The tail (8) of the latch bolt, which is displaceably guided in the housing, can be pulled back through the action of an arm (20) of a spring-mounted pusher nut (21) and can be locked forwards and backwards through a locking action, by means of a key, a closing cylinder (45), a second nut (47, 49) or similar after a tumbler has first been lifted. A tumbler which can be lifted by a bit (46, 48) is configured in the form of a one-armed lever bar (24). Said lever bar forms turning recesses (25, 26) in which a turning pin (16) on the side of the latch bolt tail engages. The lever bar is mounted around a stay pin (29) located above a latch bolt head (10) on the housing side.

Description

The invention relates to a lock according to the preamble of the claim 1, in which a latch bolt protrudes from the lock housing, the latch bolt tail slidably guided in the lock housing can be closed in the lock housing by actuating a nut is, with an extension of the nut on a projection of the latch bolt tail attacks.

For a generic, one and a half turn lock according to DE C 32 52 85 the nut is formed by a push button with which a lifting thumb connected to rotation, which on one of the trap bent rag works. There is an automatic reset of the nut not provided. The known lock uses two cylinder locks, of which the one from the inner and the other from the outer door side can be closed. There is also a guard locking disclosed with tour recesses, being in the area of each cylinder lock on a latch bolt tail two each with the tumbler interacting attacks or two locking lugs are arranged. The push button can only be operated from the inside of the door respectively. It only enables the trap to be closed the normal position, d. H. when not locked into a bolt position Cases.

A lock serving as a glass door lock is known on the market. The The latch bolt tail is encircled by a spigot that extends backwards Guard locking, which is a closing engagement opening of the latch bolt tail cuts and which with an angled end in protrudes into the range of motion of the nut. So then there is a tumbler equipped with a locking projection, which depending on the position of the latch bolt in front of or behind a stop shoulder of the lock housing lies. The latch bolt is relocated using the follower this configuration always about the tumbler.

The object of the invention is based, a generic Locking with a simple construction cheap to design.

As a result of such a design, a lock is the one in question Specified which, in addition to a simple structure by a Features a favorable locking technology design.

In terms of locking technology, it is favorable that the latch bolt tail is firmly attached has associated driver projection on which an inclined The sliding surface is designed to attack a nose of the arm Follower. This means that when the latch bolt is pulled back the lever handle always has the same leverage. Because the arm of the trigger nut by a spring in a direction parallel to the bolt displacement direction trending alignment, the follower can immediately when pivoting in operative connection to the driver projection to step.

To solve the problem of the invention it is also provided that the spring force the spring that springs the lever follower is adjustable. Because of this Facts, it is possible that the handle follower is either a handle or assign a rotary knob. If the trigger nut with a Equipped with pushers, there is a larger lever arm, so that one greater spring force is desired. If, on the other hand, a rotary knob is used, the spring force can be set with a lower value, so that there is still a slight closing rotation of the rotary knob is. For this purpose, a spring engagement point fixed to the housing can be displaced, which is conveniently done from the outside of the lock housing can. It is also provided that the spring engages the nut arm Tension spring is. The spring point of application is fixed to the housing a pin displaceable in the lock housing. The latter is to change the spring force between two positions in one Longitudinal slot shiftable. In detail, this looks like the pin is through held a bayonet-like lock in one of its two end positions is. For this purpose, the pin has opposite flats at the ends, which in one position in the slot sections of in Lock cover and lock base arranged parallel to the slots Slotted walls run and in the other position in a widened cross-section Slot section arranged transversely to the slot walls are. To change the spring force is therefore only one Make rotation of the pin so that the flats are in alignment Location to the diaphragm walls. To do this, the pen is after the previous one 90 ° rotation can be implemented. For this purpose he has one on his face Tool engagement opening. This can take the form of, for example Slot be designed to attach the blade of a screwdriver for example. A self-adjustment of the pen is prevented by the widened slot portion support surfaces for the flat contact of the edge sections of the flats formed. Management advantages result from the fact that the Latch bolt tail between the two lock side walls guided and cushioned in the closing direction by a tension spring is. Finally, an advantageous feature of the invention is also that the trigger nut has a fork recess that defines a clearance has and thus surrounds a stop pin on the housing side.

