Description
Bei der erfindungsgemässen Transportscheibe ist axial unterhalb einer äusseren tragenden Schicht ein Ausgleichsbereich vorgesehen, der in radialer Richtung wesentlich elastischer ist als die tragende äussere Schicht.
Die Anpassung an unterschiedliche Produktedichten erfolgt durch eine radiale Kompression dieses Ausgleichsbereichs. Die tragende äussere Schicht kann deshalb aus vergleichsweise abriebfestem und stabilem Kunststoff hergestellt werden. Der Dickenausgleich erfolgt, wie erwähnt, im darunterliegenden Ausgleichsbereich. Die radiale Deformation kann vergleichsweise gross sein und liegt beispielsweise im Bereich von 8 bis 10 mm. Die radiale Stärke der äusseren Schicht beträgt beispielsweise 4 bis 8 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 6 mm. Aufgrund des vergleichsweise hohen Deformationsbereichs können sowohl sehr dünne und heikle Produkte als auch dicke Produkte aus festem Papier transportiert werden.
Diese Stege ermöglichen zudem eine sehr elastische Deformation in einem weiten radialen Längenbereich.
Dazu kann weiter die nach einer Weiterbildung vorgesehene schräge Anordnung dieser Stege wesentlich beitragen.
Die Befestigung erfolgt beispielsweise mit Schrauben. Dies ermöglicht ein einfaches und vergleichsweise schnelles Auswechseln der Auflage. Denkbar ist aber auch eine Ausführung, bei welcher die Auflage direkt am Körper der Transportscheibe befestigt, beispielsweise angegossen oder aufvulkanisiert ist.

Claims (12)
- Transportscheibe (14) für eine Öffnungsvorrichtung eines Druckbogenanlegers, welche Transportscheibe an einer Öffnungstrommel (B) und/oder an einer Öffnungstrommel (C) angeordnet ist und am Umfang eine elastische Auflage (16) aufweist, mit welcher jeweils ein Druckbogen (1) für seinen Transport auf eine Fördervorrichtung (4) zwischen ihr und einer Scheibe (29) der weiteren Öffnungstrommel (B, C) klemmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage eine tragende äussere Schicht (20) und darunter einen Ausgleichsbereich (21) aufweist, der in radialer Richtung nachgiebig wirksam und tragende äussere Schicht (20) stützend ausgebildet ist.
- Scheibe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgleichsbereich (21) in radialer Richtung elastischer als die tragende äussere Schicht (20) ausgebildet ist.
- Scheibe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgleichsbereich (21) einen radialen Kompressionsbereich aufweist, der im wesentlichen wenigstens der Dicke der tragenden äusseren Schicht (20) entspricht.
- Scheibe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unterhalb des Ausgleichsbereichs (21) eine weitere Schicht (24) angeordnet ist, an welcher Mittel zur Befestigung der Auflage (16) an einem Körper (15) der Transportscheibe (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (16) aus wenigstens einem sich in Umfangsrichtung der Transportscheibe (14) erstreckenden segmentartigen gummielastischen Körper (32) gebildet ist.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgleichsbereich (21) eine Mehrzahl von speichenartigen Stegen (22, 22', 22'', 22''') aufweist, die mit jeweils einem Ende an der tragenden äusseren Schicht (20) befestigt sind.
- Scheibe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die speichenartigen Stege (22, 22', 22'', 22''') leisten- oder lamellenförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Scheibe nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (22, 22'') zum Radius der Transportscheibe (16, 16'') geneigt sind.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (16) bzw. der Körper (32) aus einem gummielastischen Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan, vorzugsweise aus giessbarem Polyurethan, hergestellt ist.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auflage (16) an einem Körper (15) der Transportscheibe (16) lösbar befestigt, vorzugsweise aufgeschraubt ist.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gummielastische Körper (32) mit einem Körper (15) der Transportscheibe (14) fest verbunden ist.
- Scheibe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anleger (27) ein Sammelheftanleger ist und dass die Transportscheibe (14) auf einer Welle (8) der Öffnungstrommel (C) drehfest angeordnet ist.
