Description
Cette solution présente plusieurs inconvénients. Tout d'abord, la cinétique de départ des charges, dépendante de la température de ramollissement de la cire et de la tenue du tissu, est mal maítrisée.
Elle présente aussi l'inconvénient d'un risque de pollution de l'allumeur et de la poudre propulsive par dépôt de particules d'oxydes métalliques arrachées de leur support. En cas de sollicitations mécaniques sévères de la munition, une telle pollution peut conduire à l'inhibage des grains de poudre propulsive, puis par suite provoquer un mauvais allumage (retard), puis même l'éclatement du tube de l'arme. De plus, l'efficacité anti-érosive est assez limitée par rapport au niveau recherché par les utilisateurs actuels, et on observe la présence de résidus dans le tube de l'arme, ce qui provoque son encrassement.
De plus , on a constaté une excellente retenue de la charge TiO2 par le matériau fibreux durant toutes les phases de la vie de la munition, et il n'est pas nécessaire d'interposer une protection entre le manchon anti-érosif et le chargement propulsif pour éviter la pollution du chargement. Cela représente un avantage considérable concernant le compromis précité sécurité de fonctionnement des munitions/efficacité de l'action anti-érosive.
Par ailleurs, on a également noté l'absence de phénomène d'encrassement du tube de l'arme, et même de la douille, pendant le coup de feu.
Par « revêtue », il faut comprendre que le manchon est en contact total ou partiel avec l'intérieur de la jupe. Le contact partiel peut être ponctuel, linéaire ou surfacique. De façon générale, en cas de contact partiel, celui-ci est matérialisé par plusieurs zones de contact ponctuelles et/ou linéaires et/ou surfaciques.
Le manchon peut aussi être constitué par un empilage de plusieurs tronçons.
Une telle configuration crée, entre la paroi intérieure de la jupe et le manchon, des conduits longitudinaux qui favorisent la combustion de la matrice combustible du manchon ainsi que l'écoulement de tous les gaz de combustion du chargement propulsif et du manchon.
La matrice combustible peut également comprendre certains additifs, tels que des stabilisants comme la diphénylamine.

Claims (9)
- Douille métallique de munition pour armes à feu au moins partiellement intérieurement revêtue d'un appoint anti-érosif comprenant de l'oxyde de titane pulvérulent, caractérisée en ce que l'appoint anti-érosif est un manchon rigide constitué d'une matrice combustible chargée en oxyde de titane, en ce que la teneur pondérale en oxyde de titane est comprise entre 10% et 30% par rapport au poids total du manchon, et en ce que la matrice combustible comprend de la nitrocellulose fibreuse, de la cellulose fibreuse et une résine organique.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la matrice combustible est essentiellement constituée de nitrocellulose fibreuse, de cellulose fibreuse et de résine organique.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le rapport pondéral résine/nitrocellulose + cellulose est compris entre 0,05 et 0,15 et en ce que le rapport pondéral nitrocellulose/cellulose est compris entre 8 et 1/2.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la résine organique est choisie dans le groupe constitué par les résines acryliques, les résines vinyliques, les latex à base de butadiène, et leurs mélanges.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le manchon présente extérieurement des cannelures longitudinales venant en contact avec la surface intérieure de la jupe de la douille.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le manchon présente une fente longitudinale ou hélicoïdale sur toute sa longueur.
- Douille métallique selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le manchon est constitué par un empilage de plusieurs tronçons.
- Munition pour armes à feu comprenant une douille métallique munie d'une amorce, d'un projectile, et contenant un chargement propulsif combustible, caractérisée en ce que la douille est une douille selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
- Appoint anti-érosif destiné à intérieurement revêtir une douille métallique de munition pour armes à feu, caractérisé en ce que cet appoint est un manchon rigide constitué d'une matrice combustible chargée en oxyde de titane, en ce que la teneur pondérale en oxyde de titane est comprise entre 10% et 30% par rapport au poids total du manchon, et en ce que la matrice combustible comprend de la nitrocellulose fibreuse, de la cellulose fibreuse et une résine organique.
