- Attachment of end caps at housings, which are composed of profiles and employed for door specific equipment at automatically operated doors, the end caps being invisibly connected to the housing via snap-in fastenings, characterised in that each end cap (2) is snapped-in via mounting elements (3, 4) that are connected to the housing (5), at least one of the mounting elements (3, 4) being simultaneously used as attachment for the housing (5).
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting element (3) is conceived such as to be inserted into chambers respectively between webs of the housing (5) and simultaneously an attachment leg (17) is provided presenting at least one bore (18) through which the mounting of housing (5) can be realised with the mounting element (3).
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting element (4) is connected at the housing (5) through an attachment bore (23) via a screw channel (9).
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that projections and/or recesses are provided at the mounting elements (3, 4), which produce, together with projections and/or recesses likewise provided inside the end caps (2), an interengagement of the end caps with the housing (5).
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the end caps (2) present projections (13, 14), engaging into webs etc., which are provided inside the housing (5).
- Attachment according to any one or several of the preceding claims, characterised in that the mounting element (4) presents a cable strain relief.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the end caps (2) in their exterior contour are adapted to the form of the housing (5) and that they are made from plastic.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting elements (3, 4) are made from plastic or light metal.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing (5) is made from plastic respectively from aluminium or from a combination of both materials.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing (5) is a housing for a swing leaf operator.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing (5) is a housing for a sensor strip.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing (5) is a housing for a sensor strip with incorporated slide rail.
- Attachment according to claim 1, characterised in that the housing (5) is a housing for a sliding door operator.
