Definitions
- the invention relates to a holding device for a chainsaw when sawing of wooden elements, especially wooden beams.
- stationary saws can also be used be used.
- stationary joinery systems with two large circular saw blades adjustable in two levels as well as stationary Circular saws with a saw blade adjustable in one plane and a stop angle known.
- these facilities are relatively expensive and have a large space requirement.
- the holding device makes it possible to make cuts on wooden elements on site with the help of a chainsaw, the execution in quick, is easier, safer and at the same time precise. This will do so achieved that the holding device relative to the via sawing wooden element can be attached or fixed.
- the Fixing device can basically on any stationary objects be attached. It is preferably on the wooden element to be sawed itself attached, because in this way inevitably any relative movement between the holding device and the wooden element is excluded. This applies itself when the wooden element itself is not fixed. The one on the fuser won fixation of the holding device is transferred to the Storage device and thus on the chainsaw, so that this too relative to Wooden element is supported.
- the bearing device is still defined in the joint by the joint predetermined limits movable.
- This agility is required to make the desired cut with the chainsaw.
- the awkward marking of a crack can be saved because the desired cut over the degrees of freedom of movement of the joint is specified.
- any type of joint in question i.e. translational and / or rotational Joints.
- Rotary joints are preferred.
- a great advantage of the holding device is that the mobility of the Use of the chainsaw is preserved because the holding device is together Use with a chainsaw at any desired location leaves. It is also advantageous that the holding device the risk of an accident reduced, as an uncontrolled swinging out of the chainsaw almost is excluded.
- this has between the fixing device and bearing device provided at least one joint perpendicular to the level of the chainsaw sword of an inserted chainsaw standing axis of rotation. Furthermore, the joint is preferably 360 ° around this axis of rotation rotatable. Such a rotary movement can then be carried out with the joint run that chainsaw at the level of the chainsaw sword is moved and can therefore make a straight cut.
- the fixing device has a support device and a jaw, the distance between which is adjustable is.
- the support device and clamping jaw can be in the form of pliers pinch between them and thus the holding device on this Fix the object.
- the fixing device advantageously on the wooden element to be sawn, for example one Wooden beams, fixed.
- the clamping jaw is preferably projecting vertically on a connecting rod arranged, the clamping jaw in different positions on the Connecting rod can be set.
- the connecting rod works a thread with a rotary lever in the manner of a spindle drive together that the connecting rod and thus the attached to it Clamping jaw can be adjusted.
- the adjustable clamping jaw preferably engages with a locking pin Connecting rod.
- the connecting rod has several for this purpose longitudinally spaced engagement holes. Using the locking pin the clamping jaw is initially rough according to the thickness of the wooden element set. Then the rotary lever is turned around the clamping jaw to be clamped to the wooden element using the connecting rod.
- the support device can preferably have further stop elements, with which the fixing device on at least one other surface of the wooden element can be created. Through the further attacks the tight fit and the precise alignment of the holding device continue elevated.
- the bearing device for the chainsaw over a cross rail in different cross positions connected to the fixing device for the support device.
- the area that can be cut with the chainsaw can be expanded accordingly become.
- an articulated arm which connects the two devices and which preferably contains the at least one joint.
- the articulated arm can be a working distance between the Fixing device and the storage device ensures and the storage device can be positioned at different points in the room.
- an im Articulated arm contained joint is the arm in different, relative to each other movable segments divided. Basically everyone is a joint Suitable joint types, especially swivel joints that have a rotary motion allow around at least one axis of rotation.
- the articulated arm preferably contains two hinge joints in series. On Hinge joint allows only one movement around a structurally predetermined Axis of rotation to. The actuation of a hinge joint therefore allows only one Movement in one degree of freedom, what with the holding device according to the invention has the advantage that in this way a precise management of the Chainsaw is possible.
- the hinge joints are with their axes of rotation preferably arranged so that the axis of rotation of a hinge joint is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the other hinge joint. This ensures that with the hinge joints as independent of each other as possible Rotations can be carried out and the largest possible area of space is covered.
- the at least one joint which the fixing device connects to the storage device, has a locking device, with which the mobility of the joint is quickly and easily canceled can be.
