Description

The present invention relates to a flushing system for a toilet flush, in particular a built-in flushing system according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such flushing systems are basically both as surface-mounted systems also known as concealed or built-in systems. Such known Surface-mounted systems are relatively loud, often visually disturbing and reducing those available in a toilet or bathroom Room. The known flush-mounted systems have a relative large paving width of about 50 cm. This is not the possibility given, in spatially cramped conditions, the flushing system saves space to arrange. In addition, always a wall construction is required.

In EP 0 532 375 A1 a flushing system for a toilet flushing with discloses an inner and an outer container, wherein the inner Container has a prismatic shape extended in height. The that Rinsing medium storing, inner container has at its top one Connection to the outer container to overflow when filling Rinsing medium in the space between inner and outer container to derive. As an actuating element for the drain valve is a Cord provided.

It is the problem underlying the invention (task), a flushing system of the aforementioned type, wherein the container minimized and especially space-saving arranged in a room corner can be.

The solution of this object is achieved by the features of claim 1. Characterized in that the actuating element of the drain valve as a double is formed in the opposite direction curved overflow pipe, it is possible that Actuator on the filling valve located above the drain valve pass by, but without the function of the drain valve when Triggering.

With the flushing system according to the invention, it is possible very small and in terms of container shape to create optimized container, for example be arranged in a wall or in a room corner can. In contrast to the conventional flushing systems in which Although the float of the filling valve are above the drain valve can, in which, however, basically drain valve and filling valve side by side or offset from one another, can according to the invention a columnar washing container can be used, which is an extremely has a small footprint.

Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the description, the drawings and the dependent claims.

According to a first advantageous embodiment the actuating element of the drain valve have an anti-rotation, so even with a multiple press no unwanted twisting occurs. For this purpose, that can Actuator of the drain valve at its upper end in one Guide be mounted, which is attached to the inside of the container.

The drain valve may have an end piece, which in an am Container bottom provided pipe socket is used, wherein for sealing a rolling ring is provided between the two stubs. Such Training allows rapid assembly and disassembly (revision), because by placing the rolling ring on the end piece and by subsequent Inserting the end fitting into the pipe socket the drain valve already fully assembled and sealed in the tank bottom is. In this case, in the end of the drain valve two annular grooves be provided so that the rolling ring when inserting the one Ring groove rolled into the other annular groove. The roll neck of the tank bottom preferably has a plurality of guide ribs, which the end piece lead and support the rolling ring when inserting, so that this in the rolls in the second groove.

With the flushing system according to the invention, it is possible to have a tubular To use a container, the inner diameter of about only 150 mm. Washing container with such a small cross-sectional area (which does not necessarily have to be round) allow for an extremely Space-saving arrangement of the flushing system, especially in room corners. Nevertheless, it is possible to use the container for a filling volume of 3 to 101, for example, 6 l interpreted, with the columnar design the container an energy level of about 50 cm easily guaranteed can be.

The filling valve can be mounted in a bore provided in the container be, resulting in a total of a pre-assembled unit. Preferably, two staggered mounting holes are in the container provided for the filling valve, so that this is optional on both Pages can be mounted. The respective unneeded mounting hole can be closed by a stopper.

The figures show a flushing system for a toilet flush, in particular for installation in a mounting frame, with a container 10 in which a Filling valve 12 and a drain valve 14 are arranged. The container 10 is cylindrical or tubular and has an inner diameter of 150 mm. The height of the container 10 measured from the container bottom 11 is about 500 mm.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drain valve 14 and the filling valve 12 arranged substantially one above the other and centrally within the container 10. For this purpose, the container 10 has at its container bottom 11 a molded pipe socket 16, in which an end port 18 of the drain valve 14 is used. On the inside of the pipe socket 16 are several Guide ribs 20 integrally formed, the end port 18 of the drain valve 14 center. On the outside of the end nozzle 18 of the drain valve 14 are two parallel and circumferential annular grooves. When inserting the drain valve 14 in the pipe socket 16 is a rolling ring 22 in the inserted lower annular groove, so that this on the ends of the guide ribs 20 rests and rolls on the outer periphery of the end piece 18. Subsequently fits the rolling ring 22 in the upper annular groove, so that between the end stub 18 and the pipe socket 16 created a seal is. At the lower end of the pipe socket 16 is followed conventional pipe bend 24 at.

The drain valve 14 is actuated downward by vertical pressure. Around to allow an actuation is an actuator in the form of a Overflow pipe 26 attached to the drain valve 14 and in the direction of Top of the container 10 out. As shown in Fig. 1, the overflow pipe 26 initially bent away from the vertical by an angle á, so that the overflow pipe 26 extends in the direction of the container wall. In front of the container wall is the overflow pipe 26 at an angle â again in the direction curved to the vertical, so that this parallel to the Container wall runs. Thus, this is serving as an actuator Overflow pipe 26 formed twice and curved in opposite directions. The Angle a and ä have the same amount.

At the upper end of the overflow pipe 26 is a rotation 28th fixed, which is guided in a guide rail 30 which on the container inner wall is attached (see also Fig. 3). This is an undesirable Turning the drain valve 14 is excluded when pressed. Fig. 3 also shows an actuator 32, the with a (not represented) pusher is connected, whereby the overflow pipe 26 after can be pressed down to open the drain valve 14. That I the overflow tube 26 extends beyond the normal filling level in the container 10, can excess water that is undesirable in the container has been filled, through the overflow pipe 26 and the drain valve 14 from emerge from the container 10.

The filling valve 12 of the flushing system, with a float control is provided has a housing passage 34, which by a in the Container wall provided mounting hole performed and bolted there is. Inside the container closes to the housing passage 34 a Vorabsperrung 36, with the water supply can be shut off.

Fig. 3).To a right-side and left-side mounting of the filling valve 12 in the To allow container 10 are two 120 ° offset mounting holes provided to the housing passage 34. The respectively not needed Mounting hole is closed with a plug 38 (see Fig. 3).

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the filling valve 12 extends in plan view substantially over the entire inner diameter of the container 10, wherein filling valve 12 and drain valve 14 substantially centrally and superimposed are arranged in the tubular filling container. By the double-curved formation of the overflow tube 26 is a very crowded arrangement of the individual components possible, so that the container 10 minimized and adapted to tight installation conditions can. Due to the elongated container shape is still an energy level of about 50 cm possible, so that provided for perfect flushing conditions is.
