The invention relates to a cylinder lock with flat key. The cylinder lock has a housing, in this in a rotatable cylinder core and at least two key-controlled pin tumblers on. The flat key has one on both flat sides a longitudinal profile with longitudinal grooves and / or longitudinal ribs having shaft, wherein at least one of the control of a tumbler pin provided key scores of the key beard in a opposite the shaft slimmer formed tip portion is arranged, in which a Peak profile is superior to the shaft profile and the contour of the tip profile within the contour of the shaft profile is located.
Such a cylinder lock is known from US 5 088 306 A, in which the Key channel is adjustable to different flat keys, which only in terms the lateral profiling of their, the key back adjacent, upper Shaft half of each other. At the edge of the rotatable cylinder core are elongated profile strips embedded on both sides of the key channel, whose profile corresponds to the upper half of a particular flat key. To change the cylinder lock to another flat key these Moldings replaced. For adjusting the cylinder lock to a flat key, in which the upper half of the shaft has a front, slimmer tip section own, two-part moldings are provided, in which the rear section to the stem profile and the front portion to the inside of the contour of the Shank profiles lying peak profile are adjusted.
The document DE-A-31 29 577 discloses a cylinder lock and flat key wherein the cylinder lock a housing, in this rotatable cylinder core and at least two key-controlled pin tumblers and wherein Flat key one opposite the shaft slimmer trained tip section is arranged, wherein in the housing one in a slot transverse to the key channel aligned Abtastkulisse is provided, which is opposite to the profile of the Shank section of the keyway slimmer trained link profile for Scanning the tip portion of a flat key has, whose tip portion opposite to its shaft by the removal of key material below Formation of additional grooves in the profile is slimmer.
The document DE-A-31 29 577 relates in particular to a flat key with magnetic bodies, wherein the arrangement of longitudinal profile elements over the entire Length of the stem brings difficulties.
A well-known Nachsperrmethode for cylinder locks is the so-called picking. There are many tools for this method, usually a thin one Inserted into the keyway and by vibration the tumbler pins in Release position. This picking is especially for "open" Key channels easier, since such key channels have plenty of room for the Inserting the picking tool and its vertical movement available put. Such open key channels are either systemic or arise in large locking systems by profile variations, in which many ribs of the Key channel omitted.
However, practice shows that picking makes it considerably more difficult or even impossible is made when the key channel is made so narrow (slender) and overlapping is that the insertion or operation of the Pickingwerkzeuges not is possible. On the other hand, however, are systemic or according to the profile variations the key channels and related Key profiles not always produced in the desired slenderness or the Overlapping nuclear ribs by variation partially eliminated.
An object of the present invention is thus, the key profile and the associated cylinder lock in such a way that the picking is difficult. Furthermore, the possibility of training variations should be increased, too to be able to work out large locking systems.
This is inventively achieved in that in the housing at least one, in a slot disposed between two pin tumblers, across the keyway aligned Abtastkulisse is provided, which is opposite to the profile of the Shank section of the keyway slimmer trained link profile for Scanning the tip portion of a flat key has, whose tip portion opposite to its shaft by the removal of key material below the formation of additional grooves or the extension of existing grooves in the Profile slimmer and formed at least in the beard area as an overlapping profile is.
According to a further feature of the invention, the shank profile of the flat key have as a basic profile a zig-zag profile whose cross-section zig-zag-shaped, directly adjoining diamonds is formed on the profile variations forming and each over the total height of a rhombus connect laterally extending variation profile elements in columns and across are arranged to these horizontal lines, and that the tip profile of the flat key is formed omitting the variation profile elements.
In the following the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to some embodiments. Fig. 1 is a side view of a flat key; Fig. 2 shows the top view a broken cylinder core and Figs. 3 and 4 show two alternatives for a Abtastkulisse; Fig. 5 shows a variant of a key channel cross-section of the cylinder lock; Fig. 6 is a cross section through a further embodiment of the key channel and Fig. 7 shows the associated Key in cross section; Fig. 8 is a cross section through the lock and key another type; Fig. 9 is a section through another type of key.
According to FIG. 1, the
bezeichnet.The
In the
Arrangements and the ratio of the different profile sections to each other will be explained later.
Bruchgefahr vorliegt. Bevorzugt ist das spitzenprofil ein dem Schaftprofil
übergeordnetes Profil. In Schliasselherstellung preferred the key blank

The key profile is from an analog key channel profile

The
The variant Fig. 3 the Abtastkulisse is open to the top Key channels with continuous key back. The variant Fig. 4 with closed scan gate requires a key tip Lowering 23, as shown in Fig. 1 by dashed lines.
zwischen dem Schaftabschnitt und dem Spitzenabschnitt (Fig. 1).Figures 5 to 7 show embodiments of sections through the
Key channel or the inserted key with a cut line
after the line V-V in Fig. 2, that is slightly behind the
In Fig. 5 hatched the
Through the
This results in a relatively open profile for the shaft section,
as it may be necessary for making variations. From the

Spitzenabschnittes schlanker machen.Fig. 6 shows in cross-section the
Strichliert sind jene zusätzlichen Nuten eingezeichnet, die der gleiche Schlüssel im Schaftabschnitt aufweist, und wodurch die notwendige Schlüsseivariation gegeben ist.7 shows an associated key in section through the tip section, whereby a narrow profile is given in the tip section. Dashed lines those additional grooves are drawn, which are the has the same key in the shaft portion, and whereby the necessary Conclusion is given.
In
Fig. 8 shows a cross section through a lock with inserted

When using graduated core pins in conjunction with both sides keyrings attached coding, it is advantageous the front core pins e.g. with a "right" encoding and to provide the innermost core pin with a "left" coding. at the front core pins then the left coding is milled free (not available) and the innermost core pin the right coding milled free. Thus, the front left key codes and the last right key badge is not effective. The sampling backdrop in front of the innermost pin, only the left half of the profile is released. The Key shaft tip has only the left profile part. Of the Key shank and the front key channel can also left and have right profile parts. When picking would then simultaneously the front pins on the left side and the innermost pin on the right side are attacked. This is not in practice possible.
The key-lock system shown in FIG. 8 is detailed in FIG the Austrian Patentanmsidung A 1847/97 and utility model application GM 681/97 described.
The training of the key profile can be for everyone Profile systems with longitudinal grooves and longitudinal ribs are applied and is not limited to the profile examples shown.
drei Profilelemente a, b und c.

In this embodiment of FIG. 9 is also clearly visible that it with the inventive design of a cylinder lock and flat key easily possible, already existing locking systems, which formed with the shank profile are to be extended by providing a tip profile as described above with additional protection against picking.
If the flat key is described here, including the key blanks,
So those precursors that already have the key profiling, as described in Fig. 9,

be provided. The technical features shown in the drawings can
be combined differently with each other. Thus, e.g. the profile of FIG. 9
