Aus IT 1245 508 B ist ein Sonnendach-Stoff aus Polyesterfilamentgarn bekannt.
- Ausführungsbeispiel 2:
- Kettfadendichte 46,5 Fäden/cm, PES-Filament dtex 110/2
- Schußfadendichte 21,0 Fäden/cm, PES-Filament dtex 167/2
- Flächengewicht ca. 200 g/qm.
Claims (9)
- Markisenstoff, aus Polyester Filamentgarn und/oder Polyester-Monofilgarn hergestellt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßer mittels eines Dispersionsfarbstoffes, wie Nitro-, Azo- sowie Anthrachinonfarbstoffen naßgefärbt ist.
- Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er ein Flächengewicht von 200 bis 250 g/qm aufweist.
- Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein UV-Blocker vorgesehen ist, der im Färbebad aufgebracht ist.
- Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der UV-Blocker auf der Basis eines Triazinderivates aufgebaut ist.
- Markisenstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Polyester-Garn rund ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Markisenstoffes nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, welcher aus Polyester-Filamentgarn und/oder - Monofilgarn gewebt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Markisenstoff mittels eines Dispersionsfarbstoffes, wie Nitro-, Azosowie Anthrachinonfarbstoffes naßgefärbt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Markisenstoff mit einem Spannrahmen bei einer Temperatur von ca. 185 ° fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Mattierungs- und Gleitmittel Titandioxid in einer Menge von weniger als 0,05 % in die Faser eingebracht wird.
- Markise, insbesondere Gelenkarm - oder Wintergartenmarkise, umfassend einen Markisenstoff nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8.
