Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sports device for training purposes with a preferably disk-shaped, base plate and a base plate with a base for Inclusion of a user, which base plate compared to the base plate by one Is essentially normal to the base plate rotating axis of rotation, being on the Base plate rocker runners for executing a superimposed on the rotational movement Rocker movement are provided.
Known devices of the type explained above enable the Strengthening and toning of the muscles as well as balance training. But it can only relatively simple forms of movement are carried out, which, however, always in result in significant asymmetrical stress on the body. Some especially important aspects of body training are neglected. It can both for professional athletes as well as for completely untrained people various hardening, shortening or similar muscle restrictions or tendons that come about due to constantly identical movement processes result. For example, skiers often suffer from the phenomenon that when swinging into a Can exercise very good control over their movements while in the direction opposite direction tend to make mistakes. With very fast movements can remedial action here can only be remedied by mental training, because there is no conscious one Influencing is possible. For such purposes, however, sports equipment of the conventional type not suitable.
Among the most common restrictions of the Musculoskeletal system are especially shortening of the muscles in the Spine area to name, sometimes due to the resulting pressure can even cause damage to the vertebrae and intervertebral discs. Furthermore it comes due to one-sided loads, such as prolonged sitting for a large reduction the freedom of the pelvis, which can result in severe postural damage.
From US 4 193 592 A emerges a sports device in which an upper circular base plate opposite a parallel, lower circular base plate is rotatably mounted. Two handles are attached to the upper base which the user can stick to when sitting, kneeling or standing on the base. At the bottom of the lower base plate is a projection with a rectangular shape Cross-section formed with the rocking movements superimposed on the rotational movements can be carried out.
The object of the invention is a sports device of the type mentioned to indicate with which the ability to move and the freedom of movement of the body increases can be.
Another job is to create a piece of sports equipment that will improve Movement perception and feeling of movement as well as a neuromuscular Allows awareness.
According to the invention this is achieved in that the contact surfaces of the Luffing skids for executing the luffing motion are curved on that of the luffing skids opposite side of the base plate, a central bearing shell is arranged, the is mounted rotatably about the axis of rotation relative to the base plate that on the Base opposite side of the base plate a coupling piece is arranged, that either the coupling piece can be inserted into the bearing shell and thereby the Stand plate is rotatable relative to the base plate or a spherical, elastic Rolling element can be used in the bearing shell, with a after turning the base plate Combined rolling and rotating movement can be carried out with this.
With the sports device according to the invention, both the leg and the Pelvic muscles, stability and balance are trained. in the But it is special due to the combination of rocking and rotating movements possible, a harmonization and activation of the coordinating the movements psychological processes, such as coherent vibrations of both hemispheres or one to achieve hemispheric synchronization. It becomes the rotational movement of the Stand plate opposite the base plate by means of the rotatably supported bearing shell, the base plate being easily removable from the bearing shell.
In a further embodiment of the invention it can be provided that the Bearing shell is mounted in a ball bearing, which results in a particularly low-friction Can achieve rotational movement.
According to a further embodiment of the invention can be provided be that the bearing shell is designed in the form of a hollow cylinder, the Axis of symmetry forms the axis of rotation, and that that facing away from the base plate End face of the hollow cylinder forms a contact surface with the base plate.
This makes the base plate very easy to replace, it doesn't have to be be fixed, because they are in by the own weight and the weight of the exercising person safe operative contact with the bearing shell is maintained, so that a suitable deflection the person on the base plate rotates the base plate.
According to a further feature of the invention it can be provided that the Stand plate is formed rotationally symmetrical that on the underside in Center of symmetry as coupling piece a centering pin for engaging in the bearing shell is formed, and that a preferably circular contact plate is provided, the is penetrated by the centering pin and which on the end face of the bearing shell rests.
The centering pin makes the one that can be set in rotation Stand plate with its fulcrum held in the center of the bearing shell, so that a Slipping of the base plate is impossible.
Another variant of the invention can consist in that in the radial outer area on the underside of the base plate rollers are arranged, which at Place the base plate on the bearing shell in contact with the base plate and on roll it off when the base plate rotates.
This provides additional support for the one acting on the base plate Weight achievable, with the rollers the friction against the rotational movement keep low.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the base plate from a central part with the centering pin and to this central part on both sides in the transverse direction adjoining side parts, which are preferably approximately the shape have a foot plan, is formed.
This will reduce the weight of the base plate to the necessary extent reduced. For this reason, the base plate is also on very little body displacement sensitive, so very much for the control of the resulting rotational movements high skill is required.
A particularly advantageous distribution of the rollers results according to one Another embodiment of the invention in that a roller on each opposite end areas of the two side parts are attached.
To prevent it from slipping off the base during execution can prevent on the side edges of the side parts of the base plate Boundary bars can be provided.
It can also be the base plate in addition to any other possible shapes be rectangular.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a sports device for training purposes with a preferably disk-shaped, base plate and a rotatable relative to this Stand plate.

According to a further embodiment of the invention can be provided be that the luffing skids are detachably attached to the base plate. That way you can these are removed for use cases where they are used for those rolling rotational movements would be a hindrance, which takes place when the rolling element is inserted become.
According to a further variant of the invention, it can be provided that another central bearing shell is arranged on the top of the base plate in relation to the base plate by the one running essentially normal to the base plate Axis of rotation is rotatably mounted, and that the bearing shell in operative connection with the Stand plate can be brought so that one overlaps the rolling motion with the stand plate Rotational movement is executable.
In this way there is a double rotation bearing on one axis realizable.
The achievable with the help of the special embodiments of the base plate Advantages and effects are already in connection with the seesaw-rotation sports device according to the invention have been described.

For this purpose, the

Because of these possible forms of movement, a psychomotor, psychomuscular training for preventive and therapeutic purposes.
A complex psychoregulation program is carried out, the Elements of different mental exercises, e.g. Balance, tilting and turning exercises, swing dynamic exercises, muscular tension and relaxation or similar includes and on a Harmonization and activation of psychological processes, e.g. coherent vibrations both hemispheres of the brain, hemispherical synchronization, concentration-attention regulation etc. as well as the optimization of physiological processes, e.g. Regulation of emotional processes, improvement of movement perception and the Feeling of movement, neuromuscular sensitization or similar is directed.
Depending on the choice of exercises, the sports device according to the invention serves Movement modulation or the stabilization of the ankles, the knee joints, the Pelvic area and the strengthening of the entire postural apparatus, especially the Leg, pelvic and abdominal muscles. This also relieves the Spine through correct posture.
This offers the possibility of structured and receptive Learning, the actual mental movement learning. According to the principle of open and closed skills in sport (Knapp 1963/64) it is important to note that in open movements can be stored closed, which always depends on the environment expire immediately. The learner has the opportunity to independently assess errors. The learner should develop a reliable internal error detection mechanism the one based on the evaluation of his own intrinsic kinesthetic, visual and auditory Feedbacks based. This should significantly encourage the acquisition of new freedom of movement. This means not only greater precision but also greater stability of the basic movement pattern or movement technique.
There is therefore a change in subjective experience. The Changes in the external movement and the underlying one Execution and control processes go hand in hand with changes in subjective experience. Secondary automatisms are experienced as mentally effortless. The movements take place - without any action on your part - as if by themselves, comparable to subjective experience of reflexes, the flow experience.
