Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einem Schubladenwagen.
Bekannte Kassen- bzw. Geldschubladen weisen herkömmlicherweise einen massiven Gehäuserahmen auf, der aus Stahlblech gebogen und verschweißt ist, wobei alle Funktionen durch separate Bauteile wahrgenommen werden. Auf der Außenseite des aus Stahlblech bestehenden Gehäuserahmens sitzen Deckschalen aus Kunststoff, denen lediglich eine Gehäusefunktion bzw. optische und sonstige Abdeckfunktion des Stahlblechgehäuses zukommt, während die mechanische Festigkeit der Schublade durch das Stahlblechgehäuse gewährleistet ist. Dieser Aufbau ist sowohl vom Gewicht her als auch unter Produktionsgesichtspunkten in vielerlei Hinsicht nachteilig.
US-A-4,433,882 offenbart eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einem Schubladenwagen, wobei das Schubladengehäuse aus zwei selbsttragenden Kunststoffschalen besteht, deren Seiten- und Rückwände mit einem Formpreßteil verbunden werden.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einem Schubladenwagen anzugeben, die im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik einfacher aufgebaut ist und weniger Arbeitsschritte bei Herstellung und Zusammenbau erfordert.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch eine Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einem Schubladenwagen gelöst, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, daß das Schubladengehäuse aus zwei identischen, auf Umschlag zusammengesetzten Kunststoffschalen besteht. Die Bezeichnung "auf Umschlag" weist darauf hin, daß die beiden Kunststoffschalen (untere und obere) zweckmäßigerweise mit jeweils um 180° versetzten Rastpunkten, formschlüssig ineinandergreifenden Elementen, Verzahnungen o.ä. versehen sind, so daß sie im aufeinandergesetzten Zustand an zumindest einer Stelle formschlüssig ineinandergreifen und ohne oder mit wenigen Verbindungselementen wie Schrauben o.ä. auskommen. Die Kunststoffschalen nehmen alle Kräfte auf, die beim Gebrauch der Schublade auftreten.
Vorzugsweise hat jede der Kunststoffschalen eine Bodenwand, zwei Seitenwände und eine Rückwand. Die Rückwand kann eine mittlere Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme einer Auslösung aufweisen. In Übergangsbereichen zwischen Boden- und Seitenwänden und/oder Boden- und Rückwand kann (jeweils) ein U-Profil als Verstärkung angeordnet sein.
Die Bodenwand kann mit Verstärkungsrippen versehen sein. Bevorzugt sind die Kunststoffschalen mit Verzahnungen versehen, um ein steifes und verwindungsarmes Gehäuse zu erzielen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung sind die Kunststoffschalen im Gasinnendruck-Verfahren hergestellt. Vorzugsweise ist an einer Vorderkante der Bodenwand ein Gaskanal bzw. Hohlprofil angelegt. Weiter sind bevorzugt in Eckbereichen der Kunststoffschalen Gaskanäle bzw. Hohlprofile angelegt.
Es kann vorgesehen sein, daß im Bereich der Vorderkante eine Verstärkungstraverse, insbesondere aus Metall, angebracht ist.
Bevorzugt wird der Schubladenwagen durch einen reibungsarmen Auszugsmechanismus und einen in den Auszugsmechanismus einzusetzenden, bevorzugt herausnehmbaren Einsatz gebildet. Der Auszugsmechanismus kann durch zwei jeweils mit den Kunststoffschalen verbundene Kugelauszüge gebildet sein, die zweckmäßigerweise mit einer Blende verbunden und abgedeckt sind. Die Blende kann mit einem Schloß zum Abschließen der Kassenschublade versehen sein. Die Kunststoffschalen können in einem vorderen Bereich durch mit den Kugelauszügen verbundene Befestigungselemente verbunden sein.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß die Kunststoffschalen im Bereich der Ausnehmung der Rückwand durch ein in die Ausnehmung einzusetzendes, die Auslösung aufnehmendes Zusatzgehäuse ausgesteift sind. Die Verbindungen können durch Schrauben oder Rasten erfolgen. Zweckmäßigerweise sind die für die Zuhaltung des Schubladenwagens erforderlichen Bauteile in den Einsatz integriert.
Durch den erfindungsgemäßen, kompakten Schubladenaufbau wird eine wesentliche Reduzierung der Herstellungs- bzw. Montagekosten erzielt.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Fig. 1 bis 3 erläutern den Aufbau der Gehäuseschalen. Insbesondere durch Einsatz des Gasinnendruck-Verfahrens beim Abspritzen der Kunststoffgehäuseschalen ist eine bessere Aussteifung der Gehäuseteile möglich, da zum einen in den Eckbereichen relativ gezielt Gaskanäle angelegt werden können (Profilbildung), und zum anderen die Möglichkeit besteht, relativ dicke Verstärkungsrippen einzubringen, ohne daß sich diese durch Einschrumpfen auf der Oberfläche abbilden.
Fig. 1 zeigt in perspektivischer Ansicht eine im ganzen mit 1 bezeichnete Kunststoffschale, die beispielsweise die Unterseite eines Schubladengehäuses bildet, wobei die Oberseite aus einer identischen Kunststoffschale (1', Fig. 4) besteht. Die Kunststoffschale 1 hat eine Bodenwand 2, zwei Seitenwände 3 und eine Rückwand 4, die mit einer mittleren Ausnehmung 5 zur Aufnahme einer nicht im einzelnen dargestellten Auslösung (bzw. deren Gehäuses) eines Schubladenwagens versehen ist.