- the locking device By loosening the locking device, the bearing device with the chainsaw located in it according to the one to be executed Cut are aligned, when reaching the desired Alignment the present joint position can be fixed. Farther can the chain saw in a certain position by the locking device be stored in a fixed position when it is not in operation.
- the storage device for receiving the chainsaw preferably has a holding plate and at least one support element projecting therefrom, the motor housing of a chainsaw are placed on these elements can. Furthermore, preferably adjustable on the support elements Clamping elements are provided through which the motor housing of the chainsaw can also be clamped and thus fixed.
- the bearing device preferably has two adjustable clamping elements, between which the sword the chainsaw can be caught.
- Such a fixation of the chainsaw sword which preferably takes place as close as possible to the motor housing, guarantees safe and immovable storage of the chainsaw and thereby ensures a clean cut.
- FIG 1 is a first embodiment of the holding device according to the invention shown in perspective for a chainsaw, whereby for better Recognizability of the function of a wooden beam 50 to be sawn and a motor chain saw 51 are indicated schematically.
- the holding device consists in essentially of three assemblies, namely firstly the fixing device 30, with which it is clamped in particular on the wooden beam 50 to be sawn second, the bearing device 10 into which the chain saw 51 can be used, and third, an articulated arm 20, which the Fixing device 30 articulates with the bearing device 10.
- the holding device can with the fixing device 30 are attached to a suitable object.
- a suitable object Preferably - but not necessarily - it is the one to be sawn Wooden beams (see number 50 in Figure 1).
- the fixing device 30 has an upper support device 32 and a lower jaw 33, which by means of a connecting rod 34 are interconnected.
- the support device 32 consists of an arrangement along the wooden beam 50 Square tube 35, with three transversely directed, projecting downwards Support elements 36 is firmly connected, which on the surface of the wooden beam 50. At one end of the outer support elements 36 protruding downward stop elements 37 are provided, which on a second surface of the wooden beam 50 can be created and for one further stabilization and alignment of the holding device on the wooden beam 50 to care.
- the middle support element also serves as storage for a rotating device 38.
- the rotating device 38 consists essentially of a sleeve-shaped Rotating element 39, which has a central, not shown internal thread and by means of a rotary lever 40 around a connecting rod 34 aligned axis can be rotated.
- the top end of the connecting rod 34 has a corresponding external thread, that with the internal thread of the rotating element 38 cooperates.
- the lower jaw 33 is longitudinally displaceable by means of a sleeve ring 44 mounted on the connecting rod 34.
- Locking pin 45 penetrates the sleeve ring 44 and can be in locking holes 46 are inserted, which are provided in the connecting rod 34.
- the Locking holes 46 are preferably in a row along the connecting rod 34 arranged at regular intervals.
- Wooden beams 50 are clamped with high force. Clamping the holding device on the wooden beam 50 is in principle similar to that Put on a screw clamp and can therefore be easily and accordingly perform quickly.
- An articulated arm 20 is attached to the fixing device 30 by means of a cross rail 31 attached.
- the cross rail 31 is open the top of the square tube 34 attached transversely to this and is also from a sturdy square tube.
- the first segment 26 of the articulated arm 20 has a flange at the lower end for fastening the articulated arm 20 on the cross rail 31. This is done by means of screws 47, which in different transverse positions of the first segment 26 relative to the transverse rail 31 are screwed into the screw holes 48 provided there can. Due to the possibility of different positioning in The articulated arm 20 and thus the possible swivel range can be transverse the chainsaw can be optimally adapted to the requirements.
- the articulated arm 20 consists of four individual segments, i.e. Moreover already mentioned lowest segment 26 from three further segments 27, 28, 29, which are articulated to one another via two hinge joints 22, 23 are.
- the axis of rotation of the hinge joint 22 runs essentially perpendicular, while the axis of rotation of the hinge joint 23 at least in runs essentially horizontally.
- the two axes of rotation are thus perpendicular one another and allow any spatial orientation of the Bearing device 10.
- Each hinge joint 22, 23 carries a degree of freedom to mobility, which is independent of the other degree of freedom can be moved.
