Description

The invention relates to a water tap with a stationary, at least two inflow and Faucet body having fittings, wherein a pivotable around the valve body with the two separate outlet channels connected and for everyone Outlet channel having at least one outlet opening Water outlet body is provided with a Sleeve engages around the valve body.

Such a water tap is known from US Pat. No. 4,077,545. The two outlet channels are sealed with three dynamically stressed sealing rings on the outer casing of the valve body. The sealing rings therefore have a relatively large diameter and require an elastic compression over the entire circumferential area for sealing, so that pivoting of the water outlet body, caused by manufacturing tolerances etc., may require different actuation forces. In addition, the known sealing rings can wear out relatively quickly, so that undesirable leaks can occur in this area.
Furthermore, another water tap fitting with an outlet channel is known from European patent application EP 0 304 529 A1, in which a dynamically stressed seal is provided on a hollow spigot of the swivel spout in the fitting body that is relatively small in diameter.

The invention is based on the object in the preamble of claim 1 specified water tap to improve.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one ring body is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner, which together with the inner wall of the sleeve forms an upper ring channel and a lower ring channel, each of which is connected on the one hand to an outlet opening in the water outlet body, while on the other hand the upper ring channel via a radial line arranged in a cutout of the valve body with an upper pipe pin provided on the central axis of the sleeve and directed upwards and the lower ring channel via a radial line arranged in the cutout with a lower pipe line provided on the central axis of the sleeve Directed pipe spigot is connected, the upper pipe spigot is rotatably and sealed received by a first outlet channel and the lower pipe spigot by a second outlet channel in the valve body.
Further refinements of the invention are specified in claims 2 to 10.

The advantages that can be achieved with the invention consist in particular in that only two dynamically stressed sealing rings are required, and these two sealing rings can be reduced to the smallest possible diameter determined by the line cross section, so that even with a relatively strong elastic compression of the sealing rings, only relatively small forces are required Swiveling the water outlet body may be necessary. In addition, the sliding distances of the sealing rings during the pivoting process can be reduced, so that wear is also considerably reduced.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a brake ring can expediently be provided between the fitting body and the sleeve of the water outlet body, with which a constant, certain frictional torque can be generated during the pivoting process over a long period of use, so that on the one hand a relatively slight pivoting of the water outlet body around the fitting body is achieved can, but on the other hand an unintentional pivoting is safely excluded.

The water tap fitting shown in the drawing has a fitting body 1, which is fixed to a washing and / or sink 7 - only a part is shown in the drawing - with a known fastening device 16. The connection between the fastening device 16 and the fitting body 1 is established through an opening 70 in the washstand and / or sink 7. In addition, a connection line 110 from the cold water supply line network, a connection line 120 from the hot water supply line network and a connection line 130 from a hot water source are passed through the opening 70. The connecting line 110 opens into the fitting body in an inlet duct 11 for cold water, the connecting line 120 opens into the fitting body in an inlet duct 12 for hot water. The inlet channels 11, 12 are connected to a known mixing valve 4 arranged in a cartridge housing. The mixing valve 4 can be adjusted with a handle 40 in a first degree of freedom, the total flow rate and in a second degree of freedom, the mixing ratio of the incoming cold and hot water or the temperature of the mixed water. The mixed water generated in the mixing valve 4 is discharged into a first outlet channel 14 of an upper part 100 of the fitting body 1.
The connecting line 130 opens into an inlet channel 13 for process water in the valve body 1, which is connected to a second outlet channel 15 in the valve body 1 via a quantity regulating and shut-off valve 5. The quantity regulating and shut-off valve 5 is provided with a turning handle 50 protruding laterally from the fitting body 1, with which the process water flow can be controlled.
Both outlet channels 14, 15 are arranged on a central axis 200 of the valve body 1 and each open opposite one another in a cutout 10 of the valve body 1.