Wie Fig. 2 deutlicher zeigt, ist die Bodenwand 2 mit Verstärkungsrippen 6 versehen, wobei zur weiteren Erhöhung der Verwindungssteifigkeit im Übergangsbereich zwischen Boden- und Seitenwand und Boden- und Rückwand ein U-Profil 7 ausgeformt ist und in den Eckbereichen ein Gaskanal 8 angelegt ist.
Im Bereich einer Vorderkante 10 ist zur Versteifung ein zusätzlicher Gaskanal 12 angelegt, der gleichzeitig als kennzeichnendes Designelement dienen kann. Wenn die Kunststoffschale nicht im Gasinnendruck-Verfahren hergestellt ist, können anstelle der genannten Gaskanäle gleichwertige, versteifende Hohlprofile angelegt sein.
Im vorderen Bereich der Kunststoffschale, d.h. im Bereich der Vorderkante 10, kann zur Erhöhung der Verwindungssteifigkeit eine Verstärkungstraverse 15 eingesetzt sein, die vorzugsweise aus Metall besteht und in die Kunststoffschale eingeschraubt oder damit verrastet ist. Zweckmäßigerweise ist eine derartige Traverse sowohl in der oberen als auch in der unteren Gehäuseschale vorgesehen.
Vor dem Zusammensetzen der beiden Kunststoffschalen 1 werden Kugelauszüge 20 an den Seitenwänden 3 befestigt, in die alle für die Funktionen der Schublade sowie für die Montage benötigen Bauteile integriert sind. Auf jedem Kugelauszug ist ein Befestigungselement 21 vorgesehen, welches in eine Ausnehmung 25 der Traverse 15 greift und im vorderen Bereich mit der Kunststoffschale verschraubt ist. Im hinteren Bereich kann der Kugelauszug verschraubt oder verrastet sein. Jeweils eine vormontierte Kunststoffschale wird mit einer zweiten vormontierten Schale verbunden, so daß im vorderen Bereich ein ausreichend steifes und verwindungssicheres Gehäuse entsteht. Durch die Verzahnung der Bauteile wird erreicht, daß die Gehäusehälften bei einer Belastung im vorderen Bereich nur geringfügig auffedern können.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine Kassenschublade in perspektivischer Ansicht mit zwei vormontierten bzw. mit den Kugelauszügen 20, 20' versehenen und an den Befestigungselementen 21 miteinander verbundenen Kunststoffschalen 1, 1'. Eine Blende 28, die die beiden Kugelauszüge 20, 20' miteinander verbindet und abdeckt, trägt eine Aufnahme 30 für ein Steckschloß, einen "Media Slot" 32 zur Aufnahme von Schecks, Quittungen usw. sowie ein herkömmliches Schloß 34.
In die Kugelauszüge 20, 20' ist ein nicht dargestellter Geldeinsatz einzusetzen, wobei die für die Zuhaltung des Schubladenwagens erforderlichen Bauelemente in den Geldeinsatz integriert sind, so daß sich bei herausgenommenem Geldeinsatz (Fig. 4) die Schublade nicht mehr schließen (verriegeln) läßt.

Claims (17)

  1. Kassenschublade mit einem Schubladengehäuse und einem Schubladenwagen, wobei das Schubladengehäuse aus zwei aufeinandergesetzten, selbsttragenden Kunststoffschalen (1, 1') besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden auf Umschlag zusammengesetzten Kunststoffschalen (1,1') mit formschlüssig ineinenandergreifenden Elementen vesehen sind, so daß sie im auf ein ander gesetzen Zustand an zumindest einer Stelle formschlüssig ineinandergreifen und ohne oder mit wenigen Verbindungselementen, wie z.B Schrauben, auskommen.
  2. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückwand (4) jeder Kunststoffschale (1, 1') eine mittlere Ausnehmung (5) zur Aufnahme einer Auslösung aufweist.
  3. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Übergangsbereichen zwischen Boden- und Seitenwand und/oder Boden- und Rückwand (jeweils) ein U-Profil (7) als Verstärkung ausgebildet ist.
  4. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenwand mit Verstärkungsrippen (6) versehen ist.
  5. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschalen Verzahnungen aufweisen, um ein steifes und verwindungsarmes Schubladengehäuse zu erzielen.
  6. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschalen im Gasinnendruck-Verfahren hergestellt sind.
  7. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer Vorderkante der Bodenwand (2) ein Gaskanal (12) bzw. Hohlprofil angelegt ist.
  8. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Eckbereichen der Kunststoffschalen Gaskanäle (8) bzw. Hohlprofile angelegt sind.
  9. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich einer Vorderkante (10) wenigstens eine Verstärkungstraverse (15), insbesondere aus Metall, angebracht ist.
  10. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schubladenwagen durch einen reibungsarmen Auszugsmechanismus und einen in den Auszugsmechanismus einzusetzenden Einsatz gebildet ist.
  11. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auszugsmechanismus durch zwei mit den Kunststoffschalen verbundene Kugelauszüge (20, 20') gebildet ist.
  12. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch eine Blende (28), die die beiden Kugelauszüge (20, 20') verbindet und abdeckt.
  13. Kassenschublade nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blende mit einem Schloß (30, 34) zum Abschließen der Kassenschublade versehen ist.
  14. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschalen in einem vorderen Bereich durch mit den Kugelauszügen verbundene Befestigungselemente (21) verbunden sind.
  15. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kunststoffschalen im Bereich der Ausnehmung (5) der Rückwand durch ein in die Ausnehmung einzusetzendes, die Auslösung aufnehmendes Zusatzgehäuse ausgesteift sind.
  16. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Verbindungen durch Schrauben oder Rasten erfolgen.
  17. Kassenschublade nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz herausnehmbar ist und für die Zuhaltung des Schubladenwagens erforderliche Bauelemente in den Einsatz integriert sind.