A tumbler is located on the latch bolt tail by one above the Latch bolt head arranged housing-side stud. The most Latch bolt attacking opening forces with the latch bolt closed are now locked directly into the tumbler using a touring pin and thus directed into the housing-side stud so that high Reverse forces can be absorbed without damage. The forward or backward closing of the latchbolt requires that the guard locking and the Release of the touring pin, so that by means of the fold bar tail attacking the mustache of the latch bolt is closable. It is provided that the tour recesses at the free end of the tumbler bar lie and a lock bit attack point approximately in its center because of this, there are favorable leverage effects with a soft closure. The tumbler bar therefore takes according to its intended end position. On the one hand it allows the latch to evade when one is retracted door equipped with the lock; on the other hand, through the tumbler bar if the latch bolt is locked, move it back blocked.

The guard locking is released from the action of the trigger nut. If the latch bolt is not locked, the driver projection extends in the area of the arm of the trigger nut. After the selection the latch bolt, however, the trigger nut runs empty. The driver advantage counteracts by a spring load with the latch bolt still using the arm of the trigger nut, so that this always returns to its original position according to regulations.

Eine Vorderwand 7 des Schlossgehäuses 2 verläuft dagegen rechtwinklig zu den Längsseitenwänden 4,5.A lock 1 according to a first embodiment has a lock housing 2 with an elongated floor plan such that the length of the Lock housing 2 corresponds to approximately twice the lock width. Two longitudinal side walls go upward from a castle floor 3 4, 5, which in a rear area of the lock housing 2 with each other by a curved rear wall 6 are connected. A front wall 7 of the lock housing 2 runs against it perpendicular to the long side walls 4,5.

In the lock housing 2 is between the two lock side walls 4.5 a latch bolt tail 8 of a latch bolt 9, the one with a latch slope 10 'equipped latch bolt head 10 an opening 11 of the front wall 7 passes through. There is a forked design the latch bolt tail 8 in front. On a shorter fork leg 8 'engages one on a pin 12 extending from it End of a tension spring 13. The other end includes a stud 14 of the lock base 3, whereby the latch bolt 9 in the forward direction is spring-loaded.

Another fork leg 8 "corresponds to approximately three times the length of the fork leg 8 '. On the inside, the fork leg 8 "forms one Closing engagement opening 15. This is a subordinate in cross section rectangular touring pin 16. Above that the fork leg is 8 "in End area with a running in the latch bolt displacement direction Longitudinal slot 17 equipped, in which a lock-side guide pin 18 engages. The fork leg forms at its free end 8 "of the latch bolt tail 8 a driver projection 19, the to attack an arm 20 of a follower 21, which in the rear Area of the lock housing 2 between the lock base 3 and a lock cover 22 arranged parallel to it is mounted. A head start 19 has an inclined sliding surface 23 for Attack of a nose 20 'of the arm 20, the nose 20' in the basic position the latch bolt 9 just below the driver projection 19th lies in order not to hinder the shift of the latch bolt 9.

Diese Druckfeder 32 findet ihrerseits Abstützung an der Gehäuseseitenwand 4.The normal position of the latch bolt 9, see Figure 2, is maintained obtained by a tumbler bar 24. The tumbler bar 24 is formed as a one-armed lever, which on the touring pin 16 facing narrow side two touring openings in a row 25, 26 trains. This is separated by a central web 27. In the The normal position of the latch bolt 9 extends the central web 27 the touring pin 16 and thus blocks the forward movement of the latch bolt 9. The tumbler bar forms after the tour opening 26 24 an arc-shaped thickening 28, which in a closing engagement opening 15 protrudes. The thickening 28 represents the lock bit application point and extends approximately in the middle of the one-armed tumbler bar 24. The other end of the tumbler bar 24 is above the latch bolt head 10 is mounted around a housing-side stud 29. The tour openings 25, 26 in question are located on free end of the tumbler bar 24, which free end is angled 30 trains. The guard locking bar is supported by means of the same 24 from a lock bottom-side projection 31, whereby the Tumbler bar 24 is held in a defined basic position. A Compression spring 32 engages the tumbler bar 24 and loads it in the basic position according to FIG. 2. This compression spring 32 in turn takes place Support on the housing side wall 4.

