Claims (24)
- Schwellengreifer zum Anschluß an ein Baufahrzeug (4) für das gleichzeitige Greifen von mehreren nebeneinander liegenden Bahnschwellen (2,3), mit einem hydraulischen Anschluß (22), mit mehreren Schwellenträgern (8,10,12) mit Greifeinrichtungen (14) für die Bahnschwellen (2) und mit einer Stelleinrichtung (18) zum Verfahren der Schwellenträger von einer Ausgangsposition in eine Endposition zwecks Einstellung eines Schwellenabstandes, wobei
sowohl die Greifeinrichtungen (14) der Schwellenträger (8,10,12) als auch die Stelleinrichtung (18) hydraulisch mit Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26,30) verfahrbar sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schwellenträger an einem Hauptträger (6) verfahrbar angeordnet sind, und
dass ein einziges Steuerventil (34) sowohl den Abstand der Schwellenträger (8,10,12) als auch den Greif- und Ablegevorgang steuert, derart
dass zum Aufnehmen der Bahnschwellen (2) in der Ausgangsposition der Hydraulikdruck des hydraulischen Anschlusses (22) bis zum Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Betriebsdrucks zunächst nur den Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) der Greifeinrichtungen (14) zum Schließen der Greifeinrichtung (14) in der Ausgangsposition und erst beim Erreichen des vorgegebenen Betriebsdrucks zusätzlich der mindestens einen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30) der Stelleinrichtung (18) zum Einstellen der Endposition der Schwellenträger (8,10) zuführbar ist, und
dass zum Ablegen der Bahnschwellen (2) mit vorgegebenem Schwellenabstand der Hydraulikdruck des hydraulischen Anschlusses (22) bis zum Erreichen eines vorgegebenen Betriebsdrucks zunächst nur den Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) der Greifeinrichtung (14) zum Öffnen der Greifeinrichtung (14) in der Endposition und erst bei Erreichen des vorgegebenen Betriebsdrucks in der Offenstellung der Greifeinrichtung (14) der mindestens einen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30) der Stelleinrichtung (18) zum Verfahren der Schwellenträger (8,10) in die Ausgangsposition zuführbar ist. - Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifeinrichtungen (14) jeweils mindestens eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (26) aufweisen, und daß alle Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) parallelgeschaltet sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die parallelgeschalteten hydraulischen Anschlüsse (29) der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) zum Schließen der Greifeinrichtung (14) direkt an eine erste Hydraulikleitung (37) des hydraulischen Anschlusses (22) angeschlossen sind, und daß der hydraulische Anschluß (46) der Stelleinrichtung (18) zum Verfahren der Schwellenträger (8,10) in die Endposition über ein erstes Umschalt-Steuerventil (40) mit der Hydraulikleitung (37) verbunden ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallel geschalteten hydraulischen Anschlüsse (31) der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) zum Öffnen der Greifeinrichtung (14) direkt an eine zweite Hydraulikleitung (35) des hydraulischen Anschlusses (22) angeschlossen sind und dass der hydraulische Anschluß (42) der Stelleinrichtung (18) zum Verfahren der Schwellenträger (8,10) in die Ausgangsposition über ein zweites Umschalt-Steuerventil (38) mit der zweiten Hydraulikleitung (35) verbunden ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine an dem Hauptträger (6) angeordnete zentrale Anschlußadapterplatte (48) an einen Ausleger (52) des Baufahrzeugs anschließbar ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerventil (34) in dem Baufahrzeug angeordnet ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein mittlerer Schwellenträger (12) starr mit dem Hauptträger (6) verbunden ist und jeweils mindestens zwei bewegliche Schwellenträger (8,10) beiderseits des mittleren Schwellenträgers (12) auf dem Hauptträger (6) von der Stelleinrichtung (18) verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stelleinrichtung (18) aus einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30) und einem für die äußeren Schwellenträger (10) gemeinsamen Seil (64) besteht, wobei die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30) das Seil (64) in eine erste Position bewegen kann, in der alle beweglichen Schwellenträger (8,10) in der Ausgangsposition nebeneinander liegen, sowie in eine zweite Position bewegen kann, in der alle Schwellenträger (8,10,12) in der Endposition einen vorgegebenen Abstand entsprechend der gewünschten Schwellenteilung aufweisen.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifeinrichtungen (14) Spannbacken (16) aufweisen und dass zum Öffnen und Schließen der Spannbacken (16) mindestens eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch Umlenkeinrichtungen (80,84) entgegengesetzt bewegte Seilabschnitte (61,63) des Seils (64) jeweils mit einem der beiden äußeren Schwellenträgern (10) verbunden sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den äußeren beweglichen Schwellenträgern (10) verbundene Zugmittel (72) die inneren beweglichen Schwellenträger (8) nach außen ziehen.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilabschnitte (61,63) des Seils (64) an den äußeren Schwellenträgern (10) zur Einstellung eines vorgegebenen Schwellenabstandes mit Hilfe einer Befestigungseinrichtung (76) verstellbar befestigt sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugmittel (72) für die inneren beweglichen Schwellenträger (8) in der wirksamen Länge zur Einstellung eines vorgegebenen Schwellenabstandes veränderbar sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seilabschnitte (61,63) des Seils (64) fest an den äußeren Schwellenträgern (10) befestigt sind, und dass die Abstände im ausgefahrenen Zustand zwischen den Schwellenträgern (8,10,12) ausschließlich über die Zugmittel (72) einstellbar sind.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Seil (64) als Endlosseil an den Enden des Hauptträgers (6) jeweils mindestens einmal umgelenkt ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils zwei Umlenkrollen (80,84) an den Enden des Hauptträgers (6) angeordnet sind, wobei die Drehachsen der jeweils zwei Umlenkrollen (80,84) orthogonal zueinander stehen.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der zu der Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (30) führenden Hydraulikleitungen (39,41) mit einem Sperrventil (43) absperrbar ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtungen (14) beiderseits des Hauptträgers (6) an den Schwellenträgern (8,10,12) befestigte innere Spannbacken (20) aufweisen.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannbacken (20) gelenkig mit den jeweiligen Schwellenträgern (8,10,12) verbunden sind und dass zwischen den inneren Spannbacken (20) zum Spannen oder Lösen der inneren Spannbacken (20) eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (24) angeordnet ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (24) zu den Kolben-Zylinder-Einheiten (26) der Greifeinrichtungen (14) parallelgeschaltet ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Anschlagvorrichtung (51) den Schwenkwinkel einer inneren Spannbacke (20) begrenzt.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beiderseits des Hauptträgers (6) jeweils eine in Vertikalrichtung wirkende Anschlagvorrichtung (53) angeordnet ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem jeweils äußeren Schwellenträger (10) ein Abstandhalter (36) befestigt ist.
- Schwellengreifer nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die inneren Spannbacken (20) in Längsrichtung der Schwellenträger (8,10,12) verstellbar sind.
