Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a water tap with a stationary, at least two inflow and Faucet body having fittings, wherein a pivotable around the valve body with the two separate outlet channels connected and for everyone Outlet channel having at least one outlet opening Water outlet body is provided with a Sleeve engages around the valve body.
Eine derartige Wasserzapfarmatur ist aus der US-Patentschrift
4 077 545 bekannt.
Such a water tap is known from US Pat. No. 4,077,545. The two outlet channels are sealed with three dynamically stressed sealing rings on the outer casing of the valve body. The sealing rings therefore have a relatively large diameter and require an elastic compression over the entire circumferential area for sealing, so that pivoting of the water outlet body, caused by manufacturing tolerances etc., may require different actuation forces. In addition, the known sealing rings can wear out relatively quickly, so that undesirable leaks can occur in this area.
Furthermore, another water tap fitting with an outlet channel is known from European patent application EP 0 304 529 A1, in which a dynamically stressed seal is provided on a hollow spigot of the swivel spout in the fitting body that is relatively small in diameter.
The invention is based on the object in the preamble

This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one ring body is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner, which together with the inner wall of the sleeve forms an upper ring channel and a lower ring channel, each of which is connected on the one hand to an outlet opening in the water outlet body, while on the other hand the upper ring channel via a radial line arranged in a cutout of the valve body with an upper pipe pin provided on the central axis of the sleeve and directed upwards and the lower ring channel via a radial line arranged in the cutout with a lower pipe line provided on the central axis of the sleeve Directed pipe spigot is connected, the upper pipe spigot is rotatably and sealed received by a first outlet channel and the lower pipe spigot by a second outlet channel in the valve body.
Further refinements of the invention are specified in
bestimmtes Reibmoment beim Verschwenkvorgang
The advantages that can be achieved with the invention consist in particular in that only two dynamically stressed sealing rings are required, and these two sealing rings can be reduced to the smallest possible diameter determined by the line cross section, so that even with a relatively strong elastic compression of the sealing rings, only relatively small forces are required Swiveling the water outlet body may be necessary. In addition, the sliding distances of the sealing rings during the pivoting process can be reduced, so that wear is also considerably reduced.
In a further embodiment of the invention, a brake ring can expediently be provided between the fitting body and the sleeve of the water outlet body, with which a constant, certain frictional torque can be generated during the pivoting process over a long period of use, so that on the one hand a relatively slight pivoting of the water outlet body around the fitting body is achieved can, but on the other hand an unintentional pivoting is safely excluded.
