der eine Art Kontaktträger bildet und aus einem elektrisch isolierenden Material hergestellt ist,b) wenigstens zwei im Grundkörper (1) festgelegte, elektrisch leitende Kontaktelemente (2), die an ihren einander entgegengesetzten Enden als Anschlußkontaktenden (2a, 2b) ausgebildet sind, wobei jeweils das eine, erste Anschlußkontaktende (2a) mit einem Kabeldrahtende (3) verbindbar und das zweite Anschlußkontaktende (2b) mit einen Gegenkontaktelement (4) eines Elektrobauteiles (5) zusammensteckbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc) jedes Kontaktelement (2) etwa in Form eines flachen Blechstreifens sowie in Form eines Kombi-Kontaktelements in der Weise ausgeführt ist, daß sein erstes Anschlußkontaktende (2a) einerseits einen mit einem Kabeldraht-Einschubschlitz (6) versehenen Schneidkontakt (7) und andererseits eine zum Festklemmen eines Kabeldrahtendes (3) zugeordnete Klemmkontakteinrichtung (8) aufweist, wobei Schneidkontakt (7) und Klemmkontakteinrichtung (8) wahlweise benutzbar sind. - Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Kontaktelement (2) in einem passenden, durchgehenden Aufnahmeschlitz (9) in den Grundkörper (1) eingeschoben und durch einen nach außen ragenden, abgebogenen Fixierlappen (9a) axial unverschiebbar im Grundkörper (1) festgelegt ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Kontaktelement (2) an seinem zweiten Anschlußkontaktende (2b) eine zum freien Ende hin offene, etwa gabelförmige Klemmaufnahmeöffnung (2b') zur Aufnahme eines steckerförmigen Gegenkontaktelements (4) eines anderen Elektrobauteiles (5) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Grundkörper (1) jeweils eine etwa parallel zu einem Kontaktelement (2) verlaufende, nach außen und zum Kontaktelement hin offene Kabeldraht-Aufnahmenut (10) vorgesehen ist und die Klemmkontakteinrichtung (8) eine im Grundkörper (1) aufgenommene, von außen her zugängliche und im Bereich der Kabeldraht-Aufnahmenut (10) gegen eine Seitenfläche (2c) des Kontaktelements (2) schraubbare Schraubklemme (11, 12, 13) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit Schneidkanten (6a) versehene Kabeldraht-Einschubschlitz (6) in Längsrichtung des Kontaktelements (2) verläuft, zum freien Ende des ersten Anschlußkontaktendes (2a) hin offen ausmündet und eine dem Kabeldrahtende (3) derart angepaßte Schlitzweite (SW) besitzt, daß beim Längseinschieben des Kabeldrahtendes unter Einschneiden eines Kabeldraht-Isoliermantels (3a) eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung mit dem Kontaktelement hergestellt und dabei dieses Kabeldrahtende (3) festklemmbar ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem ersten Anschlußkontaktende (2a) jedes Kontaktelements (2) ein als Isolierteil ausgebildeter Kabeldraht-Niederhalter (14) zugeordnet ist, der einen Aufnahmeschlitz (15) für den aus dem Grundkörper (1) vorstehenden freien Endabschnitt des ersten Anschlußkontaktendes (2a) sowie eine quer dazu verlaufende, durchgehende Kabeldraht-Durchstecköffnung (16) zur Aufnahme des zugehörigen, mit dem Isoliermantel (3a) versehenen Kabeldrahtendes (3) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder der im wesentlichen gleichartig ausgebildeten Kabeldraht-Niederhalter (14) eine die Kabeldraht-Durchstecköffnung (16) und den Aufnahmeschlitz (15) enthaltende Aufsteckkappe (17) zum Aufstecken auf den vorstehenden freien Endabschnitt des zugehörigen ersten Anschlußkontaktendes (2a) sowie einen in eine Einhaknut (19) des Grundkörpers (1) eingreifenden und darin fixierbaren Schnapphaken (18) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufsteckkappe (17) des Niederhalters (14) mit einer abbrechbaren Montagefahne (14a) hergestellt ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (1) im Bereich