Kunststoffbuchse 23 entsprechend dem Kopfstück 21
ausgerichtet, so daß das Einsetzen in die Schieberstange 2
möglich ist. Nach der Verriegelung ist das Kopfstück 21
dagegen quer zur Ausnehmung 11 ausgerichtet, wodurch nicht
nur die Schieberstange 2 in der Nut 1 arretiert ist,
sondern auch das Riegelteil 9 in der Schieberstange 2. Das

- A fitment for locking windows or doors comprising a slider bar (2) guided in a groove (1) of an undercut configuration on the window or door frame (6), wherein holding elements (4) provided on both sides on the slider bar (2) engage behind the projections (5) forming the undercut configuration of the groove (1) and at least one of the holding elements (4) is arranged releasably on the slider bar (2), characterised in that the slider bar (2) is of a rabbet configuration in the region of the projections (5), wherein the rabbet (7) together with the holding element (4) forms a respective receiving groove for one of the projections (5) and the rabbet depth is slightly greater than the width of the projections (5).

- A fitment according to claim 6 characterised in that on its side remote from the lock pin (3) the adjusting pin (8) has a support member projecting into a groove in the frame (6).
- A fitment according to one of claims 5 to 7 characterised in that the annular collar (12) or the lock pin (13) carries a fitting pin member (14) which engages into a cylindrical bore (8.1) in the adjusting pin (8).
- A fitment according to claim 8 characterised in that the fitting pin member (14) is riveted at its free end to the adjusting pin (8).
- A fitment according to claim 2 characterised in that the arms forming the holding elements (4), on their side towards the slider bar (2), have a respective retaining groove (15) for the leg (2.1) forming the rabbet of the slider bar (2).
- A fitment according to claim 2 or claim 10 characterised in that the bolt member (9) is mounted in a cylindrical bore (11) in the slider bar (2).
- A fitment according to claim 2, claim 10 or claim 11 characterised in that the bolt member (9) is held by means of a sleeve (16) to the slider bar (2), which is fitted on to a cylindrical pin (18) by way of an interposed O-ring (17).
- A fitment according to claim 2 characterised in that at its end remote from the holding elements (4) the bolt member (9) has an annular projection (19) in the form of a latching element for the cylindrical bore (11), wherein in its region adjoining the holding elements (4) the adjusting pin (8) of the bolt member (9) has edge faces (20) which engage the legs (2.1) of the slider bar (2) forming the rabbet (7) and form latching elements for locking the bolt member (9).
- A fitment according to claim 13 characterised in that the bolt member (9) is made integrally from plastic material.
- A fitment according to claim 2 characterised in that at its end remote from the holding elements (4) the bolt member (9) carries a substantially oval head portion (21) and the slider bar (2) has an opening (11) adapted in contour to the head portion (21), wherein the cylindrical region (22) of the bolt member (9) between the head portion (21) and the holding elements (4) carries a plastic bush (23) which is arranged rotatably and which is also adapted to the opening (11) in contour.
- A fitment according to claim 15 characterised in that the plastic bush (23) is slotted in the axial direction in the region of its smallest wall thickness.
- A fitment according to claim 16 characterised in that on its side in opposite relationship to the slot (24) the plastic bush has a reduced-thickness wall region (25) for forming a bending zone.
- A fitment according to claims 15 to 17 characterised in that the head portion (21) is provided with holding knobs (26) facing towards the holding elements (4).
