Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a ventilation device for windows, doors and the like, especially for integration into facade designs for effective energy use and increased comfort for the rooms behind.
temporärem Wärmeschutz in Mehrscheibenkonstruktion.
jedoch mindestens zwei Rahmen bzw.
From the patent literature, a large number of technical solutions for controlled air guidance over one or more inter-pane spaces of a window, a window door or the like are known. These are used optionally and in combination with other energy-efficient solutions with and without heat recovery for increased heat, sun and sound insulation, explosion protection and protection against projectiles as well as protection against condensation in the space between the panes. The utility model DE 80 19 601 describes a device for ventilation of a room in which a controllable ventilation duct is arranged between the inner and outer glazing. DE 37 00 944 A1 shows a device for supplying air to a building interior, in which a circulating air circuit is created with which the building interior can be heated or cooled independently of the atmosphere. A composite window consisting of an outer and an inner sash with sun protection in between and ventilation openings is described in utility model DE 77 01 569. The patent specification DE 37 32 545 C2 describes a ventilation system for removing exhaust air from rooms with double-leaf windows, in which the window interspace is optionally connected to an exhaust air duct or a flow duct by means of a guide flap. DE 36 03 658 A1 discloses a solar house window with integrated temporary heat protection in a multi-pane construction. DE 34 32 021 C2 relates to a double window or door for explosion protection and protection against projectiles.
All of the listed embodiments have in common that several, but at least two frames or sash parts in a fixed or movable form are required for their implementation, mostly using special profiles. This leads to heavy, often visually unappealing material and cost-intensive versions.
In order to allow the flow through the space between the panes, it is necessary in any case for the solutions mentioned to implement the connection between at least two opposite frame parts by additional spacers and profile strips between the frame strips and / or a corresponding profiling of the frame profiles holding the glazing. This leads to increased use of materials and additional manufacturing costs. The known designs are characterized by a high weight and large dimensions of the entire construction.
The invention has for its object to provide a novel ventilation device, in which the disadvantages of the prior art indicated above are eliminated and which in particular is the controlled, energy-efficient and comfort-enhancing air flow via a space between panes for controlled ventilation of the one behind Space, simple and cost-effective from standard profiles common on the market is producible and can be optically mounted in window strips.
This object is achieved according to the design features of the main claim.
Without an additional frame part in only one frame Ventilation device according to the invention from a frame, a wing, seals, a glazing, a glazing bead, an all-glass wing, a docked glazing bead, Fasteners, a ventilation gap and ventilation openings. The all-glass wing is provided with a ventilation gap. The ventilation gap results from a distance between an edge of the all-glass wing and the part of the docking assigned to this edge Glass bar. The ventilation gap is preferably in the upper section of the all-glass wing arranged. There is an air duct between the ventilation gap via openings Glazing and docked glazing room, the glazing bead, the wing and the Frame arranged. The exhaust air flowing in on the room side passes through the ventilation gap between the all-glass wing and the glazing and is over the in the docked Glazing bead, the glazing bead, the sash and the frame are openings dissipated. This makes the controlled, energy-efficient space between the panes and comfort-increasing air duct for controlled ventilation of the one behind Allows space. An additional frame as in known designs is not required. The ventilation device according to the invention is thus simple and cost-effective standard profiles can be produced on the market and can be optically advantageous in Install window strips. The dimensions, especially the depth of the ventilation device correspond to those of conventional window strips, so that the invention Ventilation device adapts well to window strips.