The trigger nut has on its side opposite an arm 20 21 a fork recess 33 defining a clearance, in which a stop pin 34 protrudes into the closure housing. In the basic position of the lock 1 is the position of the follower 21 according to the figure 2 before. This is maintained by a spring 35, which on the arm 20 attacks. The spring 35 is designed as a lifting spring. their one end wraps around a pin projection 36 of the arm 20. The fixed to the housing Spring application point P, on the other hand, is for the purpose of varying the spring force adjustable. For this purpose, the spring application point P can be shifted. In terms of the spring 35, it is a tension spring. Is educated the housing-fixed spring application point P from a displaceable in the housing 2 Pin 37. The latter is between two positions in a longitudinal slot 38 relocatable from the castle floor 3 and castle ceiling 22. The alignment of the longitudinal slot 38 runs in the direction of the arm 20 of the Handle nut 21. The longitudinal slot 38 is designed such that the pin 37 by a bayonet-like lock in one of its two end positions is held. At the end, the pin 37 has opposite ends Flattenings 39. The distance between these is slightly less than that Distance between the parallel slot walls 40 of the Slot sections 41 of the castle floor 3 and castle ceiling 22. Der Slot section 41 is a short distance from the arm 20 as a slot section widened with respect to the slot section 41 42. Its inner wall is the course of the outer wall of the Pen 37 adjusted. The pin 37 enters the slot portion 42 and the flats 29 provided at the end of the pin 37 are transverse to the course of the diaphragm walls 40, there is an increased spring force the spring 35 before, compare the extended position of the pin 37 in Figure 6.

Diese Stützflächen 43 verlaufen quergerichtet zu den Schlitzwänden 40.To prevent self-adjustment of the pin 37, the widened Slot section 42 in the lock base 3 and lock cover 22 support surfaces 43 from for the flat contact of edge sections 39. These support surfaces 43 run transversely to the diaphragm walls 40th

After a previous 90 ° rotation, the pin 37 can be converted into the dot-dash line Position according to Figure 6 and the position drawn with solid lines 5, so that the spring 35 with a lower force the trigger nut 21 attacks. This case is chosen when the trigger nut 21 a rotary knob, not shown, is assigned. Is against the follower nut 21 illustrated with a dash-dotted line in FIG Door handle 44 equipped, so the position of the pin 37 selected in which it lies in the widened slot section 42. For the purpose of switching the pin 37 from the outside to the End faces of the pin 37 tool engagement openings 37 'for attachment provided a screwdriver.

Dessen Schließbart 46 wirkt zusammen mit der Zuhaltung 24 sowie mit der Schließeingriffsöffnung 15 des Fallenriegels 8.The latch bolt 9 can be closed or closed by means of a the lock cover 22 and the lock base 3 through profile lock cylinder 45. Its lock bit 46 works together with the tumbler 24 and with the closing engagement opening 15 of the latch bolt 8.

Is a door equipped with the lock 1, not shown in pulled their closed position, the latch bolt 9 gives way due to the sloping latch 10 'in the direction of lock insertion, the touring pin 16 moves within the tour opening 25. In the closed position the door can then the latch bolt 9 due to the tension spring loaded on it 13 step into the basic position according to FIG. 2. From this position out, it is possible to retract the latch bolt 9 by pressing the lever, see Figure 3. Here, a nose 20 'acts on the arm 20 the follower 21 the sliding surface 23 of the latch bolt tail 8 and thus relocates the latch bolt 9 lock value. It is limited Rotational displacement of the follower nut 21 in that a fork leg 33 'acts on the stop pin 34 of the lock housing 2. at this process, the spring 35 is tensioned. This also applies to the Latch bolt 9 attacking tension spring 13 to. If the door handle 44 is released, the trigger nut 21 returns to its starting position, in which another fork leg 33 "the other side of the stop pin 34 acted upon. The tension spring 13 also guides the latch bolt 9 in his basic position according to Figure 2 back.

If the door is only closed, it is possible to use the profile locking cylinder 45 to lock the latch bolt 9. When turning a Locking bit 46 counterclockwise acts on the Tumbler bar 24 on its thickening 28 and thus lifts the tumbler bar 24 off, so that the central web 27 above the touring pin 16 lies. This can be done by immersing the locking bit 46 in the closing engagement opening 15 of the latch bolt 9 in the position according to Preclose Figure 4. During the closing rotation of the lock bit 46 there this free the tumbler 24 for spring-loaded pivoting, so that the central web 27 occurs behind the touring pin 16, thus the touring pin 16 in the tour opening 26. This allows the latch bolt 9 not be pushed back. Appropriate pushback forces will be over the tumbler bar 24 in the lock stud on the lock bottom directed. The relocation of the latch bolt 9 is only by key actuation possible, after the guard locking has been lifted beforehand and displacement of the latch bolt 9 against the force of the tension spring 13th

Instead of a lever handle 40, an unillustrated rotary knob used, so the spring force acting on the follower 21 is too reduce, the pin 37 being brought into the position according to FIG. 5.