unterhalb der Aufsteckkappe (17) einen in die Kabeldraht-Durchstecköffnung (16) vorstehenden, das entsprechende Kabeldrahtende (3) fixierenden Vorsprung (20) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Anschlußkontaktende (2a) jedes Kontaktelements (2) einen neben dem Kabeldrahtende (3) in den Aufnahmeschlitz (15) des Niederhalters (14) hineinragenden, frei nach außen verlängerten, zungenförmigen Kontaktansatz (2d) aufweist und dieser Aufnahmeschlitz (15) im Grundrißbereich des Kontaktansatzes (2d) durch eine im Querschnitt etwa kreuzschlitzförmige Durchgangsöffnung (21) nach außen verlängert ist, in die einerseits der zungenförmige Kontaktansatz (2d) hineinragt und andererseits von außen her ein Gabelkontakt (22) eines anderen elektrischen Bauteiles derart einsteckbar ist, daß dieser Gabelkontakt (22) zum einen in dem Niederhalter (14) festlegbar ist und zum andern unter Herstellung einer elektrisch leitenden Verbindung etwa rittlings den Kontaktansatz (2d) des ersten Anschlußkontaktendes (2a) übergreift.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zungenförmige Kontaktansatz (2d) eine sich nach außen hin etwa schneidenförmig verjüngende freie Endkante (2d') besitzt.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der die ersten Anschlußkontaktenden (2a) enthaltenden Endseite (1a) des Grundkörpers (1) eine Leiterplatte (23) angeordnet ist, die mehrere in Anzahl und Verteilung der Kontaktelemente (2) im Grundkörper (1) entsprechende, auf die zugehörigen Kontaktansätze (2d) aufsteckbare Gabelkontakte (22) aufweist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (1) mit allen darin aufgenommenen und festgelegten Elementen in einem Gehäuseunterteil (24) aufgenommen ist, wobei die ersten Anschlußkontaktenden (2a) aller Kontaktelemente (2) sowie darauf aufgesteckte Kabeldraht-Niederhalter (14) vom Grundkörper (1) in einen oberen freien Gehäuseraum (24a) hineinragen und wobei zumindest an einer Seite (24b) dieses Gehäuseunterteiles (24) eine buchsenartige Kabeldurchführung (25) für eine elektrisches Anschlußkabel vorgesehen ist, und daß die Leiterplatte (23) in der dem Grundkörper (1) zugewandten Unterseite (26a) eines etwa deckelförmigen Gehäuseoberteiles (26) festgelegt ist, der mit seinem unter Rand (26b) passend auf dem nach oben weisenden Rand (24c) des Gehäuseunterteiles (24) fixiert ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem unteren Rand (26a) des Gehäuseoberteiles (26) und dem oberen Rand (24c) des Gehäuseunterteiles (24) eine Profildichtung (27) angeordnet ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß etwa zentral und im wesentlichen vertikal verlaufend im Gehäuseunterteil (24) und im Gehäuseoberteil (26) etwa rohrförmig und geschlitzt ausgebildete, ineinandersteckbare und schnappartig miteinander verriegelbare Fixierorgane (28, 29) angeordnet sind.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Außenumfangsseite des im Gehäuseoberteil (26) angeordneten Fixierorgans (29) zusätzlich die Leiterplatte (23) über eine entsprechende Aufnahmebohrung (23a) auswechselbar eingerastet ist, wobei diese Leiterplatte außerdem an ihrem Außenrand in Randbereichen (26c) des Gehäuseoberteiles (26) lösbar festgelegt ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den rohrförmigen Fixierorganen (28, 29) beider Gehäuseteile (24, 26) zusätzlich eine Verriegelungsschraube (30) zum Befestigen dieser zusammengebauten Gerätesteckdose an einem anderen elektrischen Bauteil aufgenommen ist.
- Gerätesteckdose nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, gekennzeichnet durch eine normgerechte Anordnung und Verteilung der Kontaktelemente (2), durch normgerechte Bauform und Hauptabmessungen sowie durch eine normgerechte staub- und feuchtigkeitsgeschützte Ausführung.
