Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shoring device for supporting the walls a trench with a stepped cross-section, consisting of pairs of large areas inner shoring panels and pairs of large-area outer shoring panels, whose side edges are slidably guided on supports that in Distances along the trench arranged in pairs opposite to each other and are kept at a distance by means of spreading devices Guide channels on both sides to accommodate the edges of the shoring panels have, in which the shoring plates towards the interior of the trench Support surfaces are supported, the edges of at least one of the shoring panels and the guide channels of the supports are designed such that the edges, a cohesion of sheeting panels and supports in the longitudinal direction of the trench effective, positively guided in the guide channels are.
Such a shoring device is known from the European patent 0 100 083 by the applicant. The known shoring device has one formed by a guide plane located in the interior of the trench wall against which edge surfaces of both shoring boards are supported. The lower and inner shoring plate is slightly shorter than that upper and outer shoring plate. At the edge of the upper and outer shoring panel is formed an inwardly projecting support edge that the Grips around the lower inner lining plate so that the Edges of both shoring panels side by side on the management level support. The advantage of these shoring devices is that they are simple and open training of a single guide channel to accommodate the Edges of the inner and outer sheeting panels.
So that the edge area of the inner lining plate can be gripped by the Edge area of the outer shoring panel is possible, are the outer shoring panels provided with inwardly projecting supporting edges. The Production of this arranged on both sides of an outer shoring panel projecting support edges is labor and costly. Can also these protruding support edges during loading, transport and unloading the shoring plates and when assembling the shoring device easily to be damaged. Finally, stacked outer shoring panels take up unnecessarily large volume.
The German utility models DE 90 12 301 U1 and DE 296 16 986 U1 show shoring devices, the supports of which are two separate Have guide channels on each side that are transverse to the longitudinal direction of the trench lie side by side. The channels to the inside of the trench take them Edges of the inner lining plate and the channels to the trench wall the edges of the outer shoring panel. By arranging two Guide channels on each side of a column is the column construction complex and expensive.
The object of the invention is to provide a novel shoring device, the support of both shoring panels in a single guide channel enables the edge area without an edge area of a shoring panel of the other shoring plate.
This object is achieved in that in each of the Guide channels of the supports a second support surface is arranged, which with respect to the first support surface both in the longitudinal direction of the trench towards the center the support is offset as well as transversely to the trench wall, an edge of the outer shoring plate against this second support surface supported.
Through the two to each other in the longitudinal and transverse direction of the trench the guide channel of each of the shoring panels provides offset support surfaces a support possibility in the extension of the longitudinal extension of the respective shoring plate. The two inwardly projecting support edges on the outer shoring panels are unnecessary. Omitting this Support edges has the further advantage that the stack volume of the outer Sheeting is reduced by half.
The second support surface is at least the thickness of that on the first Support surface on the edge of the inner lining plate to the first Support surface offset. The edges of the Sheeting panels can be formed by side projections, the Thickness is less than the thickness of the shoring panels. This allows the Support are so compact that they do not enter the interior of the Trench protrudes and its inner wall with the inner wall of the inner Sheeting plates are aligned.
The second support surface is preferably the front surface of a support body formed, which is fixed in the guide channel. This support body can have a surface perpendicular to its end face, which serves as a contact surface for the edge of the inner shoring panel.
A spacer, the end face thereof, can be fastened in the guide channel the first support surface for the edge area of the lower and inner Sheeting forms.
To ensure the form-fitting cohesion of shoring panels and Support in the longitudinal direction of the trench is preferably on that of the trench wall facing wall of the guide channel attached a projecting ledge that gripped behind by a projecting ledge on the edge of the outer shoring panel becomes. This training has the further advantage that the edge of the outer Shoring plate not necessarily in the vertical direction in the guide channel must be inserted, but by swiveling it sideways into the guide channel can be used.
Preferably, the support body and - if available - the spacer body each formed by a steel profile angled at right angles, which at least on the wall of the guide channel facing the interior of the trench is welded. The steel profiles can simply be angled so that they are in the Cross-section have an L-shape. Alternatively, double angled Steel profiles with a U-shaped cross section can be used. The usage Such profiles has the advantage that the weight of the support is not unnecessarily reduced Support body and / or spacer is increased.