- each hinge joint 22, 23 provided so that e.g. by rotating a corresponding one Locking lever 24, 25 the respective hinge joint 22, 23 in the set Position can be set.
- connection of the articulated arm 20 to the bearing device 10 takes place via a Another hinge 19 that is in the chain behind the second hinge 23 is arranged directly on the holding plate 15.
- the swivel joint 19 allows the holding plate 15 to be rotated through 360 ° about an axis perpendicular to the Retaining plate. The execution of such a rotary movement allows the Chainsaw to move in the plane of the chainsaw sword and thus make a straight cut.
- the second segment 27 of the articulated arm 20 is at the lowest segment 26 in different height positions can be screwed tight with screws 21.
- the bottom segment 26 has a plurality of in the longitudinal direction of the bottom Segment 26 spaced screw holes. This can result in simple way the distance of the storage device 10 to the wooden element to be sawn can be set.
- the storage device 10 is used for receiving, holding and fixing a Chainsaw 51 (see Figure 1).
- the central element of the storage device 10 is the already mentioned holding plate 15, which as a one-sided system for the housing a chainsaw 51 and serves as a mounting base for other elements.
- a rod-shaped support element 16 extends perpendicularly from the holding plate path.
- the support element 16 is fastened in an elongated hole 18 in the holding plate 15 so that the exact position can be adjusted if necessary can be.
- FIG. 1 there is a clamping device for the sword 52 on the holding plate 15 ( Figure 1) arranged the chainsaw.
- This clamping device consists of two parallel terminal strips 12 and 14, one between them Create a gap for the chain saw to pass through.
- On their the sides facing the sword have the terminal strips 12 and 14 in middle area clamping projections 13.
- These kick with the sword of the Chainsaw in contact and clamp it firmly between yourself when the movable terminal block 12 by tightening screw connections two levers 11 is pulled against the second terminal block 14. It is ensured that between the two terminal blocks 12 and 14 in those Areas remain a sufficiently large distance in which the saw chain runs, so that even when the chainsaw sword is clamped the saw chain can move freely.
- a chainsaw can thus in the storage device 10 on simple and can be clamped quickly in order to then be sawn over the Wooden beams fixed holding device a clean, safe and quick To enable cut. It is also conceivable that the bearing device 10 or parts of it remain attached to the chainsaw and after execution a cut the separation of the chainsaw from the holding device another location, such as on one of the joints 22 or 23 or on the Cross rail 31 takes place.
- the holding device thus has an articulated arm 20 which is articulated several interconnected segments 26, 27, 28, 29 comprises and over the Fixing device 30, which is attached to the wooden element 50 to be sawn, in the Protrudes like a cantilever.
- the articulated arm 20 expediently stands in this way via the fixing device 30, in particular in its longitudinal direction, that problem-free all-round cutting with the chainsaw, i.e. a 360 ° all-round cut is possible.
- the chainsaw can always be in such a position brought that when cutting through the wooden element to be sawn 50 the wood fibers from the chain of the chainsaw, at least over the largest Part of the circumference of the wooden element 50 is always pulled inwards. This results in a clean cut without the edges of the wooden element 50 fray.
- the spacious height and cross adjustment option of the articulated arm 20 is particularly important in large inclined positions, where the sword is often no longer in one go through the whole Wood element 50 would go through. Even large bars are therefore no problem Can be cut in any inclined position.
- the bottom segment 26 does not have to be fixed on the transverse rail 31 via a screw connection, but can also be done in other ways. For example, it is possible to use a sliding guide with a quick-release fastener to provide. It is useful, but not mandatory, that the Cross rail 31 is arranged in an end region of the fixing device 30.
- the embodiment of the holding device of Figure 1 differs from that of Figures 2 and 3 essentially in that the on the Wooden beam 50 resting support device 32 as a flat support bar 35 ' is formed, which rests on the entire surface of the wooden beam 50.
- the stop elements 37 are in the embodiment of Figure 1 as L-shaped elbows projecting downward over the support bar 35 ' formed, which are attached directly to the support bar 35 '.
- the lowest segment 26 cannot be fastened to the cross rail 31 in different transverse positions, but in a certain position on the support bar 35 'screwed.
