Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Quertrennen von Siegelrandbeuteln (1) für eine Verpackungsmaschine, umfassend eine um eine erste Achse (24) drehbar angetriebene erste Welle (22), auf welcher mindestens ein Quertrennmesser (30) montiert ist, dessen Schnittkante (41) parallel zur ersten Achse (24) verläuft, eine um eine zur ersten Achse (24) parallele zweite Achse (25) synchron zur ersten Welle (22) gegenläufig drehbar angetriebene zweite Welle (23), welche mindestens einen Gegenhalter (31) mit einer annähernd kreiszylindrischen Aussenfläche (45) hat, wobei diese Aussenfläche (45) in einem ersten Winkelsegment (46) in Achsrichtung durchgehend und in einem zweiten Winkelsegment (47) durch mehrere Ausnehmungen (48) unterbrochen ist, sowie eine Steuereinrichtung (49), mittels welcher der Drehwinkel der zweiten Welle (23) relativ, zum Drehwinkel der ersten Welle (22) programmiert zwischen zwei Werten derart verstellbar ist, dass die Schnittkante (41) entweder im ersten Winkelsegment (46) oder im zweiten Winkelsegment (47) auf die Aussenfläche (45) auftrifft,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf einer der Wellen (22, 23) zusätzlich mindestens ein zweites Messer (60) mit mehreren miteinander fluchtenden kurzen Schnittkanten (62) und auf der anderen Welle (23, 22) mindestens ein entsprechender zweiter Gegenhalter (61) montiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die beiden Winkelsegmente (46, 47) annähernd gleich und annähernd gleich dem relativen Verstellwinkel sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei die beiden Wellen (22, 23) durch separate Servomotoren (50, 51) mit Winkelrückführung angetrieben sind, wobei die erste Welle (22) synchron mit dem Vorschub der Folie (3) und die zweite Welle (23) in Abhängigkeit des Drehwinkels der ersten Welle (22) angetrieben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die beiden Wellen (22, 23) über den grössten Teil ihrer Länge prismatisch ausgebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4, wobei die Wellen (22, 23) Leisten (58) mit gegenüberliegenden Auflageflächen (28, 29) aufweisen, wobei auf der ersten Welle (22) auf der einen Auflagefläche (28) das erste Messer (30) und auf der gegenüberliegenden Auflagefläche der zweite Gegenhalter (61) montiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Messer (30, 60) mit ihrer der betreffenden Achse (24, 25) zugewandten Stirnfläche an mindestens zwei einstellbaren Exzenterstiften (38) angeschlagen sind.
