Claims (7)

  1. Converting press for paper or cardboard sheets comprising a waste stripping station with a tool supporting chase including a pair of transverse horizontal rails (5, 11) supporting an upper stripping tool, the first rail (5) being fixed with respect to the said tool supporting chase, the second rail (11) being movable in the longitudinal direction, characterized in that the profile of the two rails (5, 11) ensures the mounting and maintaining in operational waste stripping position of either a pull-out frame of an upper stripping tool or an upper stripping board, in that each of the transverse horizontal rails (5, 11) includes on its face opposite the other a first profiled part (7), the profile of which is complementary to the external profile of the transverse part of the pull-out frame of the upper stripping tool and a second profiled part (6), the profile of which is complementary to the external profile of the side of an upper stripping board and in that the said first profiled part (7) is located above the said second profiled part (6).
  2. Converting press for paper or cardboard sheets according to claim 1, characterized in that the second part of the first fixed rail (5) includes a centring block for centring an upper stripping board in the stripping station.
  3. Converting press for paper or cardboard sheets according to claim 2, characterized that the tool supporting chase comprises a micrometric device (8) for transversely moving the centring block.
  4. Converting press according to claim 1, characterized in that the tool supporting chase includes micrometric adjuster means (9, 10) of the longitudinal and/or angular position of the said fixed rail (5).
  5. Converting press according to claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the said micrometric adjuster means (8, 9,10) have a storable display of their adjustment value.
  6. Converting press according to claim 1, characterized in that the stripping station includes tightening means for maintaining the upper tool in operational position and in that the said tightening means comprise at least one spring (15) exerting a permanent pressure on the movable rail (11) in the longitudinal direction towards the fixed rail (5) and at least one cylinder (19, 20), the actuating of which counteracts and overcomes the pressure of the spring.
  7. Converting press according to claim 6, characterized in that the movable rail (11) is carried by at least one support (12, 13) allowing a longitudinal translation of the movable rail (11) by a gearing device linked to the support by an elastic device.