A water outlet body is concentric with the central axis 200 2 with a sleeve 20 on the valve body 1 pivotally arranged. Here is on the sleeve 20 an arm 25 is formed in which a channel 210 for a first outlet opening 21 and a further channel 220 for a second outlet opening 22 is formed, wherein the outlet opening 21 for that of the mixing valve 4 generated mixed water, while the outlet opening 22nd for the flow control and shut-off valve 5 metered domestic water is provided. The two outlet openings 21, 22 are at a distance 23 from one another arranged on the arm 25.

The sleeve 20 of the water outlet body 2 is arranged in a constriction of the fitting body 1 and the upper part 100, the upper part 100 being detachably fastened to the fitting body 1. In the sleeve 20, a shaped piece 3 is provided, which rests against rotation with an annular body on the inner wall of the sleeve 20. An upper ring channel 30 and a lower ring channel 31 are formed in the ring body, axially offset from one another. The two ring channels 30, 31 are separated from the outside and from one another by three sealing rings which do not bear dynamic loads and which bear against the inner wall of the sleeve 20. The upper ring channel 30 is connected to a radial line 32, with an upwardly directed pipe pin 34 arranged on the central axis 200. The lower ring channel 31 is connected to a radial line 33, with a downwardly directed pipe pin 35 arranged on the central axis 200. The shaped part, consisting of ring body, radial lines 32, 33 and pipe spigot 34, 35 is preferably made of plastic by injection molding.
The radial lines 32, 33 with the pipe pins 34, 35 are arranged in the cutout 10 of the fitting body 1, so that free pivoting in the area of the cutout 10 is made possible. The upper pipe pin 34 opens into the outlet channel 14 and is rotatably sealed against the wall with an O-ring 340. The pipe pin 35 opens into the outlet channel 15 and is rotatably sealed against the wall with an O-ring 350.

The ring channel 30 is connected downstream to the channel 210 via an opening 211, while the ring channel 31 is connected downstream to the channel 220 in the arm 25 via an opening 221.
If the mixing valve 4 is opened with the handle 40 in the above-described water tap fitting, the mixed water generated in the mixing valve 4 flows into the outlet channel 14 and from here via the pipe pin 34 and the radial line 33 into the annular channel 30, it then passing through the opening 211 enters the channel 210 of the arm 25 and then exits via the first outlet opening 21 as a free jet. If, alternatively or simultaneously, the volume regulating and shut-off valve 5 is opened with the rotary handle 50, the process water flows via the outlet channel 15 into the lower pipe spigot 35 and from here via the radial line 33 into the ring channel 31, it then passing through the opening 221 in the Channel 220 of the arm 25 enters and then exits via the second outlet opening 22 as a free jet. When the water outlet body 22 is pivoted about the fitting body 1, the sleeve 20 is rotated together with the shaped piece 3 in the cutout 10, so that only the O-rings 340, 350 arranged on the pipe pins 34, 35 are dynamically stressed and enable a very smooth pivoting.

To prevent the water outlet body from swiveling unintentionally 2 to prevent, is also provided that the sleeve 20 is cylindrical in the lower region Part of the valve body 1 engages, wherein in cylindrical region of the valve body 1 a circumferential Ring groove is provided in the brake ring 6 is arranged. The brake ring 6 is one spring 60 arranged in the base of the annular groove, preferably designed as an elastic O-ring, radially against pressed the inner wall of the sleeve 20 so that a certain friction is generated that ensures is that on the one hand the water outlet body 2 is convenient is pivotable, but on the other hand an unintentional Panning is excluded.

  • The water outlet body can be installed in the following way:
  • First, the shaped piece 3 with the sealing rings is axially inserted into the sleeve 20. In parallel, the upper part 100 is removed from the valve body 1 and the spring 60 and the brake ring 6 are blown into the annular groove of the cylindrical part of the valve body 1.
  • Then the water outlet body 2 is pushed together with the shaped piece 3 axially onto the valve body 1 until it is in axial contact. Then the upper part 100 is fastened on the valve body 1 and then the mixing valve 4 is fastened with the handle 40 in a conventional manner.
