Description
Claims (3)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Rohrleitung (1) mit Fallstrang, nach dem ein über eine biegsame Welle, insbesondere Schraubenfeder (5), drehend antreibbares Reinigungswerkzeug (2) zum Abtragen von Rohrablagerungen (A) einem in Rohrleitungsrichtung verlaufenden Längsvorschub (V) unterworfen wird, während gleichzeitig zum Abtransport des Abtrages unterhalb des Abtragbereiches Spülwasser (W) in die Rohrleitung (I) mit Überdruck in Abströmrichtung eingespritzt wird, wobei die Rohrablagerungen (A) mit einem zur Abströmrichtung gegensinnigen Längsvorschub (V) abgetragen werden, wozu das unterhalb des Fallstranges in die Rohrleitung (I) eingeführte Reinigungswerkzeug (2) von der in Vorschubrichtung vorderen Seite gezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch oberhalb des Abtragbereiches Spülwasser (W) in die Rohrleitung (1) einströmen gelassen und das als Fräser ausgebildete Reinigungswerkzeug (2) von der in Vorschubrichtung (V) hinteren Seite drehend angetrieben wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, mit einem einen Wellenanschluß aufweisenden Reinigungswerkzeug, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Reinigungswerkzeug ein an sich bekannter, zur Antriebsachse (D) durch den Wellenanschluß (18) rotationssymmetrischer Fräskopf (13) vorgesehen ist, der auf seiner hinteren Stirnseite (17) den Wellenanschluß (18) und auf seiner vorderen Stirnseite (15) eine Anhängeöse (16) aufweist, wobei der Fräskopf (13) aus einem Rotationskörper als Fräskörper (14) mit einer zur Anhängeöse (16) hin bogenförmig abfallenden Erzeugenden (Z) besteht, aus dem mantelseitig, vorzugsweise entlang von Schraubenlinien verlaufende Schneiden (20) bildende Messerteile (19) herausgearbeitet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Fräskopf (13) zum Anhängen an ein Zugseil (6) eine einerseits an der Anhängeöse (16) des Fräskopfes (13) anderseits am Zugseil (6) anschließbare Drehkupplung (7) zugeordnet ist, die um eine in Zugrichtung verlaufende Drehachse zueinander relativverdrehbar gelagerte Kupplungsteile (12) aufweist.