The driver projection is in the pre-locked latch position 19 outside the path of movement of the arm 20 of the trigger nut 21, so that a displacement of the follower nut 21 either by means of a Knobs or lever handles 44 do not attack the bolt tail 8 leads.

The further embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 11 to 14 largely corresponds to the first embodiment. Wear the same components therefore the same reference numbers. The difference is now in this embodiment instead of the profile lock cylinder 45, a second one in the lock base 3 and lock cover 22 mounted second nut 47 inserted. On such lock 1 'can be used for example in toilet doors become. The second nut 47 is equipped with a lock bit 48, which acts similarly to the lock bit 46 of the profile lock cylinder 45 and two lock shoulders 56, 57 on the lock housing side is. In this lock 1 ', the second nut 47 is preferably with a door knob on the inside. So then the latch bolt can be 9 by means of the follower 21, as in the first embodiment, withdraw, see Figure 12. Furthermore, by means of the door, the latch nut 9 of the latch bolt 9 belonging to the associated handle knob, its lock bit 48 with both the tumbler 24 interacts with the latch bolt tail 8. It puts this results in the position according to FIG. 13. Opening one with that Lock 1 'equipped door first requires the latch to be withdrawn 9 by means of the second nut 47. Then by means of the trigger nut 21 the latchbolts 9 are completely withdrawn.

If the handle follower 21 is assigned a door handle 44, the pin takes 37 the position according to FIGS. 11 to 13. The spring 35 then engages greater force on the follower nut 21. When using a rotary knob for the follower 21, the pin 37 is in the position shown in the figure Bring 14.

Ferner fehlt die im rückwärtigem Bereich des Schlossgehäuses 2 vorgesehene Drückernuss 21.A lock 1 "according to a further embodiment of Figures 15 to 17 has a latch bolt 9 ', which is only like a trap acts. The latch bolt tail 8 forms only one fork leg 8 ". A tension spring 13 'also engages on this. A tumbler is not present in this embodiment of the lock 1 ". Furthermore the one provided in the rear area of the lock housing 2 is missing Handle nut 21.

Er verläuft nun in Richtung eines Armes 53.The latch bolt 9 'is withdrawn by means of one in the middle Area on the fork leg 8 "attacking nut 49. One arm 50 of the same acts together with a pin projection 51 of the latch bolt tail 8, which pin projection 51 in a longitudinal slot 52 Detail of the castle ceiling 22 'is guided. In opposition to the arm 50 is the follower 49 with a second arm 53 fitted. The spring 35, which opposes the nut 49, acts on this Clockwise direction charged. Two lock shoulders on the lock bottom 55, 55 'limit in cooperation with two counter shoulders 54, 54 'the nut 49 the rotation of the nut 49. The housing side Spring application point P has a structure like the two previously described Embodiments. Only the orientation of the longitudinal slot 38 is changed. It now runs in the direction of an arm 53.

According to FIGS. 15 and 16, the spring application point P extends in the cross-sectional widened slot section 42. This means that the spring 35 attacks the nut 49 with greater force. The latter is therefore preferred equipped with a lever handle 44. By pressing the trigger the nut 49 can be brought into the position according to FIG. 16, her arm 50 pulls the latch bolt 9 'back over the pin projection 51.

If the nut 49 is to be assigned a rotary knob (not shown), the spring engagement point must be shifted in such a way that the pin in the slot portion 41 after a previous 90 ° rotation dips.

The further embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 18 to 20 a lock 1 '' 'uses a follower 21 as in the two first embodiments. There is also a latch bolt 9 'as in the third embodiment used. However, it is missing from this the nut 49. It can only be the latch bolt by means of the trigger nut 21 9 'as in the first two embodiments. According to FIGS. 18 and 19, the spring 35 is set to a greater force. Accordingly, the handle follower 21 is assigned to the door handle 44. at Arrangement of a rotary knob on the follower 21 can then the housing side Spring application point P in a closer position to Arm 20 are brought, which in detail already in the first embodiment has been described.

Another embodiment could largely be the first embodiment correspond. Instead of a profile lock cylinder 44 would be in the lock base 3 and the lock cover a key insertion opening to provide for a lock bit, by means of which with a tumbler equipped lock is lockable.
