Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a tubular film Plastic, especially for the production of packaging bags.
It is particularly common in apartment buildings that are in to pack household waste in garbage bags and then collect them in central dumpsters. In this context, WO 97/03899 proposes not to use standardized garbage bags, but rather the waste in portions in foil containers to pack, each in the desired Size can be made from a tubular film. Such Tubular films are usually used in a gathered form Provided and can by means of film bubble extrusion or be produced in the slot silo process. Decide in the process the film thickness and the base material essentially about the film properties accordingly essentially only by changing these two parameters can be changed.
The object of the invention is therefore a tubular film of the type mentioned at the beginning, which makes it possible the properties such as the static load capacity to be more flexible.
This object is achieved in that the Double-walled tubular film with two film tubes in Hose in hose arrangement is made. The two Foil tubes can be made of different Consist of materials and have different wall thicknesses, so that the properties of the tubular film through Changing these parameters optimally to the existing ones Needs can be adjusted. In particular it is possible to have a high static load capacity Tubular films while maintaining relatively small wall thicknesses ensure where in usual use of a conventional film tube requires large wall thicknesses that would be the manageability of the tubular film would affect.
In a manner known per se, it is appropriate to To provide tubular films in a gathered form. It is also possible to use the two film tubes to connect with each other locally. For example, it can be useful, the film tubes on at least one to connect the axial end region to one another, in particular to make a bag this way. They can also Foil tubes over their length in several places in particular be connected to one another at certain points.
1 besitzt. Die beiden Folienschläuche 1, 2 bestehen aus
unterschiedlichen Kunststoffmaterialien, wobei insbesondere
biologisch abbaubare Kunststoffe eingesetzt werden,
und besitzen unterschiedliche Wandstärken. Wie in der
Zeichnung gut erkennbar ist, sind die Folienschläuche 1,
2 an mehreren Stellen 3 miteinander punktuell verbunden.
Die Verwendung einer solchen doppelwandigen Schlauchfolie
bietet den Vorteil, daß durch Auswahl entsprechender
Wandstärken und Materialien die Eigenschaften, insbesondere
die statische Belastbarkeit der Schlauchfolie, optimal
an die jeweils bestehenden Bedürfnisse angepaßt werden
können. Die Schlauchfolie kann dabei in herkömmlicher
Weise durch Extrusion oder im Schlitzsilverfahrern hergestellt
sein. With regard to further advantageous embodiments of the
